技术领域
本发明涉及具备燃料电池的移动电话等的携带终端机。
背景技术
近年来,移动电话等携带终端机作为贴身装置而变成在生活中的必需品。这些移动电话等的携带终端机中通常装有充电电池,并通过对该充电电池的反复充电来向移动电话等的携带终端机供电。但是,近年来,随着移动电话的功能多样化方面的进展,消耗电力不断增加,只用现有的充电电池不能满足电力的供给。
为弥补这类电力不足,除现有的充电电池外还公知有设置了其它电池的携带终端机。
例如,作为这种携带终端机的现有技术例子,专利文献1(日本特开2002-49440号公报)公开了具备充电电池和燃料电池两个电池的携带终端机。
在上述现有技术例子中,虽然由安装在盒体上的燃料盒供给燃料,但其结构却为燃料盒安装成从盒体伸出较大。
在移动电话等的携带终端机中,由于重视携带性,所以如何配置燃料电池是重要的。此外,也存在燃料电池在发电时产生水分的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种具备燃料电池且携带性优良的携带终端机。
为实现上述目的,本发明的携带终端机(移动电话),具有经连接部将第一盒体和第二盒体可动地进行连接的连接部,其特征是,上述连接部将上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体连接起来,从而得到上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体互相重叠的第一状态及上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体的长度方向的一端连接起来的第二状态;上述第一盒体具备扬声器部、显示部和燃料电池部及排气孔;上述第二盒体具备麦克风部、按键部及利用上述燃料电池部产生的电力充电用的充电电池部;上述扬声器部和上述麦克风部在上述第二状态下,配置于上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体的相对一端侧;上述按键部在第一状态下隐蔽,而在第二状态下配置于露出的盒体面上;上述排气孔在第一状态及第二状态下都配置在总是露出的盒体面上。
再有,为实现上述目的,本发明的携带终端机(移动电话),具有经连接部将第一盒体和第二盒体可动地进行连接的连接部,其特征是,上述连接部将上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体连接起来,从而得到上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体互相重叠的第一状态及上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体的长度方向的一端连接起来的第二状态;上述第一盒体具备扬声器部、显示部、燃料电池部和气瓶容纳部及排气孔;上述第二盒体具备麦克风部、按键部及利用上述燃料电池部产生的电力充电用的充电电池部;上述扬声器部和上述麦克风部在上述第二状态下,配置于上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体的相对一端侧;上述按键部在第一状态下隐蔽,而在第二状态下配置于露出的盒体面上;上述排气孔在第一状态及第二状态下都配置在总是露出的盒体面上;上述气瓶容纳部能可装拆地安装用于向上述燃料电池部供给燃料的气瓶。
本发明的效果是,能提供具备燃料电池且携带性优良的携带终端机。

具体实施方式
以移动电话为例参照图1到图11来详细说明本发明的携带终端机。图1表示本发明的移动电话的概要结构成,图2到图7表示第一实施例,图8表示第二实施例、图9和图10表示第三实施例,图11表示第四实施例。再有,相同部位和方向等用相同标记表示,并省略重复说明。
首先,参照图1来说明本发明的概要结构。图1是本发明的移动电话的概要结构图。
本发明的移动电话的一个特征是具有如下结构:将其盒体10分为具备显示部201和燃料电池部202的显示盒体(第一盒体)200及具备用于用由上述燃料电池部202产生的电力进行充电的充电电池部302和操作部301的手握盒体(第二盒体)300所构成的,用连接部400连接这两个盒体以得到这两个盒体互相重叠的第一状态和这两个盒体的一端连接的第二状态。
