Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于安装在家具壁龛中的制冷装置,该制冷装置具有一个本体和一个门,该本体与该门包围一个隔热的内室。
背景技术
通常在这类制冷装置中,当这类制冷装置安装在家具壁龛中时,门被事后装配的装饰板覆盖,该装饰板在其外观方面同一排厨房设备中的内装式家具的相邻柜单元的门相匹配并且大多由与这些门相同的材料制成,由此,不熟悉的使用者从外面不能看到:制冷装置布置在具有多扇门的柜壁中的哪个位置上。
另一个问题是,对于内装式装置,与台式装置相比较空间利用率相对较差。内装式装置的总体积不可大于其中装配有该内装式装置的家具壁龛的容积。但家具壁龛的容积不可一下完全被利用,因为为了能够装配该装置,该装置的壳体的所有尺寸必须比该家具壁龛的相应尺寸稍小。为了解释清楚可参考附图1,该附图示出了家具壁龛中的一个传统的内装式制冷装置。
通过一些侧壁1和一个后壁2构成边界的该家具壁龛具有一个前棱边3,装饰板4借助一个铰链5铰接地固定在该前棱边上。主要由一个本体6和一个门7组成的制冷装置不允许向外突出超过前棱边3,因为否则装饰板4不能占据该图中用虚线表示的关闭位置。门7通过自己的铰链8与本体6连接。为了实现当使用者将装饰板4摆动到用实线表示的敞开位置中时门7也打开,装饰板4和门7中的一个设置有水平定向的轨道,另一个设置有可沿着该轨道移动的滑动件9,该滑动件围作用着该轨道并且将拉力传递给门7,但允许装饰板4和门7在摆动期间水平移动。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,提供一种内装式制冷装置,该内装式制冷装置在家具正面中的安装位置可从外面直接看到。另一个任务是,提供一种内装式制冷装置,在没有降低隔热质量的情况下可实现大容积的内室。
这两个任务通过具有以下特征的制冷装置来解决。即本发明提出了一种制冷装置,用于安装在一排厨房设备中的一个家具壁龛内,该制冷装置具有一个本体和一个门,该本体与该门包围一个隔热的内室,其中,该门可绕一轴线在敞开位置与关闭位置之间摆动,当该制冷装置处于该家具壁龛中的符合规定的安装位置中时,该门向外突出超过该家具壁龛的前棱边,其特征在于:该内室向外突出超过该家具壁龛的前棱边。
在该制冷装置中允许:当该制冷装置处于家具壁龛中的符合规定的安装位置中时门向外突出超过家具壁龛的前棱边,通过此一方面实现:覆盖制冷装置的门的装饰板比与制冷装置的家具壁龛相邻柜单元的门突出得更远。由此,即使当制冷装置的装饰板在风格上与相邻的柜门相似时,装饰板也可由于它的突出的位置而立即被看到。此外,向外突出的门允许制冷装置的内室与可比较的传统型号相比向前延展,而不会必然地导致门中的隔热层的厚度减小。
优选制冷装置的本体的前侧面在符合规定的安装位置中保持在家具壁龛的前棱边后边。也就是说,优选根据本发明的制冷装置与传统的制冷装置的区别仅在于制冷装置的门,即在于:在该门的内侧构成的容纳室在门的隔热强度相同的情况下被构造得明显更深。一个相同型号的本体可用于传统的内装式制冷装置也可同样好地用于根据本发明的内装式制冷装置。这简化了开发并且可实现经济的制造。
如果门向外突出超过家具壁龛的前棱边,但本体没有,则这意味着,该门的深度必然比在传统的制冷装置中大。如果在这样的情况下门的部分向前伸出远远地超过摆动轴线,则这些部分在门打开时向旁边运动。也就是说,装饰板会在制冷装置的门打开时位于相邻柜单元的门的前面并且限制相邻柜单元的门的运动自由度。为避免上述现象,对于具有一个门板和一个从该门板向本体突起的框架的门——该门板与该框架共同构成内室的前部区域的边界,该门的摆动轴线优选远离本体布置,特别是该摆动轴线优选延伸穿过该门的门板。
门向外突出超过家具壁龛的前棱边这个事实允许装饰板刚性地装配在门上,由此,与图1中所示的背景技术不同,唯一一个铰链、例如一个多活节铰链形式的铰链就足够用于门和装饰板的摆动。
尤其是如果门伸出远远超过家具壁龛的前棱边,则可以值得追求的是,装饰板的一段还遮盖门的一个侧面。
如果门在它的侧面和它的前侧上具有装饰性的最终状态、即例如用优质钢板制成最终状态,则可以取消装饰板、尤其是也遮盖门的侧面的装饰板。
