Abstract
一种可自动工作以确保最佳密封质量无需由操作者定期检查密封状态的包装充填装置。一种该包装充填装置的横向密封装置(48)包括一个高频发送器(1)、一个操作装置(2)、和一个为通过接受来自高频发送器的输出在包装材料中产生磁场的感应器。该横向密封装置(4 8)还设置密封质量控制装置(4),以便基于多个具有对横向密封(23)质量影响的因素与横向密封质量之间的统计关系向操作装置发送控制信号。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种生产包装容器的包装充填装置,该容器装有流体产品,诸如牛奶和果汁,和一安装在其中的横向密封装置。
背景技术:
以前,当生产充填流体食品(包括流体产品),诸如牛奶,的包装容器时,由柔性叠层体组成的薄片状包装材料被纵向密封以成为管形,同时在充填以流体食品时,该管形包装材料被横向密封以产生包装容器。
该容器的包装充填装置一个例子的外形如图2所示,在该例子中所示的包装充填装置具有在内层和外层中的热塑层诸如聚乙烯,它采用由铝箔、纸等制成的层叠包装材料。绕成卷状的包装材料薄片41由包装充填装置中的辊子松开并传送。由一个条带敷贴器43将条带拼接到包装材料的一个边缘。该包装材料薄片经过一个灭菌箱44以便灭菌。附着在包装材料表面上的灭菌处理液体由一个挤压辊子和空气刀45去除。
然后,由一个成形辊子46将包装材料构形成管状,通过重叠包装材料的两末端形成搭接,并由一个纵向密封构件42沿管子的纵向在纵向搭接处进行密封,从充填管47将液体食品充填到管子中。当将该管子向下移动对应于一个包装容器的长度时,由感应加热系统横向密封装置48的密封爪和相对的爪夹住该管子,通过在横向进行横向密封形成一横向密封带,与此同时,被连续地形成一个第一构成体49。在其中间由一个诸如刀的切割装置(未表示)切割第一构成体的横向密封带成为分立的第一构成体49以形成最终构形的包装充填容器。
在图3中表示横向密封装置48与切割装置32的局部详细剖视图。在此实施例中,在被向下移动对应一个包装容器的长度的同时,充填食品的管状包装材料1被抓取在两副折板31中以构成容器的大致形状,该容器被两对密封爪48a与相对的爪48b夹住,通过完成在横向的横向密封形成横向密封带,同时由切割装置32的刀33在中间切离与第一构成体连接的密封带成为分立的第一构成体49。
在感应加热系统的横向密封装置中,使用,例如,铝箔的包装材料由感应加热,利用其特性进行横向密封。
专利文件1,已公开的日本专利1995-164523。
在由使用铝箔包装材料的感应加热的横向密封的例子中,为了控制诸如横向密封带的宽度、密封强度,操作者检查密封的状态以便改变与高频振荡器连接的电位器的控制器并修改其输出,如果需要话。
本发明的内容
但是使用传统的装置与方法,操作者必须定期检查密封状态。也就是根据充填装置的工作状态,由操作者定期地进行密封检查,如果需要,通过调节电位器调节发送器的输出。因此,由于麻烦的操作就要求熟练的工人同时因为实际进行密封之前难以抓住适当的状态。此外,难以应付突然的变化且不可能遥控操作。
本发明的目的是提供一种要求的包装充填装置,该装置能够通过自动控制无需由操作者定期地检查密封状态获得最合适的密封质量。
本发明的目的是提供一种包装充填装置和横向密封装置,该装置无需麻烦的操作以响应充填装置的工作状态,同时不熟练的工人在进行最适当的密封之前通过简易和自动地抓住适当的状态。本发明的目的是提供一种包装充填装置和横向密封装置,该装置能应付突然变化且遥控操作成为可能。
本发明的包装充填装置其特征在于:
具有层叠结构和与密封特性热塑层相邻的导体层的薄片状包装材料被纵向密封以构成一管形,在所述管中充填流体产品,通过由横向密封装置在所述管的横向进行横向密封形成横向密封带,在第一构成体的所述横向密封带中切断该管子成为分立的第一构成体,该第一构成体连续地被连接并形成,并构成为最终构形的包装和充填容器,以及
所述横向密封装置包括一个高频振荡器、该高频振荡器的控制器、以及通过接收振荡器的输出在所述包装材料中产生磁场的感应器,同时设置一密封质量控制装置,该控制装置基于多个影响所述横向密封质量的影响因素与所述横向密封质量之间的统计关系向所述控制器发送一个控制信号。
在本发明的优选实施例的包装充填装置中,该影响因素至少包括包含在薄片状包装材料中的湿度百分比、有或者没有叠层的金属蒸发膜、充填于其中的流体产品的温度、薄片状包装材料密封热塑层的特性、以及导体层的厚度。
在根据本发明的包装充填装置的优选实施例中,该影响因素至少包括从高频振荡器的能量输出的大小以及从其输出阻抗。