具备这种结构的移动电话,由于将盒体10至少分为两个盒体,且可在第一状态下处于两个盒体互相重叠的紧凑状态,而在第二状态下处于两个盒体的一端互相连接的通话状态,所以可提高容纳性和携带性。而且,由于将电源装置做成分为燃料电池部202和由上述燃料电池部202产生的电力进行充电的充电电池部302的结构,并将这两个电源分设于两个盒体上,所以提高了第二状态下的重量平衡。
此外,由于在上述手握盒体300上设有操作部301,而在显示盒体200上配置显示部201,所以在以单手握住手握盒体300时,即使用握住该手握盒体300的单手的拇指和另一只手的手指操作操作部301,也可减轻由该操作引起的对显示部201的视觉辨认性的损害。
而且,该移动电话最大的特征是:由于在与握住的手握盒体300远离地配置的显示盒体200上具备燃料电池部202,所以可减轻从燃料电池部202产生的水分与握住的单手接触。
再有,本发明的移动电话通过研究连接两个盒体的连接部400,可实现具备例如箭头A1所示的折叠和箭头A2所示的转动及箭头A3所示的滑动等多种状态(动作)的移动电话。下面,参照图2到图11说明本发明的实施例。
实施例1
参照图2到图7说明第一实施例的移动电话。图2是第一实施例的移动电话的外观立体图。
首先,参照图2说明该移动电话的概要结构。在图2中,用标记1总体表示的移动电话的盒体10具有如下结构:分割为具备显示部201和燃料电池部202的显示盒体200及具备操作部301和用于用由上述燃料电池部202产生的电力进行充电的充电电池部302的手握盒体300所构的,并用折叠连接部410连接这两个盒体以得到这两个盒体互相重叠的第一状态和这两个盒体的一端连接的第二状态。
即,在本实施例中,将作为第二盒体的手握盒体300和作为第一盒体的显示盒体200做成薄且扁平的形状,用折叠连接部410将各宽阔面的长度方向的一端可折叠地连接。图2表示打开两个盒体的第二状态,通过从该第二状态将显示盒体200向箭头A1方向折叠,可变化为两个盒体重叠了的第一状态。
上述显示盒体200在上述第一状态下被隐蔽、而在第二状态下露出的配置面203上具备显示屏幕部204。另一方面,上述手握盒体300在上述第一状态下被隐蔽,而在第二状态下露出的配置面303上配置由用于输入文字和数值的按键部305及具备光标移动键和功能键的功能键部306构成的操作部304。而且,上述两个配置面203、303在与配置了上述折叠连接部410的一端相对的另一端上分开地配置扬声器部205与麦克风部307。
根据这种结构,在第二状态下,在用单手握住手握盒体300的情况下,可得到适合使用者的耳和口的良好的通话姿势,而且该第二状态在用单手握住手握盒体300的情况下,可边观察上述显示屏幕部204边进行输入操作。
再有,虽未图示,但在手握盒体300的外周部分上可安装例如薄橡胶板等防滑部件。这样,可使手握盒体300的握持性更好。
另一方面,在第一状态中,由于显示屏幕部204和操作部304可采取用两个盒体予以隐蔽、保护的紧凑状态,所以提高了携带性。
而且,该实施例的一个特征是,将燃料电池部202配备于与手握盒体300远离的显示盒体200上。再有,将用该燃料电池部202产生的电力进行充电的充电电池部302配置于手握盒体300上。根据这种结构,由于第二状态的重量平衡和可减轻从设置于上述显示盒体200上的排气孔206排出的水分直接与握住手握盒体300的单手接触,所以可减轻发电时产生水分的燃料电池在使用上的缺点。
接着,参照图3说明该移动电话1的装置结构。图3是移动电话的装置的方框图。在图3中,总体控制该移动电话1的控制部50上经总线连接有各种装置和开关类。
内部切换开关51设于手握盒体300内部,且根据显示盒体200的开关动作来发出信号。存储器52存储各种程序和数据,控制部50根据程序控制该移动电话1。高频电路部53构成通信装置,主天线54和副天线55连接。在本实施例中,如上所述,由燃料电池部202和充电电池部302构成电源部。而且,上述燃料电池部202由调节部经控制部50来控制发电量。摄像部57经摄像电路部58连接到总线。
驱动电路部59连接有在来信时发生振动的振动部60和用光来通知短信和通话的来信或提示等的状态灯部61,并根据来自控制部50的控制对这些动作量和动作方式进行控制。此外,声音电路部62与扬声器部205、音响扬声器部67、麦克风部307连接。
再有,在本实施例中,设有操作部304和任意设定键部63与模式切换开关64等,通过这些操作开关类,使用者可操作该移动电话1。此外,在本实施例中,设有外部连接部65,经导线与外部的个人电脑等连接,并可进行通信和数据交换。
接着,参照图4说明装于两个盒体内的装置的配置结构。图4是移动电话的内部布局图,图4(a)图是从与配置面相对的后方观察的显示盒体的内部布局图,图4(b)是表示从配置面侧观察到的手握盒体的内部布局图。
