本发明公开了一种聚丙烯、聚乙烯处理剂,它由如下组分配比构成(重量份),氯化聚丙烯10—35份、氯化橡胶1—10份、甲苯50—80份、丙烯酸丁酯1—2.5份、苯乙烯0.1—0.7份、马来酸酐0.1—0.5份、过氧化苯甲酰0.05—0.1份、抗氧剂BHT0.1—0.5份。本发明具有稳定性好,亲合力强等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚丙烯、聚乙烯处理剂。
背景技术
现有常规的聚丙烯PP、聚乙烯PE处理剂,生产过程复杂,生产成本高,而且对PP、PE材料的亲合力也有待加强。也有采用氯丁橡胶为主基料的,如申请号为91106357,申请日为1991年3月15日,发明名称为一种氯丁橡胶接枝粘合剂的制造方法,其特征在于所用的物料及所占的重量百分数是:LDJ—240氯丁橡胶8—21,氧化镁1—2,氧化锌0.5—1.5,防老剂D0.3—0.7,甲基丙烯酸甲酯2—11,环烷酸钴0.1—0.6,不饱和聚脂5—9,苯乙烯0.1—5,叔丁基酚醛树脂0.5—1.5,溶剂可以是醋酸丁酯、苯、甲苯、汽油、丙酮或其混合物,所占的重量百分比为35—50;所述的制造方法,其特征在于将计算量3/4的氯丁橡胶在开放式辊筒炼胶机上塑炼15遍,接着加入氧化镁、氧化锌和防老剂D继续混炼,在塑炼和炼中要常打三角包,待炼胶均匀后,再放入其余1/4的氯丁橡胶,再炼4遍,炼好后拉成片,切碎并将其投到装有溶剂的有夹套的反应釜中,经溶解均匀后,向反应釜夹套通热水,在70~80℃的条件下放入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、环烷酸钴、叔丁基酚醛树脂和不饱和聚脂,进行接枝反应。此专利也存在上述缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述之不足,而提供一种具有的稳定性好,亲合力强的聚丙烯PP、聚乙烯PE处理剂。
本发明为了达到上述效果而采用的技术解决方案如下:
本聚丙烯PP、聚乙烯PE处理剂,其特征在于,它由如下组分配比构成(重量份),氯化聚丙烯10—35份、氯化橡胶1—10份、甲苯50—80份、丙烯酸丁酯1—2.5份、苯乙烯0.1—0.7份、马来酸酐0.1—0.5份、过氧化苯甲酰0.05—0.1份、抗氧剂BHT0.1—0.5份。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本发明产品针对PP、PE材料有较强的亲和力,剪切强度较高。采用明显地区别于常规的PP、PE处理剂的制作方法,大胆地引用了氯化橡胶掺入聚合物中,提高了聚合体的硬度,同时采用3种单体接枝共聚,使其聚合反应更完全,得到的聚合体综合性能更优。
具体实施方式
本聚丙烯PP、聚丙烯PE处理剂,由如下组分配比构成,氯化聚丙烯—30份、氯化橡胶—10份、甲苯—75份、丙烯酸丁酯—2.5份、苯乙烯—0.7份、马来酸酐—0.3份、过氧化苯甲酰—0.1份、抗氧剂BHT—0.3份。
本发明产品是一种新型的接枝处理剂,采用了对CPP/S20/BA/St/HM五元接枝的方法,用单一的引发剂引发反应进程。采用明显地区别于常规的PP、PE处理剂的制作方法,大胆地引用了氯化橡胶掺入聚合物中,提高了聚合体的硬度,同时采用3种单体接枝共聚,使其聚合反应更完全,得到的聚合体综合性能更优;对PP、PE材料的亲合力强。

1.一种聚丙烯、聚乙烯处理剂,其特征在于,它由如下组分配比构成(重量份):氯化聚丙烯10—35份、氯化橡胶1—10份、甲苯50—80份、丙烯酸丁酯1—2.5份、苯乙烯0.1—0.7份、马来酸酐0.1—0.5份、过氧化苯甲酰0.05—0.1份、抗氧剂BHT0.1—0.5份。
