Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于管状体的紧固装置。
背景技术
穿过柔性管道的流体传输广泛用于各种环境中。最终,柔性管道连接于气体或液体的源头、流体的输送点或另一个柔性管道。在柔性管道的端部必需提供牢固且防漏的连接。尽管这些要求在使用柔性管道的所有环境中都是必需的,其在医药学、饮食领域尤其严格。在医药学领域,柔性管道及相关连接用于例如用在血泵、氧浓缩器、睡眠呼吸设备、医务运输容器、IV袋等中的路厄氏配件、快速连接或卫生用接头。在一些环境下,特别是在医学领域,在接点处的管和连接配件之间存在任何液体是强制性绝对禁止的。接点处的任何间隙或突变都会使例如生物、血液、药物、食物等流体滞留。这种滞留会导致有害细菌的生长。
发明内容
本发明致力于上述关注的问题。本发明是一种用于将柔性管连接于倒钩配件或连接器或无倒钩直腔的改进型倒钩式夹具。特别是,用于将柔性管连接于特殊构造的倒钩配件,该倒钩配件在管道内径和倒钩配件内径之间具有极小的阶跃差。
在本发明的一个方面,倒钩配件锥形渐变为一个端点,从而在管内径和倒钩配件内径之间基本无阶跃,以避免改进型倒钩式夹具中管的一部分与倒钩式夹具外管的一部分之间的管内压差。

具体实施方式
图1和图2显示了用来连接倒钩配件12和柔性管14的现有倒钩式夹具连接器10,此后进行描述。倒钩配件12通常由非金属材料制成,该材料允许其加热焊接于聚丙烯或乙烯医用袋或药用袋。该材料和类似材料可用于生物技术、药物、医学和食物配件连接和集管设备。根据需要,该配件还可由其它塑料和不锈钢制成。如图1和2中所示,倒钩配件12可包括不同的结构,但其通常包括至少一个膨胀端或倒钩端16以与柔性管14形成360°径向加压连接。如果倒钩式夹具10用于医学或药物环境中,该倒钩配件12最好由经FDA(食品和药物管理局)批准的聚丙烯、硅树脂、TPE、TPR等材料制成。该倒钩配件12还可包括一个凸缘部17,该凸缘部17限定出用于止挡倒钩式夹具10的止动件。
倒钩式夹具10包括筒夹18和套筒20。筒夹18和套筒20如图1-6所示并且类似于申请序列号为10/100519、申请日为2002年3月18日、目前为2004年9月28日公开的专利号6796586的美国专利申请中所述的筒夹和套筒。
筒夹18为基本环形部件,具有用来在其中接纳管14的端部的通孔19。该套筒20也是一个具有通孔21的环形部件,该通孔21用以接纳管14的端部并且具有其中还可接纳筒夹18的直径。
如图3所示,筒夹18具有一个外表面22,有着用来绕管14径向收缩的弹性装置。筒夹18具有形成非连续环形圈的第一端23。环形槽26沿着外表面22并与第一端23相邻。筒夹形成八个弹性柄脚28,它们向着第二端24移动并远离该环形槽26。柄脚28在筒夹18的第二端24径向张开或稍微扩张。柄脚28大约在每个柄脚28的中间部27开始张开。柄脚28由从第二端24延伸出来并终止于环形槽26的狭窄通槽25形成。槽25如图3和5所示带有圆形终端25a,然而,该终端25a也可具有点状端(未示出)。
倾斜的小凸出部30突起在每个狭窄通槽25的终端25a之上。小凸出部30给筒夹提供附加强度并且还为套筒20提供止动装置,这将在此后进行描述。在每个小凸出部30之间,存在一个延伸到环形槽26内的凹进型平面部30a。该八个柄脚28形成一个允许柄脚绕管件14收缩的弹性密封。在每隔一个柄脚28之间,存在一个从第一端23延伸到相应柄脚28中间部27的通槽29。该通槽29也可具有如图3和5所示的圆形终端29a或点状终端(未示出)。该通槽29向筒夹18的第一端23提供以弹性而不会牺牲耐久性。筒夹18的内表面31基本上是平滑的,除了出于后面还要叙述的原因而被同样地置于每个柄脚28中间部27处的承接部32。