在图4(a)中,在构成上述显示盒体200的显示屏幕部204的薄形显示部201的后方配置了薄且扁平的燃料电池部202的发电部207,在上述折叠连接部410的一端侧配置有用于对上述发电部207供给燃料的气瓶208和从该气瓶208供给向发电部207供给的燃料用的调节器56和摄像部57,在另一端上相对地配置有扬声器部205和副显示部66。
另外,上述气瓶208在其轴向上具备较长的圆柱形状,且上述调节器56配置于该气瓶208长度方向的一端侧。而且,上述气瓶208安装在上述调节器56上并可以装拆。这样,通过更换气瓶208,与仅有充电电池部302相比,即使不设置充电器任何时候都可充电。
另一方面,在图4(b)中,手握盒体300在其内部前后层叠有操作电路板68和控制电路板69及充电电池部302,且在折叠连接部410上配置了音响扬声器部67,在另一侧配置了麦克风部307。
再有,在两个盒体之间经上述折叠连接部410配置有信号配线和电源配线。
接着,参照图5、图6说明移动电话1的外观构造。图5是移动电话的第二状态的外观图,图5(a)是后视图,图5(b)是左视图,图5(c)是正视图,图5(d)是俯视图,图5(e)是仰视图。图6是移动电话的第一状态的外观图,图6(a)是俯视图,图6(b)是正视图,图6(c)是右侧视图。再有,这些图5、图6的各图将图5(c)作为正面来描述。
在图5、图6中,在本实施例中,在与显示盒体200的两侧面及上述配置面203相对的盒体面209上设有排气孔206。这样,可排出从燃料电池部202产生的水分。此外,考虑了将设于盒体面209上的排气孔206靠近上方配置,使其在第二状态下水分不与握住移动电话的手接触。在该排气孔206中央配置了副显示部66,且在箱体面209下方设有摄像部57和闪光灯70及状态灯部61。
再有,在本实施例中,在显示盒体200上设有可从侧面安装的气瓶208。该气瓶208安装于未图示的做成使箱体面209的一部分稍微隆起的容纳部中。
另一方面,在与手握盒体300的配置面303相对的盒体面308上在折叠连接部410侧设有音响扬声器部67的放音部67a,并在另一侧设有可装拆的充电电池部302。该充电电池部302具备充电端子71,也可以从充电器进行充电。
接着,参照图7说明移动电话1的使用状态。图7是使用状态的参考图。如上所述,本实施例的移动电话1如采取第二状态的姿势,则可用单手握住上述手握盒体300。根据该握住姿势,手握盒体300整个正好容纳于单手中,显示盒体200伸出地配置在用单手握住的手握盒体300的上方。因此,即使用握住移动电话的单手的手指操作上述操作部301,或者即使用另一只手的手指操作上述操作部301,也可减轻对伸出于上方的显示盒体200的显示屏幕部204的视觉辨认性的损害。而且,从显示盒体200上所设的排气孔206排出的水分由于向箭头A4所示的上方排出,因而可减轻水分与握住移动电话的单手接触。
此外,上述气瓶208由于可从伸出于上方的显示盒体200的侧面装拆,所以容易操作。
实施例2
接着,参照图8说明本发明的第二实施例。图8是表示折叠连接部的其它应用例的说明图。
在图8中,在该上述第一实施例中,虽然做成在显示盒体200上设有气瓶208的结构,但在本第二实施例中做成将气瓶配置在折叠连接部410上的结构。该情况下,通过使折叠连接部410的转动中心轴P和上述气瓶208的中心轴一致,可将气瓶208紧凑地容纳于盒体10内。
图8(a)所示的折叠连接部410做成由在手握盒体300的一端中央宽度较大地形成的第一连接部411,和在上述显示盒体200一端的两侧形成的一对第二连接部412构成的,并且这一对第二连接部412支撑于上述第一连接部411两侧的结构。在本实施例中,在上述第一连接部411上配置气瓶208。此外,调节器56配置于第一连接部411或第二连接部412上任何一方。该情况下,即调节器56未配置于显示盒体200上的情况下,配置连接上述调节器56和发电部207的管使其通过折叠连接部410的旋转轴P。
图8(b)所示的折叠连接部410是与图8(a)的实施例反转的结构。即,该折叠连接部410做成由在显示盒体200的一端中央宽度较大地形成的第一连接部413和在上述手握盒体300一端的两侧形成的一对第二连接部414构成的,并且这一对第二连接部414支撑于上述第一连接部413两侧的结构。在本实施例中,在上述第一连接部413上配置气瓶208。此外,调节器56配置于第一连接部413或第二连接部414上任何一方。该情况下,即调节器56未配置在手握盒体300上的情况下,配置连接上述调节器56和发电部207的管使其通过折叠连接部410的旋转轴P。
