In the document delivery process evidence storing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the account book information corresponding to the notification information generation record and the sending record is generated according to the information storage rule and is stored in a distributed manner, if a document acquisition request fed back by the party terminal is received, the identity of the party is verified according to the party information to obtain an identity verification result, the account book information corresponding to the identity verification result is generated and is stored in a distributed manner, if the identity verification result is verified to be passed, the document to be sent is sent to the party terminal, the document sending record is obtained, and the corresponding account book information is generated and is stored in a distributed manner. By the method, the account book information is generated correspondingly to the acquired notification information generating record, the acquired notification information transmitting record and the acquired identity verification result and is stored in a distributed mode, so that the process of the electronic delivery process can be stored, the integrity and the reliability of the information of the account book can be ensured, and legal disputes caused by the fact that the delivery process of the electronic document cannot be stored can be avoided.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a document delivery process certificate storage device which is used for executing any embodiment of the document delivery process certificate storage method. Specifically, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of a document delivery process evidence storing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The document delivery process certification device may be disposed in the management server 10.

As shown in fig. 7, the document delivery flow storing apparatus 100 includes a notification information storing unit 110, a notification information transmitting unit 120, a first distributed storage unit 130, an authentication unit 140, a second distributed storage unit 150, a document transmitting unit 160, and a third distributed storage unit 170.

And a notification information storage unit 110, configured to, if a document to be sent is received, generate corresponding notification information according to a notification template matched with the document to be sent in a preset template library, and obtain a notification information generation record.

In other embodiments of the present invention, the identity verification unit 140 includes sub-units: the device comprises an identity information acquisition unit and an identity information judgment unit.

The identity information acquisition unit is used for sending an identity information acquisition request to the party terminal so as to acquire the identity information fed back by the party terminal; and the identity information judging unit is used for judging whether the identity information is matched with the information of the party so as to obtain an identity verification result of whether the identity information passes the verification.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the document delivery process certificate storage apparatus 100 further includes sub-units: and a notification information resending unit.

And the notification information resending unit is used for returning to the step of sending the notification information to the party terminal corresponding to the party information contained in the document to be sent according to the preset sending mode and obtaining the sending record if the document obtaining request fed back by the party terminal according to the document to be sent is not received before the feedback time limit preset by the sending time interval of the sending record, so as to send the notification information to the party terminal again according to the sending mode and obtain the sending record again.

The document delivery process evidence storing device provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for executing the document delivery process evidence storing method, generates and distributes the book information corresponding to the notification information generation record and the sending record according to the information storage rule, if a document acquiring request fed back by a party terminal is received, authenticates the identity of the party according to the party information to obtain an identity authentication result, generates and distributes the book information corresponding to the identity authentication result, and if the identity authentication result is that the document to be sent passes the authentication, sends the document to be sent to the party terminal, acquires the document sending record, generates and distributes the book information and stores the book information. By the method, the account book information is generated correspondingly to the acquired notification information generating record, the acquired notification information transmitting record and the acquired identity verification result and is stored in a distributed mode, so that the process of the electronic delivery process can be stored, the integrity and the reliability of the information of the account book can be ensured, and legal disputes caused by the fact that the delivery process of the electronic document cannot be stored can be avoided.

The document delivery process verification apparatus may be implemented in the form of a computer program that can be run on a computer device as shown in fig. 8.

Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 8, the computer device 500 includes a processor 502, memory, and a network interface 505 connected by a system bus 501, where the memory may include a non-volatile storage medium 503 and an internal memory 504.

The non-volatile storage medium 503 may store an operating system 5031 and a computer program 5032. The computer program 5032, when executed, causes the processor 502 to perform a document delivery process for credentialing.

The processor 502 is used to provide computing and control capabilities that support the operation of the overall computer device 500.

The memory 504 provides an environment for the computer program 5032 in the non-volatile storage medium 503 to run, and when the computer program 5032 is executed by the processor 502, the processor 502 can execute the document delivery process authentication method.

The network interface 505 is used for network communication, such as providing transmission of data information. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 8 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with aspects of the present invention and is not intended to limit the computing device 500 to which aspects of the present invention may be applied, and that a particular computing device 500 may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In an embodiment, when executing the steps of generating corresponding notification information according to a notification template matched with a to-be-sent document in a preset template library and acquiring a notification information generation record if the to-be-sent document is received, the processor 502 executes the following operations: storing the document to be sent and acquiring a document storage address; obtaining a template matched with the document format in the template library as a notification template according to the document format of the document to be sent; generating notification information corresponding to the document to be sent according to the notification template and the document storage address; and generating a notification information generation record according to the document storage address, the notification generation time and the notification information generation terminal.

In an embodiment, the processor 502 performs the following operations when executing the step of generating, according to a preset information storage rule, the ledger information corresponding to the notification information generation record and the sending record as first ledger information and performing distributed storage on the first ledger information: generating head account book information corresponding to the notification information generation record according to the head account book information generation rule; generating common account book information corresponding to the sending record according to the common account book information generation rule and the head account book information; and taking the head account book information and the common account book information as first account book information, and broadcasting the first account book information to a block chain network according to the account book information broadcasting rule so as to perform distributed storage on the first account book information.

In an embodiment, the processor 502, when receiving a document obtaining request fed back by the party terminal according to the notification information before executing a feedback time limit preset at a sending time interval from the sending record, performs the following steps of authenticating a party according to the party information to obtain an authentication result: sending an identity information acquisition request to the party terminal to acquire identity information fed back by the party terminal; and judging whether the identity information is matched with the information of the party or not to obtain an identity verification result of whether the identity information passes the verification or not.

In an embodiment, the processor 502 receives a document obtaining request fed back by the party terminal according to the notification information before executing the step of performing the feedback time limit preset by the sending time interval with the sending record, and authenticating the party according to the party information to obtain the authentication result, and performs the following operations: and if a document acquisition request fed back by the party terminal according to the document to be sent is not received before a feedback time limit preset by the sending time interval of the sending record, returning to the step of sending the notification information to the party terminal corresponding to the party information contained in the document to be sent according to a preset sending mode and acquiring the sending record so as to send the notification information to the party terminal again according to the sending mode and acquire the sending record again.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiment of a computer device illustrated in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation on the specific construction of the computer device, and that in other embodiments a computer device may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. For example, in some embodiments, the computer device may only include a memory and a processor, and in such embodiments, the structures and functions of the memory and the processor are consistent with those of the embodiment shown in fig. 8, and are not described herein again.

The computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of: if a document to be sent is received, generating corresponding notification information according to a notification template matched with the document to be sent in a preset template library and acquiring a notification information generation record; sending the notification information to a party terminal corresponding to party information contained in the document to be sent according to a preset sending mode and acquiring a sending record; generating account book information corresponding to the notification information generation record and the sending record according to a preset information storage rule to serve as first account book information, and storing the first account book information in a distributed mode; if a document acquisition request fed back by the party terminal according to the notification information is received before a feedback time limit preset by the sending time interval of the sending record, performing identity authentication on the party according to the party information to obtain an identity authentication result; generating account book information corresponding to the identity verification result according to the information storage rule and the first account book information to serve as second account book information and storing the second account book information in a distributed mode; if the identity verification result is that the verification is passed, sending the stored document to be sent to the party terminal and acquiring a document sending record; and generating the account book information corresponding to the document sending record as third account book information according to the information storage rule and the second account book information, and performing distributed storage on the third account book information.
