Abstract
本发明公开了一种喷水枪出水控制装置,其包含有:一手握柄,该手握柄设有轴向的水通路,该水通路上固设有一导持件,该导持件上套设有一弹性组件,该弹性组件的另一端顶持于一封止缩孔的止水塞,该止水塞设有延长杆与防漏垫圈,该手握柄于径向设有一与该水通路相通的容设孔;一出水控制件,该容设孔组设有该出水控制件的凸柱端,该凸柱端上设有防漏垫圈,该凸柱端设有凸轮,该凸轮顶抵于该止水塞的延长杆,该出水控制件往外延伸设有延伸件,该延伸件的头端套设有一控制钮。本发明的结构简单,制造成本低、使用时可轻易切控水流等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷水枪,尤其涉及一种喷水枪出水控制装置。
背景技术
现有的喷水枪控制出水往往需要有一开关,该开关需要专门的手来控制,而另一只手则需握持喷水枪,如此才能顺利使喷水枪进行喷水,这样的喷水枪需要双手才能完成。如果恰有其它工作需要用另一只手握持时,则将无法使用该喷水枪。为了改进其缺点,现有业者开发出一种单手操控模式的喷水枪,请参阅图9,其利用握柄上设一开关控制一塞体旋转,达到可以利用单手控制与握持的功能,然而由其结构复杂,并非相当实用的发明,且结构复杂容易损坏,成本也较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种喷水枪出水控制装置,该喷水枪出水控制装置包含有:
一手握柄,该手握柄设有轴向的水通路,该水通路上固设有一导持件,该导持件上套设有一弹性组件,该弹性组件的另一端顶持于一封止缩孔的止水塞,该止水塞设有延长杆与防漏垫圈,该手握柄于径向设有一与该水通路相通的容设孔;
一出水控制件,该容设孔组设有该出水控制件的凸柱端,该凸柱端上设有防漏垫圈,该凸柱端设有凸轮,该凸轮顶抵于该止水塞的延长杆,该出水控制件往外延伸设有延伸件,该延伸件的头端套设有一控制钮。
其中,一圆柱一体成型于该导持件上,该圆柱限位于该弹性组件。
该弹性组件为压缩弹簧。
该手握柄的壳体对应该凸柱端及该容设孔底面设有紧迫限制该出水控制件不会因旋动而松脱的顶迫凸块。
该延伸件限位于设置在壳体上的导槽的顶部及该导槽末端的凸耳的顶面之间的导槽内。
该手握柄靠近该出水控制件的一侧设置有喷水头。
该喷水头为环柱状喷水头。
该喷水头为雾状喷水头。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明的喷水枪出水控制装置结构简单,使用方便、制造成本低、使用时可轻易切控水流等特点。

具体实施方式
为使能进一步了解本发明的技术方案,现结合附图详细说明如下:
请参阅图1和2,一种喷水枪出水控制装置,主要将喷水枪的出水控制结构移至手握处,同时在拇指可够着的范围内。该喷水枪出水控制装置包含有:一手握柄10,该手握柄10的二侧分别供水管连接和喷水头连接。手握柄10设有轴向的水通路11,水通路11上固设一导持件20,该导持件20的圆柱21上固定有一弹性组件30,该弹性组件30为压缩弹簧。弹性组件30的另一端顶持于一止水塞40,止水塞40的头端41封止于缩孔12的端缘121,止水塞40的头端41并设有延长杆42与防漏垫圈43。手握柄10于径向设有一容设孔50,该容设孔50与水通路11相通。容设孔50组设一出水控制件60的凸柱端61,该凸柱端61上设有防漏垫圈62,凸柱端61并设有凸轮63,凸轮63顶抵于止水塞40的延长杆42,出水控制件60往外延伸设有延伸件64,延伸件64的头端套设一控制钮65。据此结构组成喷水枪出水控制装置,当以手握该手握柄10时,拇指可扣于控制钮65而进行上推下拉的控水动作。
请参阅图4,其为出水使用状态示意图,该手握柄10内的水通路11被止水塞40所封阻。在使用时,手握该手握柄10,并用拇指扣推出水控制件60的控制钮65,凸轮63就会同步旋转而逐渐增加其厚度,从而压迫延长杆42,使止水塞40退缩,从而使水通路11畅通于缩孔12,水流即可持续供应喷水头(如图5、6和7所示),以此进行喷水的动作。同时扳动控制钮65的角度越大时,其出水量越大,即可由控制钮65的推动角度来控制出水量。
如图1和3所示,水流通过容设孔50时,其出水控制件60的凸柱端61设有防漏垫圈62,其可防止水流由凸柱端61泄出。而当其组合于出水控制件60的凸柱端61后,手握柄10壳体的对应凸柱端61及容设孔50底面设有顶迫凸块13、14(如图5所示),其将紧迫挤压住凸柱端61与容设孔50,从而使其紧迫限制出水控制件60不会因旋动而造成松脱。
请参阅图1和4,该出水控制件60的延伸件64与控制钮65的切控行程,介于壳体导槽15的顶部151及导槽末端的凸耳16的顶面161之间的导槽15内。
如图6所示,为一较佳实施例的剖示图,其中,该喷水头为环柱状喷水头83,由出水控制件60的控制出水,经环柱状喷水头83即可喷出所需水花。
如图7所示,为另一较佳实施例的剖示图,其喷水头为雾状喷水头84,由喷水枪出水控制装置的出水控制件60控制出水,经雾状喷水头84即可提供雾状喷水,其面积越大,出水量越多。
如图8所示,为再一较佳实施例的剖示图,由图可知,该喷水头81可以调节喷水的水花形式。调整方式为旋动该喷水头81的头端82,即可改变水花的形式,并结合出水控制件60控制出水,达到控制喷水枪的出水。
Claims (8)
1、一种喷水枪出水控制装置,其特征在于包含有:
一手握柄,该手握柄设有轴向的水通路,该水通路上固设有一导持件,该导持件上套设有一弹性组件,该弹性组件的另一端顶持于一封止缩孔的止水塞,该止水塞设有延长杆与防漏垫圈,该手握柄于径向设有一与该水通路相通的容设孔;
一出水控制件,该容设孔组设有该出水控制件的凸柱端,该凸柱端上设有防漏垫圈,该凸柱端设有凸轮,该凸轮顶抵于该止水塞的延长杆,该出水控制件往外延伸设有延伸件,该延伸件的头端套设有一控制钮。
2、根据权利要求1所述的喷水枪出水控制装置,其特征在于一圆柱一体成型于该导持件上,该圆柱限位于该弹性组件。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的喷水枪出水控制装置,其特征在于该弹性组件为压缩弹簧。
4、根据权利要求1所述的喷水枪出水控制装置,其特征在于该手握柄的壳体对应该凸柱端及该容设孔底面设有紧迫限制该出水控制件不会因旋动而松脱的顶迫凸块。
5、根据权利要求1所述的喷水枪出水控制装置,其特征在于该延伸件限位于设置在壳体上的导槽的顶部及该导槽末端的凸耳的顶面之间的导槽内。
6、根据权利要求1所述的喷水枪出水控制装置,其特征在于该手握柄靠近该出水控制件的一侧设置有喷水头。
7、根据权利要求6所述的喷水枪出水控制装置,其特征在于该喷水头为环柱状喷水头。
8、根据权利要求6所述的喷水枪出水控制装置,其特征在于该喷水头为雾状喷水头。
