Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于连续生产包含橡胶、烃类树脂和溶剂的组合物,特别是粘合剂制剂的方法。
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的改进方法,特别是具有显著的通用性,并且其可以通过大小受到限制的机器来执行。
这个目的通过如上所述类型的生产方法来实现,该生产方法通过利用两个或多个串联放置的双螺杆挤出机来执行。
利用串联放置的若干挤出机与使用单一挤出机的情况相比,在安装方面的灵活性要大很多。从构建的观点来看,除了本身的复杂性,实际上后者必须需要很大的长度,因此不容易安装在小空间中。
除此之外,利用独立的挤出机使得可以独立自由地选择相应的工艺参数,如温度和螺杆转速等等,以便挤出工艺可适用于特殊的操作要求,具有很大的通用性。有利地,各挤出机出口的温度小于溶解其它成分的溶剂的沸点。
可以使用的双螺杆挤出机是普通型的,有利地是共旋转式的。然而,可以使用反转类型的双螺杆挤出机。使用的挤出机具有的螺杆外径与内径之比优选为1.4-2.0,更优选为1.55-1.8,以便可以显著缩小其外径尺寸。
如果串联使用两个挤出机,则本发明的方法优选以逐份的方式在第一挤出机初始段下游的多个点和在沿第二挤出机的多个点加入溶剂。还优选在离开第一挤出机的组合物进入第二挤出机以前将一部分溶剂加入该离开第一挤出机的组合物中。
在本发明方法的优选实施方案中,所述橡胶和树脂全部加到第一挤出机的初始段中。作为备选方案,可以将一部分树脂加入第一挤出机的初始段中,而将剩余部分在第一挤出机的所述初始段的下游位置加入。
使用的橡胶选自天然橡胶、合成橡胶和它们的混合物,例如苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)和“天然橡胶”(NR)。
如已知的,烃类树脂是通过聚合煤焦油、松香或石油的不饱和组分而制备的树脂。优选使用具有赋予粘合力性能的烃类树脂,例如商品名为Escorez或Wing-tack的物质和它们的混合物。
溶剂例如选自戊烷、己烷、庚烷、二氯丙烷和它们的混合物。

用于连续生产包含橡胶、烃类树脂和溶剂的组合物的方法利用了(图1)串联放置的第一双螺杆挤出机10a和第二双螺杆挤出机10b,它们例如是共旋转式的。
在第一挤出机10a中存在连续的第一长度12、第二长度14、第三长度16、第四长度18和第五长度19。第一长度12大约16D长(其中D是指挤出机10a的所述双螺杆之一的直径),第二长度14大约12D长,第三长度16大约12D长,第四长度18大约8D长,第五长度19大约20D长。
橡胶20、一部分烃类树脂22和常规添加剂24例如抗氧化剂在第一长度12初始处加入。加入的各成分在第一长度12中均化。
剩余部分的树脂22在第一长度12尾部加入,而将第一部分溶剂26在第二长度14中加入。剩余各成分在第二长度14中溶于溶剂26。
其它部分的溶剂26分别在第三和第五长度16、19中加入。剩余各成分在溶剂26中的进一步溶解发生在长度16、18和19中。
当获得的组合物离开第一挤出机10a时,温度必须低于溶剂26在工艺压力下的沸点。然后在离开第一挤出机10a的组合物处于第二挤出机10b中之前,将其它部分的溶剂26加到离开第一挤出机10a的组合物中。有利地,被放入第一挤出机10a中或被加到离开第一挤出机10a的组合物中的全部溶剂占总数的50-80%。剩余部分加入第二挤出机10b中。
在后者中存在连续的第一长度28、第二长度30和第三长度32。第一长度28大约16D长(其中D是指挤出机10的所述双螺杆之一的直径),第二长度30大约12D长,第三长度32大约12D长。
其它部分的溶剂26分别加入第一和第二长度28、30中。剩余成分在溶剂26中的进一步溶解发生在长度28、30、32中。同样地,在第二挤出机10b出口处获得的组合物的温度必须低于溶剂26在工艺压力下的沸点。有利地,在第二挤出机10b中的所述组合物的温度低于在第一挤出机10a中的所述组合物的温度。第一挤出机10a的螺杆的转速例如为20-300rpm,而第二挤出机10b的螺杆的转速为例如60-600rpm。可以彼此独立地调节这些转速,从而可以以希望的方式控制最终组合物的粘度。优选第二挤出机10b的螺杆的转速大于第一挤出机10a的螺杆的转速。
参考图2说明本发明生产方法的另一个实施方案。与在前情况相比的第一个改变在于溶剂26不加入第二挤出机10b的第二长度30。与在前情况相比的第二个改变在于在加入树脂22的位置加入母炼胶34(包含在所述树脂中的染料的浓缩混合物)。
参考图3说明本发明生产方法的又一个实施方案。与图1所述情况相比的唯一改变在于在离开第一挤出机10a的组合物处于第二挤出机10b中之前不将溶剂26加入离开第一挤出机10a的组合物中。
参考图4说明本发明生产方法的另一个实施方案。在这种情况下,第一挤出机10a的第一长度12为28D长,相当于图3中的第一挤出机的第一和第二长度的长度之和。除此之外,将全部量的树脂22加入第一长度12的初始段,此后反而进行溶剂26的第一次添加。与参考图3已经描述的情况相比,第一挤出机10a剩余部分的结构和第二挤出机10b的全部结构,以及加入剩余部分的溶剂26的方式保持不变。

Claims (15)
