Abstract

技术领域
本发明一般地涉及滚轧机辊子导向装置,而且特别地关于一种在其间的轧制制品到达之前预旋转导向辊子的改进的装置。
背景技术
如在美国专利号6151946和4373367中公开的内容,已知依靠压力流体(典型地冷却水)碰撞形成在辊子的外侧上的叶片来预旋转滚轧机入口导向装置的辊子。叶片形成在辊子的两侧,以至于辊子在一个旋转方向运行一段时间后,容许辊子的反转。这样的布置的缺点包括与形成辊子两外侧上的叶片相关的成本,将冷却水从专门的应用的其他位置转向到辊子的要求,以及在外部施加冷却水可能弄污辊子轴承的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种驱动导向辊子的改进的装置,该装置避免了现有技术的前述缺点。
根据本发明的一个实施例,滚轧机入口导向装置具有相互隔开的环形辊子,环形辊子布置来接触沿一路径高速移动的轧制品、例如热轧钢杆的相对侧。辊子通过轴承支撑在各自的轴上,这些轴承在其间限定轴向间隙。间隙由辊子带有的叶片环绕。压力流体、典型地是油雾通过轴中的通道传送到轴向间隙。油雾撞击在叶片上,可旋转地驱动辊子,而且还用作辊子轴承的润滑剂。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1,根据本发明的滚轧机入口导向装置一般地由标号10标示。导向装置包括支撑绕轴16枢转地可调节的一对臂14的机架12。臂的突出末端带有可旋转地安装在各自的轴20上的环形导向辊子18。导向辊子布置来接触沿路径“P”高速移入滚轧台(没有显示)的轧制品(典型地热轧钢杆22)的对立边。
再参考图2和图3,将会看到每个导向辊子18依靠轴承24可旋转地由各自的轴20支撑,轴承24限定了其间的轴向间隙26。轴承较佳地包括具有相对轴20固定的内圈24a和相对辊子18的内侧固定的外圈24b的滚柱轴承。
垫片28放入轴承内圈24a之间。垫片由一系列叶片环绕,叶片通常由标号30标示而且形成在导向辊子18的内表面上。在轴20中轴向延伸的通道32布置来引导压力流体流到径向通道34,径向通道34与圆形通道36相通,圆形通道36通过使轴32中的槽和垫片28中的槽相对而形成。在垫片中的管口38从通道36开始,而且布置来引导压力流体对撞叶片30,因此可旋转地驱动和旋转辊子18。压力流体有利地是用于润滑轴承24的又一个目的的油雾。
除了叶片30’在压入导向辊子18的内部的轴衬40的内部上形成外,图4和图5中显示的实施例与图2和图3中显示的大体上相同。
由于前述的内容,现在将会明白根据本发明,每个辊子仅需提供内部叶片的一个阵列。辊子由还可用于辊子轴承的润滑的同样的压力流体可旋转地驱动。不需要可能带来麻烦的冷却水的外部实施,而且内部叶片可以用于在任一的方向旋转辊子,因此使得辊子可以反转。
已经参考滚轧机入口导向装置而说明了本发明的内部预旋转和润滑系统,应该理解在辊子用于沿弯曲路径引导热轧制品的其他的滚轧机应用中,相同的原理可以用于预旋转和润滑辊子。这样的应用的一个不受限制的例子可以是预旋转和润滑引导热轧制品进入倾斜布置的通道中的滚轧机导向装置的辊子。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于沿滚轧机中的一路径引导热轧制品的导向装置,所述导向装置包括:
至少一个环形辊子,布置来接触沿所述路径移动的所述热轧制品,所述辊子通过轴承可旋转地支撑在一轴上,所述轴承在其间限定一轴向间隙;
用于传送压力流体进入所述间隙的装置;以及
响应这样传送的所述压力流体而可旋转地驱动所述辊子的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的导向装置,其特征在于,响应这样传送的所述流体的所述装置包括在所述辊子的内表面上的叶片。
3.如权利要求2所述的导向装置,其特征在于,所述叶片一体地形成在所述辊子的所述内表面上。
4.如权利要求2所述的导向装置,其特征在于,所述叶片形成在压入所述辊子的轴衬的内表面上。
5.如权利要求2所述的导向装置,其特征在于,用于传送压力流体的所述装置包括在所述轴中的通道网络,通过通道网络所述流体传送到所述间隙。
6.如权利要求5所述的导向装置,其特征在于,用于传送流体的所述装置还包括在所述轴承间的垫片元件,所述垫片元件具有与所述通道相通的而且布置来朝所述叶片引导所述流体的管口。
7.如权利要求6所述的导向装置,其特征在于,所述轴承是具有相对所述轴固定的内圈和相对所述辊子固定的外圈的球轴承,所述垫片元件在所述内圈之间相对所述轴固定。
8.如权利要求7所述的导向装置,其特征在于,所述流体包括用于所述轴承的润滑剂。
9.一种用于沿滚轧机中的一路径引导热轧制品的导向装置,所述导向装置包括:
互相隔开的环形辊子,布置来接触沿所述路径移动的所述热轧制品的相对侧,所述辊子通过轴承可旋转地支撑在各自的轴上,所述轴承在其间限定了轴向间隙;
用于传送压力流体到所述间隙中的装置;以及
响应这样传送的所述压力流体而可旋转地驱动所述辊子的装置。
