Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及地下采矿业中用于支撑桁架的支柱(ram)的可松开(unlockable)止回阀用的阀芯(valve cartridge)。
背景技术
用于支柱的可松开止回阀需要不同的尺寸。迄今为止,为了这个目的也已经生产了不同尺寸的阀门。然而,由于相关联阀体(valve block)内的阀门具有最大为20的DN,因此该支撑桁架(防护装置)内的接头和软管接头也制成具有最大为20的DN。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种不容易振动的可松开止回阀。
这一目的由权利要求1的特征实现。各有益实施方式则通过各从属权利要求表征。
根据本发明的另一方面,涉及一种根据权利要求5前序的用于支撑桁架的支柱的阀门装置。这种类型的阀门装置通常为已知的。可松开止回阀必须具有适合高压力和/或大流量的相对大的结构。然而,为了在例如:由于岩层突裂而导致有非常高的压力施加到支柱上的这种情况下,可以通过简单的方式增加通流,根据本发明,采取将另一可松开止回阀连接到支柱的活塞表面接头上,该可松开止回阀的控制管线被连接到支柱的环面接头上,并且该可松开止回阀的回路被连接到阀体出口处的回流管线上。由于第二可松开止回阀的出口不受阻碍于阀体直径限制的这种布置,使得该第二可松开止回阀充当纯卸压阀。根据本发明,优选该第二止回阀的出口能够直接流入到回流管线中的例子。

具体实施方式
图1示出用于支撑桁架的支柱的可松开止回阀的阀芯的截面图。该阀芯包括由两个外壳部分72和74组成的芯外壳,这两个外壳部分通过螺纹75拧在一起。该芯外壳内装有阀门活塞78,并且该阀门活塞78受到由活塞弹簧84施加的力。
该阀门活塞78的内部是中空的,并且该阀门活塞78具有流动孔52,该孔能够使液压介质在接头A和相关联支柱的活塞表面接头54之间流动,该阀门活塞78的环形法兰56在图1所示的位置密封接触密封座环58。
图1中阀门活塞78的右手一侧直径小于该阀门活塞其余部分的直径,并且被容纳在横截面为U形的控制活塞76内,而且具有基于非常小的环形间隙的松配合。控制活塞76被容纳在活塞孔60内,并且有一端口50开通在该活塞孔中。液压介质通过该端口50供应,该端口50打开该止回阀并与支柱的环面接头以及相关联阀体的B接头相通。
如图1所示,端口50被提供成与活塞孔60的底部62间隔开,并且通进与活塞孔的底部间隔开的活塞孔的外表面(iacket surface)。在端口50的区域内,在控制活塞76的外围和活塞孔60之间还提供有浅的环形间隙64,且该环形间隙64由在图1中控制活塞的右手一侧的外围上提供的凹进形成。
此外,在阀门活塞78和芯外壳之间的密封座环的区域内还提供薄的环形间隙80,该环形间隙80连同端口50的设置形成该阀门的阻尼开口。
如果端口50被施加压力,液压介质会首先经由环形间隙64进入已经产生阻尼的活塞孔60的区域内。如果控制活塞76和阀门活塞78随后运动到左边,该阀门活塞和芯外壳之间的另一环形间隙80同样会形成阻尼开口。为了避免超定,控制活塞和阀门活塞以松配合相互连接。
图2示出一用于支撑桁架(未示出)的支柱10的阀门装置。在这里,提供第一可松开止回阀12,该第一可松开止回阀12一方面连接到支柱10的活塞表面接头A’上,并且另一方面,它的A接头被连接到阀体20的A接头上。附图标记13表示一减压阀。压力传感器由附图标记15表示。还可以看出,该可松开止回阀的控制接头被连接到支柱10的环面接头B’和阀体20的B接头上。
此外,根据本发明提供第二可松开止回阀14,该第二可松开止回阀14的控制接头与支柱10的环面接头B’和阀体20的B接头相通。该第二可松开止回阀14一方面连接到支柱10的活塞表面接头A’上。阀门14的回路R未连接到阀体20上,而是连接到阀体20出口处的回路R上,即直接连接到回流管线上。这样,当接头B’受到更大压力时,能够从支柱10流出更多的量。尽管阀门12和14的设计相同,但如果,例如发生岩石突裂,可以释放两倍的流量。
图3示出如图2中用附图标记21示意性示出的支柱阀的截面图。两个如图1所示的阀芯被容纳在一外壳模块30中。附图标记B表示用于“下支柱”功能的接头。它下面的附图标记A表示用于“行支柱”功能的接头。这两个接头通过角度适配器实现,以便液压软管能够随支柱倾角的变化而运动。外壳30通过螺钉法兰连接到支柱上。支柱环面的接头由B’表示,并且支柱的活塞表面的接头由A’表示。附图标记32表示连接通道。压力由压力传感器15在活塞表面进行测量。由岩石载荷引起的压力由限压阀13进行限制。

Claims (5)

1、一种用于支撑桁架的支柱的可松开止回阀用的阀芯,包括芯外壳(72,74),在该芯外壳内提供有阀门活塞(78)和控制活塞(76)以及活塞弹簧(84),并且在该芯外壳中提供有通进活塞孔(60)内的端口(50),用来为控制活塞(76)施加压力,
其特征在于,该端口(50)通进与活塞孔(60)的底部(62)间隔开的活塞孔(60)的外表面;并且
在控制活塞(76)的外围和活塞孔(60)之间的端口(50)的区域内,提供有环形间隙(64)。
2、如权利要求1所述的阀芯,其特征在于,所述控制活塞(76)在其一端的外围具有凹进。
3、如权利要求1所述的阀芯,其特征在于,在所述阀门活塞(78)和所述芯外壳之间的密封座环(58)的区域内提供有环形间隙(80)。
4、如权利要求1所述的阀芯,其特征在于,所述阀门活塞(78)以松配合容纳在所述控制活塞(76)的孔内。
5、一种用于支撑桁架的支柱(10)的阀门装置,包括减压阀(13)和特别根据一项上述权利要求的可松开止回阀(12),它们被连接到支柱的活塞表面接头(A’),并且该可松开止回阀(12)的A接头被连接到阀体(20)的A接头,该可松开止回阀(12)的控制接头(B)被连接到支柱(10)的环面接头(B’)和阀体(20)的B接头,
其特征在于,另一可松开止回阀(14)与支柱的活塞表面接头(A’)相通,且它的控制接头被连接到支柱的环面接头(B’),而且它的回路(R)被连接到阀体(20)的出口处的回流管线。