用于组装如上所述的制冷装置的零件组也是本发明的主题,该零件组包括一个本体和多个可装配在该本体上的不同深度的门。如果厂家对一个型号的本体制造多个不同的门,则使用者有可能视个人位置需求而定选择出一个合适的门。既可供应其中本体与门已经组装的制造好的装置,或者也可分开地供应两个用于之后在安装位置上组装的单件。

具体实施方式
具有壁1、2的家具壁龛和图2中示出的制冷装置的本体6与图1中的对应的部分相同,因此在此不重新描述。
制冷装置处于一个符合规定的安装位置中,该安装位置例如通过这样的要求来确定,即:在家具壁龛的后壁2与本体6之间存在一个对于冷却装配在本体6的背面上的(未示出的)蒸发器具有足够深度的中间室11,另一方面,本体6的前棱边21不伸出超过家具壁龛的前棱边3或者中间室11的深度超过对于冷却所必需的深度的量不多于预给定的尺度。
制冷装置的在不同位置中示出的门10包括一个构成门的前侧的平的门外罩12和一个通过塑料板坯拉深方法生产的门内罩,该门内罩具有一些侧面的梁并且该门内罩在其侧面的边缘上承载一个本身公知的环绕的磁性密封装置,该磁性密封装置在门10的关闭位置中密封地靠置在本体6的前棱边上。制冷装置的内室14穿过梁13延长到门10中。这些梁13也可通过水平延伸的区段连接,由此构成这样一种框架,内室14穿过该框架延长到门10中。
构成门10的摆动轴线的铰链8以本身公知的、因此不详细描述的方式通过两个臂构成,这些臂在一个端部上在顶部高度或底部高度上通过一个接片被螺纹连接在本体6的前侧21上并且在它们的另一个端部上承载一个轴颈,该轴颈插入到门10的为此设置的一些孔中并且确定门的摆动轴线。这些孔设置在门外罩12的区域中,由此,摆动轴线处于家具壁龛外部、家具壁龛的前棱边3之前。通过这样定位该轴线避免:门的部分在打开状态中伸展超过相邻的家具单元并且阻碍对这些家具单元的接近。
在门10的前侧上刚性地装配一个装饰板15。该装饰板15在侧向方向上延伸超出门10的边缘并且由此在门关闭的情况下掩盖这些边缘以免被使用者看到,只要该使用者不是正好在侧向方向上沿着家具正面看。在装饰板15上可以装配一个把手;也可以简单地用装饰板15在远离铰链8的一侧上伸出的边缘区域16作为把手。
装饰板15的侧向伸出距离在铰链8一侧可比在边缘区域16中选择得小,由此,在门打开时该装饰板15可以沉入到家具壁龛中一段,而不会与相邻的侧壁1的前棱边相撞。
梁13的深度在原则上是可随意选择的;因此可以简单地制造不同型号的门10,这些门如图3中所示仅在梁13的深度并且由此在装饰板15向前伸出超过相邻柜单元的门17的尺寸方面有区别。这允许用户即使在可供制冷装置安装在家具壁龛中使用的安装容积受限的情况下也可通过选择适当深度的门来使可供他使用的内室增大或最佳地与他的需求相适应。
图4的构型与图2的构型的区别在于装饰板。图2中的装饰板15具有一个平坦的背面,该装饰板仅通过它的侧向伸出部来覆盖门10的侧面,而图4中的装饰板18设置有侧翼19、20,这些侧翼与门10的侧面平行地延伸并且由此也掩盖门10以免被从侧向方向看到。侧翼19、20分别在家具壁龛的前棱边3紧前面结束。视铰链8的轴线被如何定位而定,可能需要在轴线附近的侧翼19上设置一个侧凹部,使该侧凹部比侧翼20短或完全省掉该侧凹部,以便不阻碍门的打开。也可以在装饰板18的上棱边或下棱边上设置相应的未示出的侧翼。
Claims (11)
1.制冷装置,用于安装在一排厨房设备中的一个家具壁龛内,该制冷装置具有一个本体(6)和一个门(10),该本体与该门包围一个隔热的内室(14),其中,该门(10)可绕一轴线在敞开位置与关闭位置之间摆动,当该制冷装置处于该家具壁龛中的符合规定的安装位置中时,该门(10)向外突出超过该家具壁龛的前棱边(3),该内室(14)向外突出超过该家具壁龛的前棱边(3),
其特征在于:该内室(14)的向外突出超过该家具壁龛的前棱边(3)的部分通过该门(10)中的一个容纳室构成。
2.根据权利要求1的制冷装置,其特征在于:该容纳室通过该门(10)的内侧上的一个回缩部产生。
3.根据权利要求2的制冷装置,其特征在于:该门(10)的内侧具有向该本体(6)突起的梁(13),这些梁(13)通过水平延伸的区段连接,由此构成一框架,该框架至少基本上在该门(10)的内侧的高度和宽度上延伸,并且该内室(14)穿过该框架延长到该门(10)中。
