Abstract

真空罐的密封装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于密封真空罐的装置,该真空罐由一已挤出的型材贯穿,其中真空罐具有一个输入口和一个输出口,至少输出口设有一包围已挤出的型材的密封装置,以及一种用于将管件贴靠到已挤出的型材上的方法。
背景技术
在当今使用的挤压生产线上,在从一个尺寸更换为另一个尺寸时,除了定径装置之外,也更换在管从真空罐伸出处的密封装置,并且通过具有另一内半径的密封装置替代。这又意味着,对于每个待生产的产品,必须储备相应匹配的密封装置。在管挤压时,因此准备用于不同的管直径的密封装置。这增加了对库存要求以及制备时间,因为如上面所述,要更换密封装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封装置,该密封装置可以省去密封装置耗费地更换。
结合权利要求1的前序部分,该目的通过以下技术特征实现,即密封这样地设计,使得在使用不同的型材横截面时,可以保持真空罐中的真空。由此,密封装置能够与待挤出的型材不同的几何形状相匹配。
当密封装置花瓣形地构造时,其中优选建议膜片(Blende)构造为可变膜片,这有利地实现。
由于可变膜片的构造不保证100%地贴靠在管直径上,建议将多个可变膜片串联成一个总密封装置。串联的可变膜片共同地设置在一个壳体内,其中该壳体设有一个流体入口。流体至少在膜片紧贴型材的区域内环绕冲洗可变膜片。以这种方式保证,罐中的真空不会漏入空气,因为流体保证充分的密封。在这里规定使用水作为流体。
按扩展结构规定,流体的输入可以根据型材的速度和/或真空罐中的压力控制。由此保证,在较快的型材速度时,在型材的膜片紧贴的区域周围总是充满足够量的水。
在另一种实施方式中规定,弹性的管件通过压力至少在一个局部区域内可以这样地变形,使得它与型材的外轮廓相配。弹性的管件在这里设置在壳体中,其中该壳体优选地具有可以安装在真空罐上的法兰。该壳体具有一个阀接口,通过它,借助水或者空气可以用压力加载该壳体,由此实现管件的变形。
在此,可以根据型材外轮廓、型材速度和/或真空罐中的压力进行调节或控制。在这里也规定,弹性的管件和已挤出的型材之间的接触区域用流体环绕冲洗,以便一方面提高滑动效果,但也阻止可能大部分的漏泄。

具体实施方式
图1示出一真空罐1的端部,该真空罐由已挤出的型材2贯穿,为了保持罐1中的真空设有端密封装置3。该端密封装置3包括一个壳体4,在该壳体中依次地设置三个可变膜片5。壳体4具有一个未示出的流体入口,通过它例如可以用水环绕冲洗可变膜片5。借助水可以保证,没有空气通过可能主要不密封的区域吸入。必要时多余的水可以收集在一个同样没有示出的贮水槽中。
在图2中示出可变膜片5的两种可能的调整,其中多个橡胶型的薄片设置为花瓣形,并且因此构成不同的圆形横截面。在上面的图中示出一个用于相应塑料型材的大的圆形横截面,下面的图中示出一个用于相应的塑料型材的小的圆形横截面。
在图3中可以看到密封装置的另一种实施方式,其中在这里,壳体4又通过法兰设置在真空罐1上,弹性的管件6位于所述壳体中。壳体4具有一个阀接口7,通过该阀接口可以以压力加载在壳体4和弹性的管件6之间的空间8,因此弹性的管件6可以贴靠已挤出的型材2上。在上面的图中,在空间8中充有一个较小的压力,并且因此与在下面图中示出的空间8里充满一个更大的压力的情况相比,以更大的横截面密封型材2。
两种示出的实施方式都能够提供真空罐的端密封装置,该密封装置即使在不同的型材横截面下也能保持真空罐1中的真空。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于密封真空罐的装置,该真空罐由已挤出的型材贯穿,其中真空罐具有一个输入口和一个输出口,至少输出口设有包围已挤出的型材的密封装置,其特征在于,密封装置这样地设计,使得在使用不同的型材横截面时,可以保持真空罐中的真空。
2.按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,密封装置花瓣形地构造。
3.按权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,密封装置是可变膜片。
4.按权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,密封装置通过串联多个可变膜片组成。
5.按权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,可变膜片设置在壳体内。
6.按权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,壳体具有流体入口。
7.按权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,流体环绕冲洗各个可变膜片。
8.按权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,可变膜片至少在型材区域内被流体包围。
9.按权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,流体的输入可以根据型材的速度和/或真空罐中的压力进行控制。
10.按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,一弹性的管件(6)通过压力至少在一个局部区域内可以这样地变形,使得它可以与型材(2)的外轮廓相配。
11.按权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,管件(6)设置在壳体中。
12.一种用于将按权利要求10或11所述的管件(6)贴靠到已挤出的型材(2)上的方法,其特征在于,用于使管件(6)变形的压力借助水或空气产生。
13.按权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,变形压力根据型材外轮廓、型材速度和/或真空罐中的压力进行控制。
14.按权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,用流体冲洗在弹性的管件(6)和型材(2)之间的接触区域。
