The signing mode agrees with signing agreement in a checking mode, a party A can forge, a party B can also repudiate, and the legal effect is weak.

in the message queue, when a user signs up, a large amount of message spurs may occur in either a pull manner or a push manner. If all messages are processed at this time, it is likely that the system load is too high, affecting stability. But no message can be delivered in the next few seconds, and the capability of the system for processing the message is not fully utilized if the redundant message is directly discarded. Therefore, it is necessary to distribute the message spurs evenly for a period of time to process as many messages as possible while keeping the system load below the message processing level, thereby achieving the effect of "peak clipping and valley filling".
