In this embodiment, the specific electronic seal signing process is as follows: the seal key disc is provided with a seal through initialization, and the seal key disc can write information such as a seal user, a use password and the like into the seal key disc through seal making software and can be distributed to an end user for use. The software must be strictly managed and backed up in time after the seal is made each time; when signing, the seal or signature must be scanned as is, for example, with a resolution of 300dpi, then in a photoshop (digital image processor) a color selection tool is used to select red, then the selected part is copied, a window is created, the window is pasted into a new window, the image is converted into a resolution of 96dpi and stored as gif (graphic interchange format) type, the number of colors is between 4 and 8, and a picture in pure white format is produced except the seal or signature information.
An eKey (intelligent password key) is a physical carrier of an electronic seal, and the legal effectiveness of the eKey is equivalent to that of a physical seal of an enterprise.
As shown in fig. 4, the electronic signature of the present invention uses a public key system, that is, a pair of matched keys is used to encrypt and decrypt the electronic signature. It is computationally impossible to deduce one set of keys from another. According to the current computer technology level, thousands of years of calculation time is needed to crack the currently adopted 1024-bit RSA key (also adopted by the invention). The user adopts the private key of the user to process the information, and the secret key is owned by the user, so that a file which cannot be generated by others is generated, and an electronic signature is formed. With the electronic signature, the following two points can be confirmed:
(1) the information is ensured to be signed and sent by a signer, and the signer cannot deny or is difficult to deny;
(2) the information is ensured to be not modified any more since being issued, and the issued file is a real file.
The electronic contract management system of the invention uses the binding of electronic signature and electronic seal of the secure hash algorithm (SHA-1), DES encryption algorithm and PKI framework (Public Key Interface), the personal private Key is stored in a USB encryption Key EKEY (Intelligent cipher Key) integrating an intelligent card and a reader-writer in a USB Interface, the Key passes the authentication of China national cipher administration Committee and China Public Security department and is the standard of China Shanghai CA authentication center.
The encryption technical points of the invention are as follows:
1. the invention follows the standard of electronic signature of the electronic signature law of the people's republic of China, and accords with the national security standard of China;
2. adopting PKI: (Public Key Infrastructure) PKI is a universal security Infrastructure that implements and provides security services using Public Key theory and techniques;
3. adopting a digital certificate of an authoritative third-party CA certification authority to meet the requirements of the related laws of the electronic seal;
4. the digital certificate and the electronic seal or the handwritten signature information are bound (confusion encryption technology) to ensure the signature information source to be reliable;
5. a standard HASH Algorithm (HASH) is adopted to generate a digital abstract of the file content, so that the electronic signature and the signed file are ensured to be tightly bound; encrypting the electronic signature entity Data by adopting a Standard RSA and DES (Data Encryption Standard) algorithm;
6. an intelligent key disc (namely hardware equipment such as Minghua eKey) is adopted to store the seal, the signature and the key information, and the intelligent key disc and the software jointly control the acquisition authority of the seal; support standard third party CA certification authorities;
7. the system supports the signature log, namely the system stores the information of each signature of the user in a unified log file so as to be convenient for query;