根据本发明的包装充填装置的优选实施例从监测器和/或输入装置接收一相对于所述影响因素的因素信号同时密封质量控制装置对所述控制器发送一控制信号。
本发明的横向密封装置其特征在于
具有叠层结构和与密封性能热塑层相邻的导体层的薄片状包装材料被纵向密封以构成为管状,将流体产品充填到所述管中,通过在以所述管的横向进行横向密封构成横向密封带,在所述的第一构成体的横向密封带中将该管切割成分立的第一构成体,该第一构成体连续地连接并构成,并构成为最终形态的包装和充填容器,以及
所述横向密封装置包括一个高频振荡器、该高频振荡器的控制器、以及通过从该高频振荡器接受输出以在所述包装材料中产生磁场的感应器,并设置一基于多个影响所述横向密封质量的影响因素与所述横向密封质量之间的统计关系,向所述控制器发送控制信号的密封质量控制装置。
在本发明的横向密封装置的优选实施例中,该影响因素至少包括包含在薄片状包装材料中的湿度百分比、充填于其中的流体产品的温度、薄片状包装材料的密封热塑层的特性、有或者没有叠层的金属蒸发膜、导体层的厚度、来自高频振荡器的能量输出大小以及其输出阻抗,从监测器和/或输入装置接受相对于所述影响因素的因素信号以及向所述控制器发送控制信号的密封质量控制装置。
在根据本发明的包装充填装置中,操作者无需定期地检查密封状态,同时通过自动控制可以获得合适的密封质量。根据本发明的包装充填装置减少由操作者的密封检查工作,不要求根据充填装置的工作状态的麻烦操作,通过在进行最适当的密封之前简易和自动抓住适当的工作状态不要求熟练技工。根据本发明的该包装充填装置可以应付意外的变化,因此密封是可靠的。

实施本发明的最佳模式
根据本发明的横向密封装置被安装在图2所示包装充填装置的下游一侧。准备一种叠层的具有密封热塑层和相邻的导体层的薄片状包装材料41。至于密封热塑层,有诸如聚乙烯及其共聚合物的烯族树酯。有关导体层,例如,有铝箔、钢薄膜、金属蒸发膜等,根据本发明的横向密封装置通过感应加热进行横向密封,在该加热系统中,在导体层,如铝箔、钢薄膜、金属蒸发膜,中产生涡流以发生热。该热加热相邻的密封性能的热塑层以软化并熔化该热塑层。向下挤压包括密封性能热塑层的熔化的包装材料促使密封。
在由例子表示的包装充填装置中,松开要在包装填装置中由辊子送的呈卷型叠层的包装材料薄片41。由条带敷贴器43将条带拼接到包装材料薄片的一边缘。该包装材料薄片通过一灭菌箱以便灭菌。附着在包装材料表面的灭菌处理液体由挤压辊子和空气刀45去除。
用成形辊子46将包装材料成形为管形。通过将包装材料的两端重叠而形成搭接,同时用纵向密封元件42沿管子的纵向在纵向的搭接处进行密封。从充填管47将液体食品充填到该管子中。当向下移动管子对应一个包装容器的长度时,该管子被夹在横向密封装置48密封爪与一个相对的爪之间。通过感应加热进行横向密封并形成横向密封带。与此同时,连续地构成一个第一构成体49。在中间用切割装置(末表示)的切割包装材料(末表示)的刀片切割第一构成体的该横向密封带成为分立的第一构成体49以形成最终形态的包装充填容器。
在图4中表示一个实施例,在该实施例中将第一构成体49折叠成最终形态。由两条横向(横线)密封带23和一条纵向密封带26密封第一构成体49,并设置侧壁22、22b和22a,由折叠线分开该侧壁(见图4(a))。如图4(b)所示,沿着折叠线,将第一构成体的主体形成为矩形整体的形状,同时在边缘上,形成横向密封带23和折翼24、25以从该容器的壁直立起。横向密封带23从基面22b和顶面22a直立起,同时两折翼24、25通过边缘侧25a、24a整体地与容器14连接。
接下来如图4(c)所示,在折叠横向密封带23之后,绕边缘线转动折翼,容器顶侧的该折翼24被折叠到侧壁22中,而容器底侧折翼25被折叠到基面22b中。
根据图4(C)所示的折叠实施例的呈矩形整体形状的充填流体食品的纸质容器具有一个折叠横向密封带23、容器的壁22和22a、以及纵向密封带26,该纵向密封带26从顶面22a经容器的背壁延伸到底面,并设置经边缘侧24a被折叠的折翼24。
在图3中,表示横向密封装置48的详细局部剖视图,当向下移动对应一个包装容器的长度时,充填流体产品35的管形包装材料41被抓取在两副形成的翼板31中以构成为容器的粗略形状,被夹在两副密封爪48a和相对的爪48b当中,通过在横向进行横向密封形成横向密封带。在密封爪48a中,在工作表面上安装两个感应器48c。该两个感应器接收来自高频振荡器的输出以产生朝向包装材料的磁场,按照磁场的变化,在诸如铝箔、钢薄膜、金属蒸发膜的导体层中产生一涡流以产生热。该热加热邻近的密封性能的热塑层以软化并熔化该热塑层。通过挤压冷却,形成两条横向密封带。接下来,用切割装置(32)的刀33在中间切断连接第一构成体的密封带成为分立的第一构成体49,该切割装置32具有由压力介质(油压或气压)驱动的切割机构。
