本发明属于电化学技术领域的一种电解水用阴极,其是用金属钛或者钛合金材料制成电解水用阴极电极本体。本发明直接采用钛金属或者钛合金材料制成钛板或钛网或钛棒作为电解水的阴极,而不进行稀贵金属的涂层或者镀层处理,不仅节约了费用,电解水阴极成本低,而且寿命反而比较有涂层的阴极寿命长一倍以上,导电性能保持良好,并没有涂层脱落导致的污染水质问题。

电解水用钛阴极
技术领域
本发明属于电化学技术领域,特别是一种电解水设备所用的阴极电极。
传统电解水所用的电解槽阴极电极一般采用金属钛或合金钛的钛板、钛网或钛棒表面涂覆难熔贵金属涂层如钌-铱或铂金涂层。一般认为,钛材料阴极表面涂或镀难熔贵金属涂层会有助于提高电极的寿命并增强导电性。制备工艺都是用钌、铱、铂等稀贵金属制成的涂层材料经过多次涂覆、烧结或电镀在钛或钛合金材料表面后形成导电层,涂覆和烧结的层数和次数多达十几遍,由于涂覆或电镀的工艺复杂,生产周期长,费用高,使得产品成本大大增加。所以长期以来,在电解水行业所采用的电解电极上不分阴极和阳极,均使用有涂层的电极,从没有人对此质疑。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种电解水用钛阴极及其制造工艺。
发明人在在实践中发现,有涂层或电镀层的阴极电极在使用过程中不仅涂层或电镀层容易脱落,阴极使用寿命较短,而且脱落的涂层或电镀层会进入电解水中,这样会严重影响电解水的水质。
经过本发明人大胆创新和实验,发现将阴极电极上的涂层或者电镀层去掉后不仅导电效果仍保持良好,而且使用寿命得到了延长。因此,本发明提供的这种电解水用钛阴极,包括阴极本体(1)和与其连接的接线柱(2),其关键是用没有涂层的纯金属钛或者钛合金材料制成阴极本体(1)。
制造工艺只需要将纯金属钛或者钛合金材料的钛板或钛网或钛棒根据电极尺寸裁剪成阴极本体(1),然后连接固定接线柱(2)即可。
本发明直接采用钛金属或钛合金制成钛板或钛网或钛棒作为电解水用阴极,而不进行复杂费时的涂层或者镀层处理,不仅节约了费用,也节省了贵金属,使得电解水用阴极成本大大降低,造价只有目前涂层电极的50%左右,而且寿命反而比较有涂层的阴极寿命长一倍以上,也没有涂层或镀层脱落而导致电解水被污染的问题。同时导电效果仍然保持良好,足以保证使用效果。本发明产品和制备工艺取得了意想不到的效果,改变了长期以来的技术偏见。

具体实施方式
电解水用钛金属和钛合金材料阴极,包括阴极本体1和与其连接的接线柱2,其关键是用没有涂层的纯金属钛或者钛合金材料(板材、网状、棒状或者管状)按照阴极尺寸制成阴极本体1。制造工艺只需要将纯金属钛或钛合金材料根据电极尺寸裁剪成阴极本体1,然后连接固定接线柱2即可。