9. the platform of the invention is completely compatible with the international standard (x509, PKCS) certificate format, and can be directly merged into the PKI (public Key infrastructure) system of the national and international organizations;
10. a verification mechanism with signature and content integrity and non-tamper-proofness;
11. through a matched interface, all tools adopt a mode of combining automatic management and self-management, and are flexible and easy to use. The problems that the safety product in the existing market is complex to use and high in cost are solved in a centralized manner.
12. Easy use, easy deployment, easy management and low operation cost
As mentioned above, the platform of the invention adopts a standard ActiveX (based on a built object model, which is used for supporting control technology embedded on a network site) client-side electronic signature component, and the idea of the component develops the emphasis from modeling to the consideration of software production, namely, the component can be reused as a part in a new system in the software production in the application field. After abstraction, a complex system is presented to the application in a uniform layer form after being abstracted and necessarily isolated. The application can better focus on business logic in the environment provided by the digital signature, exists in a componentized form, and finally realizes good cooperative work in heterogeneous environments naturally.
FIG. 5 shows a specific process for making an electronic seal, and as shown in FIG. 5, the electronic contract user module 103 disposed in the client 1 includes a sub-module for providing real detailed identity information of a user and a sub-module for scanning pictures of a physical seal; the system administrator module 102 disposed in the client 1 includes a graphic encryption compression and digital watermark encryption sub-module, and provides a user enterprise electronic certificate sub-module and a system interface (shown in fig. 6); the specific process is that real detailed identity information and a physical seal scanning picture provided by the electronic contract user module 103 of the client 1 are submitted to the system administrator module 102 (shown in fig. 1); the system administrator module 102 encrypts and compresses the graphics and encrypts the digital watermark, and submits the graphics and the digital watermark to the electronic seal management center module 202 together with the enterprise electronic certificate of the user; the electronic seal management center module 202 creates an electronic signature and stores the electronic signature in a key disk. As described above, the invention uses the image processing technology to process the complex images of the signature pattern and the electronic document background, so that the signature pattern can float on the background, and the same visual effect as the signature and seal of the paper document is achieved. Complex image compression and decompression technology is adopted to save storage space; and the digital watermarking technology is adopted to ensure that the seal can not be forged. The digital watermarking technology is the popular digital anti-counterfeiting technology at present. The electronic seal system based on the digital watermark is characterized in that invisible watermark information is embedded in the electronic seal, when the electronic seal containing the watermark information is printed, the embedded watermark information can be detected by a laser detector with the size of a U disk, a seal picture can be scanned into a computer by a scanner, and the watermark information can be extracted by watermark extraction software, so that the anti-counterfeiting purpose of the seal is achieved. The seal anti-counterfeiting technology based on the digital watermark is the most reliable mature anti-counterfeiting technology at present, and is low in use cost.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of the contract template dynamically made by the contract template management center module. In order to accommodate different electronic contract templates required by different users, the contract template management center module 203 dynamically designs and provides contract templates for various functions visually. The system administrator module 102 (shown in fig. 1) can conveniently retrieve a variety of contract templates using the interface provided by the system according to the needs of the user.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic contract administrator module 101 (shown in fig. 1) of the client 1 submits a contract style to the system administrator module 102 according to the requirement of the electronic contract user module 103, the system administrator module 102 submits the contract style to the contract template management center module 203 through the system interface of the contract template making tool, and the contract template management center module 203 makes a visual contract template according to the contract style submitted by the system administrator module 102 and based on the technology of the visual contract template editor of XML and stores the visual contract template into the contract template database module. The requirements of different users on different styles are met.
FIG. 7 is a diagram of the contract template management center module 203 managing contract templates specifically; as shown in fig. 7, the contract template management center module 203 manages contract templates organized in units of enterprises, and usage rights of templates vary among enterprises. The contract templates are uniformly stored and are respectively managed by each enterprise, and the enterprises only have the authority to manage the templates. A contract user associated with a business can use the contract template for the business. As shown in FIG. 7, the contract template of a certain A enterprise is used by the user establishing the contract relationship with the certain A enterprise; the contract template of a certain B enterprise is used by the user establishing the contract relation with the certain B enterprise; the users that have established contractual relationships with an … business use a contractual template for an … business.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the user management center module 204 for managing users. The user management center module 204 manages users by grouping the enterprises with large contract use number as nodes. As shown in FIG. 8, UserA 1 is a group with UserA 2, and is a "user establishing a contractual relationship with a certain A business"; user B1 is a group with user B2, and is a user who establishes a contract relation with a certain B enterprise; user … is a group with user …, being "a user who has established a contractual relationship with a certain … business". Such packet management is both convenient and reliable.
Fig. 9 is a flow chart of the operation platform of the present invention. In this embodiment, the operation environment of the operation platform is: the hardware at the server side is as follows: the dominant frequency is above intel P41.6GMHz, the memory is 512MB, the hard disk is above 40G, and the operating systems are Windows NT and Windows 2000/2003; the software used was Microsoft SQL 2000, Tomcat 5.0 Apache 3.1.
The main frequency of hardware at the client is more than 800MHz, the memory is more than 128MB, and the color configuration of the display card needs to be set to be 24-bit enhanced color or 32-bit true color; the operating system supports Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows 2000/2003 and Windows XP; the software that needs to be installed includes versions above Microsoft IE 5.0.
The specific operation flow of the electronic contract management system on the operation platform of the present invention is shown in fig. 9:

If the password of the user name is wrong, the illegal electronic seal can not pass the login authentication of the user. Authentication failure will not log into the system;

