Description
本发明涉及透明的糊状皂胶。传统的糊状皂胶大量地产生珠光,因此是不透明的。
本发明的糊状皂胶主要由脂肪酸组成,用各种中和剂使其皂化。任选地还使用表面活性剂。此外,该制剂还含有盐、增稠剂和乳化助剂,以使之稳定化。为了调节皮肤感觉,使用多元醇、脂类以及脂肪酸乙氧基化物。得到特别是用于亚洲市场的清洁产品。
现有技术的糊状皂胶在室温下是不透明的,因为制剂中存在没有完全中和的硬脂酸。在完全中和该制剂的情况下形成固态产品。
对制备透明的清洁制品尚未进行过研究。WO 03/90707涉及基于低聚不饱和脂肪酸的液态清洁制品。
JP 2004075566公开了基于脂肪酸酯的清洁制品。而且该制品还是一种液态配制剂。
JP 2004083716描述了在胶状清洁制品中使用基于脂肪酸盐的特定的“澄清成分”。而没有公开本发明的制剂。
WO 92/15280描述了含少量脂肪酸的棒状皂胶。
EP 336803公开了固态透明皂,EP 633312公开了同样为固态的具有脂肪酸盐的透明制剂。
在所有情况下都表明为了产生透明度必须掺入助剂,例如多元醇。迄今尚未公开具有糊状稠性的制剂。
与此相反,现在令人惊讶地发现,通过完全中和脂肪酸可以制得透明的化合物。令人惊讶地发现,在特定质量和数量的脂肪酸组合物的情形下,该产品不是固态的,而是在室温下表现出糊状的稠性。相应地,含有20重量%到32重量%脂肪酸的化妆品制剂可以弥补现有技术的缺点,所述化妆品制剂的特征在于,在420nm通过透射测量测得的透明度为50到100%,特别优选为55到98%,并且粘度为1500到10000mPas,特别优选为3250到10000mPas。这种制剂具有以下优点:
●与脂肪酸低聚物或脂肪酸酯相比,脂肪酸盐具有极好的发泡能力,
●很好的清洁性能,
●与固态/棒状清洁块料相比,由于糊状的稠性而可以更好地分配剂量。这是一种相当时尚的使用形式,是完全可以打开全新市场的产品。
此外,在本发明的制剂中还优选硬脂酸的含量为0到22重量%,特别优选为10到20重量%。此外还优选含有至少一种其他脂肪酸。特别优选其他的脂肪酸选自棕榈酸、肉豆蔻酸或月桂酸。还优选使用氢氧化钾作为中和剂。此外还优选额外含有至少一种聚合物增稠剂,优选纤维素衍生物或丙烯酸酯共聚物,特别优选羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素或Noveon公司的物质Aqua-SF1和Structure-XL。此外优选额外含有至少一种合成的表面活性剂,特别优选月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸(Laurethsulfate)钠和/或十四烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
如果该制剂额外含有化妆用活性物质则是有利的。这些活性物质特别优选选自辅酶Q10、肌酸、肌酸酐、甘草查耳酮(Licocalchone)、二元酸(十六烷-1,16-二羧酸)、维生素E及其衍生物、维生素C和衍生物及其衍生物、植物提取物,特别是银杏提取物。
有利的是额外使用聚合物增稠剂,特别优选纤维素衍生物(羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素)、丙烯酸酯(Aqua-SF1和Structure-XL,Noveon)以及季铵化合物(PQ52),用以改善皮肤感觉。有利的是额外使用其他的合成表面活性剂,特别优选合成的阴离子表面活性剂,如月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(SLS),以优化发泡性。
此外还可以加入固体,如聚乙烯。
本发明制剂的pH值为10到12.5之间。
透射测量可以用商用光度计(类型Hewlett Packard 84521 Dioden ArraySpectrophotometer)进行。该皂胶首先用蒸馏水按1∶1000(w/w)稀释,然后在振动器上振动,直到形成均匀溶液。在可见区(400-800m)在20℃下进行测量,测量在单向塑料比色皿中进行,以蒸馏水作为空白值。
借助Gesellschaft Haake的粘度测量计VT 02(温度:25℃,转轴:旋转体1(24mm直径),转子速度:62.5/分钟)计算该制剂的粘度。
减少单个组分都会妨碍整体组合物的独特性质。因此,为了实现本发明,本发明制剂的所有给定组分都是必需的。
在所有这些个别情况下,可以略微超过或低于上述浓度值,但仍然可以得到本发明的制剂。这类制剂的合适的细分的宽分散的多样性对于技术人员而言不是出乎意料的,所以技术人员知道,在这种超过或低于浓度值的情况下,不会背弃本发明的基础。

Claims (7)
1、含有20重量%到32重量%脂肪酸的化妆品制剂,其特征在于,在420nm通过透射测量测得的透明度为50到100%,特别优选为55到98%,并且粘度为1500到10000mPas,特别优选为3250到10000mPas。
2、根据权利要求1的化妆品制剂,其特征在于,硬脂酸的含量为0到22重量%,特别优选为10到20重量%。
3、根据上述权利要求之一的化妆品制剂,其特征在于,该化妆品制剂含有至少一种其他脂肪酸。
4、根据上述权利要求之一的化妆品制剂,其特征在于,该化妆品制剂含有至少一种选自棕榈酸、肉豆蔻酸和月桂酸的其他脂肪酸。
5、根据上述权利要求之一的化妆品制剂,其特征在于,使用氢氧化钾作为中和剂。
6、根据上述权利要求之一的化妆品制剂,其特征在于,该化妆品制剂还含有至少一种聚合物增稠剂。
7、根据上述权利要求之一的化妆品制剂,其特征在于,该化妆品制剂还含有至少一种合成的表面活性剂,特别优选月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十四烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