如图4所示,套筒20具有光滑的环形外表面34。套筒20具有一个形成有便于组装到筒夹18的弧形基部的第一端或底端36。内表面40在套筒20的第二端或顶端38形成一个稍向外的锥形。除了从内表面延伸出的环形突起42,内表面40在套筒20的整个长度上是基本平滑的。确定环形突起42的尺寸并将其定位于套筒20上,用来在倒钩式夹具10接合时配置在筒夹18的环形槽26中以形成锁定。因此,环形突起42定位成与套筒20的第二端或顶端38贴近。
首先,套筒20被置于管14的端部的上方,从而套筒20的第二端或顶端38距管端部最远。然后,筒夹18被置于管14上,从而筒夹18的第一端23最接近套筒20。之后倒钩配件12的膨胀端16置于该管14中。确定倒钩配件12的膨胀端16的尺寸以紧密牢固地接纳于管14的内部。然后,筒夹18滑过其中具有倒钩配件12膨胀端16的管14。位于筒夹18内表面31上的承接部32是一个止动器,其形成绕管14的径向360°压缩且低于倒钩配件12的膨胀端16,从而使得倒钩配件12不能轻易地从管14中移出。然后套筒20滑过筒夹18,从而使得套筒20的第一端或底端36首先遇到筒夹18的第一端23。当套筒20在筒夹18上移动时,筒夹18上的柄脚28被径向向内地推入管14和倒钩配件12,从而筒夹18的环形承接部32向内压入管14和倒钩配件12以在它们之间提供紧密的密封,由此将环形承接部32锁定在倒钩16之下。套筒20在筒夹18上持续移动,直到套筒20内表面40上的环形突起42位于筒夹18的环形槽26中。筒夹18的外表面34上的小凸出部30提供止动和锁定,以防止环形突起42从环形槽26中移出。当筒夹18和套筒20彼此锁定时,倒钩式夹具10发出“咔嗒”声。此后,倒钩式夹具10只能借助于工具的辅助才能被移除,从而可防止脱离和泄漏。
图5和6中所示的改进型倒钩式夹具具有许多与图1-4中所述夹具相同的特征。然而,改进型倒钩式夹具110还包括工程设计的倒钩配件112,其被设计为使倒钩式夹具110内的孔或流体通路100a的横截面积与倒钩式夹具110外的管14中的孔或流体通路100的横截面积保持相同。该倒钩式夹具110外的流体通路100由管14的内孔限定。改进型倒钩式夹具110中的流体通路100a由倒钩配件112、212的内孔限定。如图1和2中所示,管14的流体通路100的横截面积在倒钩式夹具10之内在图1中所示的100a处缩小。现有技术中,倒钩配件12的自由端50具有带一定厚度的钝头端52,其在管14进入倒钩式夹具10中时在流体通路100的横截面积产生一个阶跃并继而转换为流体通路100a。设计倒钩连接时遇到的一个问题是,通常需要在倒钩配件12中具有较小的孔横截面积以将倒钩配件12插入管14中。然而,改良型夹具110提供了具有基本与管14相同的孔径、且还可以轻易地插入到管14中的倒钩配件112、212。在如图5和6所示的改进型倒钩式夹具110中,倒钩配件112、212具有与管14的孔100的横截面积相同的工程孔尺寸。当改进型倒钩配件112、212装入管14中时,在管14的内径和配件112的内径之间实际上不存在阶跃。其结果是,在管上或在从倒钩式夹具110的外侧到内侧的流体中不存在压力差。在整个系统中维持流体的恒定压力或恒定流速在某些医学设备中是强制性的。为了实现这一点,倒钩配件112、212的自由端150被逐渐锥形渐变为尖点152。倒钩配件112自由端150上的尖点152也允许将倒钩配件112容易地插入管14。这种结构的结果是,液体物质决不会进入倒钩配件112或212和管14之间。
