Description

用于输送介质的导管
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分特征的用于输送介质的导管。
EP 0 762 041 B1提出的这样一种导管属于现有技术。在此,所用的金属内管是由铜制成的。包覆层是由一种热塑性塑料如聚乙烯构成的。内管的外径在10mm至22mm范围内时,其壁厚为0.5mm至1mm。包覆层的壁厚可以在0.3mm和1.5mm之间。
已知的导管特别用于地板加热系统。
虽然已知的导管已进入实际应用中,但仍存在不利的特质,即其内管必须具有比较大的壁厚,使得它能以所希望的半径加以弯曲,而不横向折断。允许的弯曲半径基本上取决于内管壁厚对其外径之比。因此,例如在用于地板加热系统时,这样的内管壁厚要求用大量贵重的铜,因此,不仅材料成本明显增高,而且待处理的作为盘卷材料制备的导管的重量也明显增大。对这种盘卷材料的处理是很困难的,而且导管的弯曲还要求高的弯曲力。
此外,还应注意到已知的导管的另一个特性,即,只能用热塑性的包覆层将内管包起来,而又不能与之粘着地相连。当两个导管的端部必须加以连接时,就需要将此处的包覆层除去。此外,特别是对于地下敷设的导管,在连接部位会有湿气进入内管和包覆层之间,从而导致腐蚀。
从现有技术出发,本发明的目的是提供这样一种用于输送介质的导管,此种导管对铜的用量大大减少,而且在其敷设时的处理操作亦可简化。
上述目的是以权利要求1的特征部分中所述特征得以实现的。
重要的设计特点在于:现在,为了形成包覆层,有针对性地采用具有官能团的聚烯烃的材料组中的一种塑料。非极性的材料,如聚烯烃,不会同其它材料如金属发生粘附连接。通过适合的官能团的结合-这些官能团在高温下同极性的表面发生反应而且能形成高的化学结合力,可以达到以下目的:包覆层可以与内管的表面发生粘附连接。通过包覆层与内管的力锁合接合,所提供的导管对外部机械作用具有大的抵抗力,而且有特别良好的可弯曲性。此外还能借此保证良好的热传导及高的抗腐蚀性。
通过对包覆层和内管的有针对性的壁厚尺寸确定,以及通过内管的壁厚对其内径之比的设定,可以获得一种良好的弯曲性能,这是因为所用的材料的塑性和弹性特性可以达到一定的比例。内管的最小壁厚在0.15mm和0.5mm之间,这可导致明显降低总重量,从而可以操作大的盘卷材料长度。较大的盘卷材料长度意味着:例如在敷设地板加热系统时,连接点较少,以及剩余长度亦较小。导管可以毫无问题地不需要辅助工具地用手工从一盘卷材料退卷。弯曲性能是极佳的,同时只有微小的回弹力。
包覆层与薄壁的内管的粘附连接还可以实现下述目的:可以简单地用分离钳或分离剪无碎屑地将导管加以切分。能可靠地抑制横断面发生改变的压挤现象。
优选采用的内管其外径在10mm和22mm之间,其壁厚在0.15mm和0.5mm之间。在此情况下,包覆层所具的壁厚可在1.0mm和2.5mm之间。
最后还得指出一点:本发明提出的导管是可以回收利用的,因为使用的是非交联的聚烯烃。
本发明提出的导管可以在房屋装修/建造方面用作为饮用水管、地板或加热管。还可考虑将之用于给水设施。还可将之用于热交换器、蒸发器和冷凝器。此外还有一个可能性,就是将导管用于输送气体、水、油或制冷剂。
本发明的一项特别有利的发展在于权利要求2中所述的特征。依此,包覆层的壁厚与内管的壁厚之比为3∶1至7∶1。
若按权利要求3,内管用铜或一种铜合金制成,则通过铜和聚烯烃的材料配合便可实现微小的热阻,因此采用这种导管对于热传导目的是非常有效的。内管最好是无缝拉制的。
本发明的一项发展体现在权利要求4的特征上。依此,内管是用铜或一种铜合金制成的,在其外表面加以镀锡。这样,就为在包覆层和内管之间获得牢固而耐久的粘附连接创造了特别良好的条件。
可按下述措施改善表面粘附性,即,将内管的外表面通过酸蚀和接着的钝化(形成保护膜)加以预处理(权利要求5)。
对此,按权利要求6优选使用以苯并三唑为基的试剂。
按权利要求7所述的特征,但也可考虑内管用精炼钢制成。
如权利要求8中所设定的那样,也可以考虑采取这样一种选择,就是内管在其内表面上加以镀锡。这种在内表面上镀锡的管子还可按权利要求10进行纵向焊接。
按权利要求9,未在内表面上镀锡的内管方案也可以纵向焊接地构造。
下面将参照在附图中示出的一个实施例对本发明作详细说明。
图中示出一个用于构建地板加热系统的导管1的一个纵剖面。
此导管1包含一个用一种铜合金制成的内管2。内管2的外表面3是镀锡的。
内管2的壁4的厚度D为0.3mm。若内管的外径AD为12mm,则其内径ID为11.4mm。
在内管2上加设了一个包覆层5,该包覆层是用具有官能团的聚烯烃材料组中的一种塑料构成的。这样,包覆层5便可与内管2的外表面3实现粘附连接。包覆层5的壁6的厚度D1为2mm。
根据上述的尺寸,包覆层5的壁6的厚度D1与内管2的壁4的厚度D之比为6.7∶1;而内管2的壁4的厚度D与其内径ID之比为0.03。

Claims (5)

1.用于输送介质的导管,所述导管由一个金属内管(2)和一个由热塑性塑料制成的包覆层(5)构成,其中,所述包覆层(5)由具有官能团的聚烯烃材料组中的一种塑料构成,其中,包覆层(5)的壁(6)的厚度(D1)与内管(2)的壁(4)的厚度(D)之比为2∶1至14∶1,且内管(2)的壁(4)的厚度(D)与其内径(ID)之比为0.01至0.05,其特征在于:内管(2)是由铜或一种铜合金制成的,并且在其外表面(3)和其内表面上是镀锡的。
2.按权利要求1所述的导管,其特征在于:包覆层(5)的壁(6)的厚度(D1)与内管(2)的壁(4)的厚度(D)之比为3∶1至7∶1。
3.按权利要求1至2中任一项所述的导管,其特征在于:由金属制成的内管(2)在其外表面(3)上用改善对金属表面的结合的试剂预处理。
4.按权利要求3所述的导管,其特征在于:试剂的基质是苯并三唑。
5.按权利要求1至2中任一项所述的导管,其特征在于:内管(2)是纵向焊接的。