图8(c)所示的折叠连接部410做成由在手握盒体300的两侧形成的第一连接部415和在上述显示盒体200一端的两侧形成的一对第二连接部416构成的,并且这一对第二连接部416支撑于上述第一连接部415两侧的结构。在本实施例中,在一对连接部415、416之间构成气瓶208的容纳空间417。这时,调节器56配置于两侧任一方的连接部上。
图8(d)所示的折叠连接部410由靠近手握盒体300和显示盒体200一端的单侧而形成的第一连接部418和第二连接部419构成,并将其它的开放空间作为气瓶容纳空间417。
在本发明中,并不限于上述四个实施例,也可使用能转动地连接两个盒体的其它连接部。
而且,上述实施例中,将气瓶208从旋转轴P方向安装是有效的。这时,在气瓶208长度方向两端有连接部的情况下,在插入侧的连接部上形成气瓶插入用的开口部,而在其它连接部上配置限制该连接部的转角和运动的弹簧等。
此外,对于气瓶208两侧具有连接部的情况,可做成从配置面侧插入。根据这种结构,可简化固定气瓶208用的固定手段。
实施例3
下面,参照图9和图10说明本发明的第三实施例。图9是第一状态的外观图,图9(a)是正视图,图9(b)是右侧视图,图9(c)是后视图,图9(d)是俯视图,图9(e)图是仰视图。图10是第二状态的外观图,图10(a)是左侧视图,图10(b)是正视图,图10(c)是后视图。
在图9和图10中,本第三实施例用滑动连接部420可滑动地连接手握盒体300和显示盒体200。即,在本实施例中,在手握盒体300的配置面303和显示盒体200的配置面202上设有互相嵌合且在上下方向(图面上)上可滑动地连接的滑动连接部420。
在上述配置面303上设有按键部305和麦克风部307,在盒体配置面308上设有可装拆的充电电池部302。另一方面,在上述显示盒体200的盒体面209上设有显示屏幕部204和扬声器部205及功能键部306。
在采用这种滑动连接部420的移动电话中,由于上述显示盒体200的盒体面209在任何状态下都总是露出的,因而显示屏幕部204和扬声器部205及功能键部30设计成总是露出的。另一方面,由于手握盒体300的配置面303只在第二状态下露出,所以只在必要时可使按键部305和麦克风部307露出。
此外,在采用了这种滑动连接部420的移动电话中,也可采取与上述实施例同样的内部布局。但是,在该滑动连接部420的情况下,由于该滑动连接部420侧配置了功能键部306,所以上述气瓶208可设在扬声器部205侧。
实施例4
下面,参照图11说明本发明的第四实施例。图11是表示概要结构的示意图。在图11中,本第四实施例将手握盒体300的一端和显示盒体200的一端互相重叠地配置,在这种重叠的配置面303上,用具备与该配置面303正交的旋转轴P的转动连接部430可转动地连接。
在上述配置面303上设有按键部305和麦克风部307,盒体配置面308上设有可装拆的充电电池部302。另一方面,在上述显示盒体200的盒体面209上设有显示屏幕部204和扬声器部205及功能键部306。
在采用这种转动连接部430的移动电话中,由于上述显示盒体200的盒体面209在任何状态下都总是露出的,所以显示屏幕部204和扬声器部205及功能键部306设计成总是露出的。另一方面,由于手握盒体300的配置面303只在第二状态下露出,所以只在必要时可使按键部305和麦克风部307露出。
再有,本第四实施例也可与上述第三实施例同样地将气瓶208和调节器56配置于扬声器部205侧。

Claims (8)

1.一种移动电话,具有经连接部将第一盒体和第二盒体可动地进行连接的连接部,其特征在于:
上述连接部将上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体连接起来,从而得到上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体互相重叠的第一状态及上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体的长度方向的一端连接起来的第二状态;
上述第一盒体具备扬声器部、显示部和燃料电池部及排气孔;
上述第二盒体具备麦克风部、按键部及利用上述燃料电池部产生的电力充电用的充电电池部;