图6显示了该倒钩式夹具110的可选结构,该结构无论是否在倒钩式夹具内部,均使管14的通路内径保持相同或相等。图6中,显示出倒钩配件212可包括附接于凸缘17以作为用于管14的单独止动件的缓冲器行程限止器230,同时该凸缘17限定了用于筒夹18、218和套筒20另一个止动件。筒夹218也可修改为具有锥形端240,以与套筒的锥形端40相匹配。此外,筒夹218的环形承接部232还可以变换为进一步延伸到管14内以得到更牢固的夹紧。
如果倒钩式夹具10用于医学或药物环境中,筒夹18和套筒20应由经FDA批准的材料制成。该材料应为有弹性的。该筒夹18最好由乙酰、硅或聚丙烯制成。该套筒20最好由聚碳酸酯、硅或聚丙烯制成。改进型倒钩式夹具的各部件由用于医学设备的可在高压灭菌器中杀菌的诸如聚丙烯的材料制成。抗菌添加剂还可添加到用于制造倒钩连接器、筒夹和套筒中至少一个的塑料材料中。
虽然本发明已经结合目前认为最实用和优选的实施例进行了描述,应当理解的是,本发明不局限于公开的实施例,相反,其意味着覆盖包括在所附权利要求的精神和范围之内的各种修改和等效配置,所附权利要求的范围给出最宽的解释以包含法律允许之下的所有这些修改和等效结构。
Claims (12)
1.一种倒钩式夹具,用于具有预定内径的柔性管,该夹具包括:
倒钩连接器,具有第一端设置在所述管的一端内的管状结构,所述倒钩连接器具有平滑的内孔和至少一个沿外表面的倒钩;
筒夹,可接合在该倒钩连接器的该第一端上;以及
柱形套筒,具有用来接纳所述筒夹的中心通孔,其中,该倒钩连接器的该第一端锥形渐变为端点,以使得组装时该管的内径和该倒钩连接器的内径之间基本不存在阶跃。
2.如权利要求1所述的倒钩式夹具,其特征在于,该筒夹和套筒具有用来防止流体物质在倒钩连接器和管之间渗漏的锁闭环结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的倒钩式夹具,其特征在于,该筒夹具有平滑的内表面,该内表面具有在其中延伸以形成绕管径向360°压缩的径向承接部。
4.如权利要求1所述的倒钩式夹具,其特征在于,该套筒在其内表面上具有环形突起,并且该筒夹在其外表面上具有用来接收该环形突起的环形槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的倒钩式夹具,其特征在于,该套筒具有第一端,并且该套筒的内表面在该第一端具有稍向外的锥形。
6.如权利要求1所述的倒钩式夹具,其特征在于,该倒钩连接器包括从该连接器的第一端间隔开的凸缘,该凸缘限定用于管的止动件。
7.如权利要求6所述的倒钩式夹具,其特征在于,该倒钩连接器包括用于所述管的多个止动件。
8.如权利要求1所述的倒钩式夹具,其特征在于,该倒钩连接器具有与所述柔性管基本相同的预定内径。
9.一种用于柔性管的倒钩式夹具,该柔性管具有带预定内径的流路,该夹具包括:
可插入到该管一端的倒钩连接器;
可接合在该倒钩连接器和该管上以将管接纳于其中的筒夹和套筒;以及
用来防止在该倒钩式夹具内的管的一部分与该倒钩式夹具外的管的一部分之间产生管内压差的装置。
10.如权利要求8所述的倒钩式夹具,其特征在于,还包括用来防止液体物质进入该管和该倒钩连接器之间的装置。
11.如权利要求8所述的倒钩式夹具,其特征在于,所述倒钩连接器、筒夹和套筒由能够在高压灭菌器中杀菌而不会损坏的材料制成。
12.如权利要求8所述的倒钩式夹具,其特征在于,所述倒钩连接器、筒夹和套筒中的至少一个由具有抗菌添加剂的材料制成。
