Abstract

本发明公开了一种立体孔洞装饰瓷质砖的制备方法,包括现有的瓷质砖加工工艺:粉料加工、布料干压成型、干燥、烧成,粉料包括花纹料面料和底料,其特征在于,所述粉料中至少有一种成型花纹料面料为成孔料,与其他花纹料面料布料成型,经1100~1250℃烧成后产生立体孔洞装饰纹理。所述成孔料中的成孔剂为石墨粉、碳粉、碳酸盐(如石灰石)、硫酸盐(如石膏)、碳水化合物(如面粉)和低温玻璃中的一种或多种复合。采用上述方法制造的瓷质砖具有瓷质砖表面孔洞大小、深浅过渡自然,孔洞纹理随机变化、具有天然石材孔洞装饰效果的优点。

Description

一种立体孔洞装饰瓷质砖的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及瓷质砖的制备方法,更具体地说是涉及具有天然石材带立体孔洞装饰效果的瓷质砖的制备方法。
背景技术
随着陶瓷工艺设备和装饰方法不断进步,陶瓷制品不断逼近于天然石材,包括颜色、纹理、表面质感和表观效果。有立体孔洞的天然石材因其具有独特的装饰效果不断受到市场消费者的接受和喜欢,但这类孔洞石石材价格贵、强度低,而人造立体孔洞陶瓷砖价格低、强度高,是天然洞石很好的替代品。目前市场上的人造孔洞陶瓷砖是依赖凹凸模具压制形成孔洞纹理,其不足之处在于:形成的孔洞规整、过渡少、不自然,不能形成天然石材的孔洞不规则效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述模具成孔的缺点,使孔洞大小、深浅过渡自然,使孔洞纹理随机变化而又具有相对稳定性,提供一种具有天然石材孔洞效果的瓷质砖的制备方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现上述目的的:它是在现有的瓷质砖生产工艺:粉料加工、布料干压成型、干燥、烧成过程中,其粉料中至少有一种成型花纹料为成孔料,与其他花纹料布料成型,具体方式是将引入成孔剂的成孔料经过常规的球磨加工和喷雾干燥制备成粉料,并作为一种花纹面料,与其他以同样工艺加工制备的陶瓷花纹面料及底料双层布料成预设纹理压制成砖坯,经干燥、1100~1250℃烧成、抛光而成立体孔洞装饰纹理。
上述的成孔料中引入的成孔剂为石墨粉、碳粉、碳酸盐(如石灰石)、硫酸盐(如石膏)、碳水化合物(如面粉)和低温玻璃中的一种或多种复合。
本发明的特点在于:在现有瓷质砖生产工艺中,引入成孔剂,将其中一种或多种布料用花纹面料配制成成孔料,再同其他正常花纹料混合随机布料成自然纹理并压制成型,经干燥、1100~1250℃烧成、通过成孔剂的发泡在瓷质砖的面料层形成形状、大小、深浅不一的随机孔洞,经抛光而成立体孔洞瓷质砖,产品更加类似于天然石材的自然孔洞效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
成孔料的配方组成(重量份)为:泥5~15%、低温熔块粉60~80%、石墨粉10~20%,经球磨加工和喷雾干燥成粉料,作为一种花纹料,与其他常规粉料经双层布料、干压成型、干燥、烧成、抛光。
实施例2
成孔料的配方组成(重量份)为泥5~15%、中温砂10~30%、低温砂10~30%、滑石5~10%、石灰石20~40%,其他的生产工艺与例1相同。
上述实施例中,由于增加了成孔剂,因而在瓷质砖的高温烧成过程中,成孔料纹理部分发泡成各种大小、形状、深浅及位置关系均随机变化的孔洞,因而使本发明瓷质砖的制造方法制造的瓷质砖更加类似于天然石材。

Claims (2)

1、一种立体孔洞装饰瓷质砖的制备方法,包括现有的瓷质砖加工工艺:粉料加工、布料干压成型、干燥、烧成、抛光,粉料包括花纹面料和底料,其特征在于,所述面料中至少有一种花纹面料为成孔料,与其他花纹面料布料成型,经1100~1250℃烧成后产生立体孔洞装饰纹理。
2、根据权利要求1所述立体孔洞装饰瓷质砖的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成孔花纹面料中引入成孔剂,其成孔剂为石墨粉、碳粉、碳酸盐、硫酸盐、碳水化合物和低温玻璃中的一种或多种复合。