在图1中表示根据本发明的一个实施例的横向密封装置的粗略方框图。根据该实施例的横向密封装置48包括一个高频振荡器1、一个该高频振荡器的控制器,和一个通过接受来自高频在振荡器的输出在包装材料41中产生磁场的感应器48C。在该包装材料中形成两条横向密封带23。根据本实施例的横向密封装置48设置一个密封质量控制装置4,该控制装置4基于多个影响横向密封质量的影响因素与横向密封质量之间的统计关系向控制器2传送控制信号,以及一个输入装置3,操作者向该输入装置3输入横向密封的设置值(横向密封的宽度、密封的厚度、密封的强度等)。
根据最佳实施例的影响因素至少包括包含在薄片状包装材料中的湿度百分比、有或者无层叠的金属蒸发膜、充填其中的流体产品的温度、薄片状包装材料的密封热塑层的特性、导体层的厚度、来自高频振荡器的能量输出的大小以及高频振荡器的输出阻抗。在多个影响横向密封质量的影响因素、横向密封质量、及本实施例中的统计关系是通过,例如,回归分析的处理。可以通过使上述影响因素成为说明性变量以及通过取密封宽度作为(作为横向密封质量)一个目标变量得到估算方程。
参照图1的粗略方框图,将说明其工作。根据本实施例的横向密封装置48在或先于包装充填装置的工作过程从一监测器(未表示)接受影响因素A,诸如包含在薄片状包装材料中的湿度百分比、有或者无层叠的金属蒸发膜、充填其中的流体产品的温度、薄片状包装材料的密封热塑层的特性、导体层的厚度。另一方面,该装置接受影响因素B,诸如来自高频振荡器的能量输出的大小和该高频振荡器的输出阻抗。可以允许操作者用输入装置代替监测器手动输入,在接受这些因素信号时,该密封质量控制装置4传送控制信号C到控制器2。
但是,不包括在上述实施例中,有可能,如果需要的话,监测诸如密封爪油压的上和下限、切割刀的锋厉性、冷却水的流速作为监测项目。此外,本发明不局限于上述实施例并可能基于本发明的目的作各种变化,该变化不在本发明的范围之外。
工业的可应用性
可以生产充填诸如牛奶和果汁的液体食品的包装容器。
Claims (6)
1、一种包装充填装置:
其中纵向密封具有层叠结构和邻近密封性能热塑层的薄片状包装材料以构成管形,将流体产品充填到所述管子中,通过使用横向密封装置在所述管子的横向进行横向密封以形成横向密封带,该管子在第一构成体的所述横向密封带中被切割成分立的第一构成体(该构成体连续地连接并形成),并形成为最终形态的包装充填容器,以及
其中所述横向密封装置包括一个高频振荡器、该高频振荡器的控制器以及一个感应器,该感应器通过接受来自高频振荡器的输出在所述包装材料中产生磁场,并包括一个基于多个影响所述横向密封质量的影响因素与所述横向密封质量之间的统计关系,传送控制信号到所述控制器的密封质量控制装置。
2、根据权利要求1的包装充填装置,其中所述影响因素包括在薄片状包装材料中包含的湿度百分比、有或者没有层叠的金属蒸发膜、充填于其中的流体产品的温度、片状包装材料的密封热塑性层的特性以及导体层的厚度。
3、根据权利要求1的包装充填装置,其中所述影响因素包括从高频振荡器的能量输出的大小及该高频振荡器的输出阻抗。
4、根据权利要求1的包装充填装置,其中在该包装充填装置的工作过程中,该包装充填装置接受来自监测器和/或输入装置的相对于所述影响因素的因素信号,同时密封质量控制装置传送一控制信号到所述控制器。
5、一种包装充填装置的横向密封装置,
其中纵向密封具有层叠结构和邻近密封性能热塑层的导体层的薄片状包装材料以形成管形,在该管中充填流体产品,通过在所述管的横向进行横向密封以形成横向密封带,在所述第一构成体的所述横向密封带中将该管子切割成分立的第一构成体(该第一构成体是连续地连接并形成的),同时形成为最终形态的包装和充填容器,以及
其中所述横向密封装置包括一个高频振荡器、该高频振荡器的控制器、以及一个感应器,该感应器通过接受高频振荡器的输出在所述包装材料中产生磁场,并设置一个基于多个影响所述密封质量的影响因素与所述横向密封质量的统计关系,传送控制信号到所述控制器的密封质量控制装置。
6.根据权利要求7的横向密封装置,其中所述影响因素包括在薄片状包装材料中包含的湿度百分比、充填于其中的流体产品的温度、薄片状包装材料的密封热塑层的特性、导体层的厚度、高频振荡器的能量输出的大小以及高频振荡器的输出阻抗,以及在包装填充装置工作过程中,该横向密封装置接受来自监测器和/或输入装置相对于所述影响因素的因素信号和密封质量控制装置传送控制信号到所述控制器。
