Specifically, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of a document delivery process evidence storing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The document delivery process certification device may be disposed in the management server 10.

The document delivery process verification apparatus may be implemented in the form of a computer program that can be run on a computer device as shown in fig. 8.

Referring to fig. 8, the computer device 500 includes a processor 502, memory, and a network interface 505 connected by a system bus 501, where the memory may include a non-volatile storage medium 503 and an internal memory 504.
The non-volatile storage medium 503 may store an operating system 5031 and a computer program 5032. The computer program 5032, when executed, causes the processor 502 to perform a document delivery process for credentialing.
The processor 502 is used to provide computing and control capabilities that support the operation of the overall computer device 500.
The memory 504 provides an environment for the computer program 5032 in the non-volatile storage medium 503 to run, and when the computer program 5032 is executed by the processor 502, the processor 502 can execute the document delivery process authentication method.
The network interface 505 is used for network communication, such as providing transmission of data information. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 8 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with aspects of the present invention and is not intended to limit the computing device 500 to which aspects of the present invention may be applied, and that a particular computing device 500 may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In an embodiment, when executing the steps of generating corresponding notification information according to a notification template matched with a to-be-sent document in a preset template library and acquiring a notification information generation record if the to-be-sent document is received, the processor 502 executes the following operations: storing the document to be sent and acquiring a document storage address; obtaining a template matched with the document format in the template library as a notification template according to the document format of the document to be sent; generating notification information corresponding to the document to be sent according to the notification template and the document storage address; and generating a notification information generation record according to the document storage address, the notification generation time and the notification information generation terminal.
In an embodiment, the processor 502 performs the following operations when executing the step of generating, according to a preset information storage rule, the ledger information corresponding to the notification information generation record and the sending record as first ledger information and performing distributed storage on the first ledger information: generating head account book information corresponding to the notification information generation record according to the head account book information generation rule; generating common account book information corresponding to the sending record according to the common account book information generation rule and the head account book information; and taking the head account book information and the common account book information as first account book information, and broadcasting the first account book information to a block chain network according to the account book information broadcasting rule so as to perform distributed storage on the first account book information.
In an embodiment, the processor 502, when receiving a document obtaining request fed back by the party terminal according to the notification information before executing a feedback time limit preset at a sending time interval from the sending record, performs the following steps of authenticating a party according to the party information to obtain an authentication result: sending an identity information acquisition request to the party terminal to acquire identity information fed back by the party terminal; and judging whether the identity information is matched with the information of the party or not to obtain an identity verification result of whether the identity information passes the verification or not.
In an embodiment, the processor 502 receives a document obtaining request fed back by the party terminal according to the notification information before executing the step of performing the feedback time limit preset by the sending time interval with the sending record, and authenticating the party according to the party information to obtain the authentication result, and performs the following operations: and if a document acquisition request fed back by the party terminal according to the document to be sent is not received before a feedback time limit preset by the sending time interval of the sending record, returning to the step of sending the notification information to the party terminal corresponding to the party information contained in the document to be sent according to a preset sending mode and acquiring the sending record so as to send the notification information to the party terminal again according to the sending mode and acquire the sending record again.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiment of a computer device illustrated in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation on the specific construction of the computer device, and that in other embodiments a computer device may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. For example, in some embodiments, the computer device may only include a memory and a processor, and in such embodiments, the structures and functions of the memory and the processor are consistent with those of the embodiment shown in fig. 8, and are not described herein again.

sending the notification information to a party terminal corresponding to party information contained in the document to be sent according to a preset sending mode and acquiring a sending record;
generating account book information corresponding to the notification information generation record and the sending record according to a preset information storage rule to serve as first account book information, and storing the first account book information in a distributed mode;
if a document acquisition request fed back by the party terminal according to the notification information is received before a feedback time limit preset by the sending time interval of the sending record, performing identity authentication on the party according to the party information to obtain an identity authentication result;
generating account book information corresponding to the identity verification result according to the information storage rule and the first account book information to serve as second account book information and storing the second account book information in a distributed mode;
if the identity verification result is that the verification is passed, sending the stored document to be sent to the party terminal and acquiring a document sending record;
and generating the account book information corresponding to the document sending record as third account book information according to the information storage rule and the second account book information, and performing distributed storage on the third account book information.

The document delivery process evidence storing method according to claim 1, wherein the generating of corresponding notification information and obtaining of notification information generation records according to the notification template matched with the document to be sent in a preset template library comprises:
storing the document to be sent and acquiring a document storage address;
obtaining a template matched with the document format in the template library as a notification template according to the document format of the document to be sent;
generating notification information corresponding to the document to be sent according to the notification template and the document storage address;
and generating a notification information generation record according to the document storage address, the notification generation time and the notification information generation terminal.

The document delivery process deposit receipt method according to claim 1, wherein the ledger information includes header ledger information and general ledger information, and the information storage rules include header ledger information generation rules, general ledger information generation rules, and ledger information broadcast rules; the generating, according to a preset information storage rule, the ledger information corresponding to the notification information generation record and the sending record as first ledger information and performing distributed storage on the first ledger information includes:
generating head account book information corresponding to the notification information generation record according to the head account book information generation rule;
generating common account book information corresponding to the sending record according to the common account book information generation rule and the head account book information;
and taking the head account book information and the common account book information as first account book information, and broadcasting the first account book information to a block chain network according to the account book information broadcasting rule so as to perform distributed storage on the first account book information.
4. The document delivery process storing method of claim 1, wherein the authenticating the party according to the party information to obtain the authentication result comprises:
sending an identity information acquisition request to the party terminal to acquire identity information fed back by the party terminal;
and judging whether the identity information is matched with the information of the party or not to obtain an identity verification result of whether the identity information passes the verification or not.
5. The document delivery process storing method of claim 1, wherein before the authenticating the principal according to the principal information to obtain the authentication result, the method further comprises:
and if a document acquisition request fed back by the party terminal according to the document to be sent is not received before a feedback time limit preset by the sending time interval of the sending record, returning to the step of sending the notification information to the party terminal corresponding to the party information contained in the document to be sent according to a preset sending mode and acquiring the sending record so as to send the notification information to the party terminal again according to the sending mode and acquire the sending record again.