If the two parties do not accept the invitation, the contract process cannot be continued;
<0003> contract template selection: after the contract-making invitation is completed, the user starts to draft a contract and first selects a contract template. The user can select a template with the use authority to draft a contract;
<0004> establishing parties to the contract: after the contract template is selected, the drafter selects the roles of the parties establishing the contract in the contract; and (3) contract content filling: after each party of the contract is established, each party fills the contract content;
<0005> contract confirmation: after the completion of the contract filling, all parties of the contract confirm the contract, the drafted contract is completed after each party of the contract confirms, the drafted contract is locked, and the confirmed contract can be signed. If all parties of the contract find that the contract is wrong, the contract can be denied, and the denied contract will be invalidated.
<0006> contract signature: the contract signing is a very critical step of the electronic contract, both parties of the contract use the own electronic seal to sign the contract, the contract becomes effective after the signing of both parties is finished, and the contract signing has the legal effectiveness completely equal to that of the traditional signature signing and sealing contract. The signature may be rejected until it is not completed in the signature process. The contract for which the signature is denied will be voided.
Claims (6)
1. An electronic contract management system operation platform comprises a client and a server which are connected with each other through a network, and is characterized in that the server comprises: the electronic seal management center module, the contract template management center module and the user management center module are connected with each other by taking the electronic contract management center module as a core; the electronic contract management center module is used for managing contracts and comprises the steps of accepting a contract invitation made by a user, selecting a contract template, making a new contract, filling in contract content, confirming the contract, signing the contract, verifying the signature and the effectiveness of the contract, browsing and checking the contract, making a contract operation log, and controlling the encrypted storage of the contract and the printing and printing times of the contract;
the electronic seal management center module is used for managing seals of electronic contracts and comprises a seal receiving module, a seal making module, an electronic seal management center module, a seal management module and a seal management module, wherein the seal receiving module is used for receiving seal application, making, encrypting and storing contract seals, updating and reporting loss of the seals, resetting the passwords of the seals, using the seals, inquiring logs of the contract seals, integrating and using enterprise seals and enterprise electronic certificates and encrypting digital watermarks of the seals;
the contract template management center module is used for uniformly managing the contract template selected by the electronic contract management center module and various contract templates required by clients, and comprises the steps of dynamically creating and editing a visualized contract template based on an extensible markup language, dividing the application range and the use permission of the contract template, inquiring and counting the contract template, and printing and previewing the contract template;
the user management center template is used for user application registration, user domain management and division, user identity authentication, user authority management, binding of user information and a user electronic seal and determining user identity by a double-layer user identity authentication system;
the client comprises: the system comprises a system manager module, an electronic contract manager module and an electronic contract user module which are connected with each other; the electronic contract user module is used for providing real and detailed identity information of a user and a scanned picture of a physical seal; the electronic contract administrator module is used for submitting a contract style according to the requirement of a user, verifying the identity, the content and the signature time of the user and checking a certificate; the system administrator module is used for providing a system interface, image encryption compression, digital watermark encryption and providing an electronic certificate of a user enterprise.

The electronic contract management system operation platform according to claim 1, wherein the electronic contract management center module comprises: the system comprises a contract invitation receiving sub-module, a contract template selecting sub-module, a contract drafting sub-module, a contract content filling sub-module, a contract confirming sub-module, a contract signing sub-module, a contract verification encryption sub-module, a contract database sub-module, a contract browsing and viewing sub-module, a contract operation log formulating and printing sub-module which are sequentially connected.

The electronic contract management system operation platform according to claim 1, wherein the electronic seal management center module comprises: the system comprises a contract seal application receiving and making submodule, a seal encryption storage submodule, a seal update loss reporting submodule, a seal password resetting submodule, a seal using submodule and a contract making log inquiring submodule which are sequentially connected.

The electronic contract management system operation platform of claim 1, wherein the contract template management center module comprises: the system comprises a contract template creating submodule, a contract template use authority distributing submodule, a contract template statistical storage and retrieval submodule and a contract template printing submodule which are connected in sequence.

The electronic contract management system operation platform according to claim 1, wherein the customer management center module includes: the system comprises a management user registration submodule, a contract user identity authentication submodule, an authority verification submodule, a user domain management submodule and a user domain seal integrated management submodule which are connected in sequence.
6. The electronic contract management system operation platform according to claim 1, wherein the system administrator module disposed at the client comprises: the image encryption compression and digital watermark encryption sub-module provides a user enterprise electronic certificate sub-module and a system interface.