上述扬声器部和上述麦克风部在上述第二状态下,配置于上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体的相对一端侧;
上述按键部在第一状态下隐蔽,而在第二状态下配置于露出的盒体面上;
上述排气孔在第一状态及第二状态下都配置在总是露出的盒体面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动电话,其特征在于:
上述连接部可折叠地连接上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体;
上述显示部和上述扬声器部在第一状态下隐蔽,在第二状态下配置在露出的盒体面上;
上述第二盒体在第一状态下隐蔽,在第二状态下在露出的盒体面上,除具备上述按键部外还具备具有光标移动键和功能键的功能键部;
上述功能键部配置于上述连接部侧的上述盒体面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的移动电话,其特征在于:
上述连接部可滑动地连接上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体;
上述第一盒体在第一状态及第二状态下都总是在露出的盒体面上具备上述显示部和上述扬声器部及功能键部;
上述功能键部配置于上述连接部侧的上述盒体面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的移动电话,其特征在于:
上述连接部通过与配置有上述按键部的盒体面正交的转轴而将上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体的一端可转动地连接;
上述第一盒体在第一状态及第二状态下都总是在露出的盒体面上具备上述显示部和上述扬声器部及功能键部;
上述功能键部配置于上述连接部侧的上述盒体面上。
5.一种移动电话,具备经连接部将第一盒体和第二盒体可动地进行连接的连接部,其特征在于:
上述连接部将上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体连接起来,从而得到上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体互相重叠的第一状态及上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体的长度方向的一端连接起来的第二状态;
上述第一盒体具备扬声器部、显示部、燃料电池部和气瓶容纳部及排气孔;
上述第二盒体具备麦克风部、按键部及利用上述燃料电池部产生的电力充电用的充电电池部;
上述扬声器部和上述麦克风部在上述第二状态下,配置于上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体的相对一端侧;
上述按键部在第一状态下隐蔽,而在第二状态下配置于露出的盒体面上;
上述排气孔在第一状态及第二状态下都配置在总是露出的盒体面上;
上述气瓶容纳部能可装拆地安装用于向上述燃料电池部供给燃料的气瓶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的移动电话,其特征在于:
上述连接部可折叠地连接上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体;
上述显示部和上述扬声器部在第一状态下隐蔽,在第二状态下配置在露出的盒体面上;
上述第二盒体在第一状态下隐蔽,在第二状态下在露出的盒体面上,除具备上述按键部外还具备具有光标移动键和功能键的功能键部;
上述功能键部配置于上述连接部侧的上述盒体面上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的移动电话,其特征在于:
上述连接部可滑动地连接上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体;
上述第一盒体在第一状态及第二状态下都总是在露出的盒体面上具备上述显示部和上述扬声器部及功能键部;
上述功能键部配置于上述连接部侧的上述盒体面上。
8.根据权利要求5所述的移动电话,其特征在于:
上述连接部通过与配置有上述按键部的盒体面正交的转轴而将上述第一盒体和上述第二盒体的一端可转动地连接;
上述第一盒体在第一状态及第二状态下都总是在露出的盒体面上具备上述显示部和上述扬声器部及功能键部;
上述功能键部配置于上述连接部侧的上述盒体面上。
