Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于轧制带状轧材、尤其是金属带(3)的方法,在该方法中将一个绕卷(2,7)的金属带(3)在一个退卷卷取机(1,6)上退卷,纫入到一个可逆轧机(8)里面并轧制以及在一个卷绕卷取机(9)上卷绕成绕卷(10),其中金属带(3)直到达到额定厚度可逆地从退卷卷取机(1,6)移动到卷绕卷取机(9)并且在每次通过可逆轧机(8)时厚度会减薄,其中一个第一绕卷的金属带(3)末端与一个第二绕卷的金属带(3)始端焊接并且使第一绕卷的金属带(3)在焊接过程期间临时存储在一个带储库里面,接着由两个长度组成的轧材可逆地轧制到最终尺寸并且在最后通过之前将另一长度焊接到轧材的末端上。此外本发明还涉及一种用于执行该方法的设备,在该设备中退卷卷取机(1,6)对于可逆道次用作带储库。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于轧制带状轧材、尤其是金属带的方法和设备,由至少一个可逆式轧机和至少一个设置在其前面和其后面的用于卷绕和退卷轧材的卷取机、一个焊接装置和一个带储库组成。
为了轧制轧材、尤其是金属带已知不同的方法或设备。因此存在独立机架、可逆式或反向式机架、串列式轧机机列和连续式轧机机列。
为了减少轧材的最终厚度对于独立机架必需使轧材多次地通过机架。如果多个轧制机架前后地构造成一个串列式轧机机列,则轧材仅需一次地通过串列式轧机机列。轧材的厚度从毛坯到最终尺寸的减小确定所搭起的轧制机架数量。连续式轧机机列是串列式轧机机列的进一步发展。在此一个绕卷的轧材的带末端与下一绕卷的带始端例如通过焊接连接。一种这样的设备或一种这样的方法的优点是,省去每个绕卷轧材的纫入,使轧材连续地供轧制线使用。
一种这样的设备只能对于大产量经济地运行。
因此对于较少量的轧材使用下列的设备,在这些设备中只考虑少量的轧制机架。在这里创立一种方法和一种装置,其中轧材多次地通过一个或两个轧制机架,而无需使轧材离开轧隙。为此卷绕成一绕卷的轧材由一个退卷卷取机通过一个或多个轧制机架导引并且卷绕在另一卷取机上。为了多次轧制,使轧材在往复过程中在可再调节的轧辊之间成形。
由DE 43 10 063 A1已知一种用于冷轧带状轧材的设备,它具有一个设置在两个可逆式卷取机之间的可逆式机架和一个可以退卷装入带的卷取机。
在US 2,105,736中给出一种可逆式设备,其中使用一个连续长度的轧材。为此该设备在轧制机架前面和后面分别具有一个水平的带储库。所述轧材由一个卷取机导引到前面的带储库里面。一个第一绕卷的带末端与下一绕卷的始端焊接并且在轧制机架中以可逆过程成形。
一种这样的设备同样只能够对于大产量经济地运行。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种方法和一种装置,在考虑至少一个可逆式轧机的情况下提供一种经济的轧材加工。
这个目的按照本发明通过一种方法得以实现,即通过使金属带在可逆道次中卷绕到退卷卷取机上并且在最后通过之前在金属带的带末端上焊接另一金属带的另一带始端。
按照本发明的设备规定,所述退卷卷取机对于可逆道次用作带储库。
本发明的改进方案在从属权利要求中给出。
通过使两个绕卷长度焊接到一起实现更短的绕卷相继时间,因为省去每个绕卷的费事纫入。此外产生更少的偏差长度,因为带末端被轧制以及每个另一绕卷的带始端至少轧制一次。带始端和带末端对于按照本发明的方法和按照本发明的设备总是在最佳的牵引条件下轧制。
在一种这样的设备的一种有利结构方案中可以使两个退卷卷取机中的一个退卷卷取机同时构成一个串接的酸洗线的卷绕卷取机的功能。由此避免费事的单个绕卷的输送,其中不再产生由于输送造成的绕卷损伤。
本发明还规定,也可以使酸洗线集成到设备里面,例如焊接机与可逆轧机之间。为此设有一个适配的、更大的带储库。
借助于一个非常简化的附图详细描述本发明的一个实施例。附图中:
图1示出一个按照本发明的双机架可塑式轧机机列,具有焊接装置、带储库以及退卷和卷绕卷取机。
在唯一的附图中示出一个反向或可塑式轧机机列。在一个退卷卷取机1上从一个绕卷2退卷金属带3并通过一个焊接装置4、一个带储库5以及一个轧制机架8导引并输送到一个卷绕卷取机9,用于第一次轧制绕卷。在另一退卷卷取机6上预先固定另一绕卷7。
在绕卷2的最后三分之一使带储库5启动,用于度过为继续轧制的绕卷2的带末端与绕卷7的带始端焊接的时间段。由此可以使绕卷2的金属带3一直轧制到焊缝并超出几米。通过可调整轧制为了使金属带3轧制到额定厚度而逆转时使组合的金属带3交替地卷绕到卷取机6和卷取机9上。在退卷卷取机1上已经将后续的绕卷定位,用于焊接到绕卷7的金属带3带末端上。
在达到额定厚度时使金属带3卷绕到卷绕卷取机9上形成一个给定长度的绕卷10。为此切割金属带3。在将完成的绕卷10从卷绕卷取机9上取下来以后,使保留的金属带3与卷绕卷取机9连接。同时在焊接机4中使退卷卷取机1或6的绕卷2或7的另一金属带3与保留在带储库5里面的、未成形的金属带3焊接。接着无中断地使金属带3的下一长度继续变形。
通过相同的装置也能够使巨大绕卷(每两个或更多的标准绕卷组合成一个绕卷)放到一起并轧制并且作为标准绕卷输送和取出,用于使一个可逆轧机的费时间的方向变换分成两半。对此的前提是,绕卷的金属带具有相同的尺寸。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于轧制带状轧材、尤其是金属带(3)的方法,在该方法中将绕卷(2,7)的金属带(3)在退卷卷取机(1,6)上退卷,纫入到可逆轧机(8)里面并轧制以及在卷绕卷取机(9)上卷绕成绕卷(10),其中金属带(3)直到达到额定厚度可逆地从退卷卷取机(1,6)移动到卷绕卷取机(9)并且在每次通过可逆轧机(8)时厚度会减薄,其中第一绕卷的金属带(3)末端与第二绕卷的金属带(3)始端焊接并且使第一绕卷的金属带(3)在焊接过程期间临时存储在带储库里面,其特征在于,所述金属带(3)在可逆道次中卷绕到退卷卷取机(1,6)上并且在最后通过之前使另一金属带(3)的另一带始端焊接到金属带(3)的带末端上。
2.一个用于轧制带状轧材、尤其是金属带(3)的设备,由至少一个可逆式轧机(8)和至少一个设置在其前面和其后面的用于卷绕和退卷金属带(3)的卷取机(1,6,9)、一个焊接装置(4)和一个带储库(5)组成,尤其用于执行如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述退卷卷取机(1,6,9)对于可逆道次用作带储库。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述退卷卷取机(1)同时用作串接的酸洗线的卷绕卷取机。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的设备,其特征在于,作为可逆轧机(8)后的卷绕卷取机(9)设有单个卷取机或者旋转式卷取机。
5.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,在焊接装置(4)与带储库(5)之间集成酸洗线。
