Abstract

一种有色金属电积用阳极板,极板以铅基多元合金为基材,在极板表面压制锯齿型花纹,再在锯齿型花纹表面涂覆或者电沉积一层PbO2和MnO2导电陶瓷复合材料;所述的锯齿型花纹的宽度1~1.5mm、深度0.5~1.0mm;本实用新型制成的有色金属电积用阳极板,采用电化学方法在锯齿型花纹表面制成PbO2和MnO2复合镀层,代替原有的铅及铅基合金阳极板,可增加阳极的比表面积,提高阳极的附着力和使用寿命,并能形成较好的固定连接;同时制作工艺简单,结合性能较好,加工成本明显降低。

有色金属电积用阳极板
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及铜电解精炼用的阴极技术领域,特别是一种有色金属电积用阳极板。
背景技术:
在传统湿法提取锌、铜、镍、钴、锰等金属过程中,阳极材料目前仍使用铅及铅合金,其缺点是:槽电压高,电流效率低,电积过程能耗高,阳极使用寿命短,阳极铅易溶解而进入阴极产品中,导致阴极产品质量下降。
采用铝基或不锈钢基制取的复合电极材料,是以铝或不锈钢为基体,使用该复合电极材料在电积金属时,阳极表面形成一层致密的膜层,使阳极处于非溶状态,能提高阴极产品的质量,降低槽电压。但这种阳极材料在生产过程中存在不足:生产流程过长,生产能耗高。浸锌、镀铅、漂洗等工艺,会产生大量的废液,环境污染较为严重,并且增加了生产成本和生产能耗。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种有色金属电积用阳极板,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种有色金属电积用阳极板,其特征在于:极板以铅基多元合金为基材,在极板表面压制锯齿型花纹,再在锯齿型花纹表面涂覆或者电沉积一层PbO2和MnO2导电陶瓷复合材料。
所述的极板表面由横向或纵向锯齿型花纹分别构成横纹极板或竖纹极板。所述的锯齿型花纹的宽度1~1.5mm、深度0.5~1.0mm。
所述锯齿型花纹的横截面形状为直角齿形或等边齿形。
本实用新型制成的有色金属电积用阳极板,采用电化学方法在锯齿型花纹表面制成PbO2和MnO2复合镀层,代替原有的铅及铅基合金阳极板,可增加阳极的比表面积,提高阳极的附着力和使用寿命,并能形成较好的固定连接;同时制作工艺简单,结合性能较好,加工成本明显降低,能较好地满足有色金属电积工艺的要求。

具体实施方式
一种有色金属电积用阳极材料,在基材为铅基的铅基多元合金极板表面压制锯齿型花纹,在锯齿型花纹表面制备PbO2和MnO2导电陶瓷。所述的铅基多元合金极板,其合金元素含量按重量百分比为:银(Ag)0.1~0.3%;铝(Al)0.01~0.50%;钛(Ti)0.01~0.10%;锰(Mn)0.1~0.8%;钙(Ca)0.02~0.10%;锶(Sr)0.02~0.25%;稀土(RE)0.005~0.02%,其余为铅;组分总和为100%。按常规的熔炼、铸锭子和轧制工艺得到厚度2~5mm的铅基多元合金极板。再在铅基多元合金极板表面压制锯齿型花纹,锯齿型花纹的宽度1~1.5mm,锯齿型花纹的深度0.5~1.0mm。最后在锯齿型花纹的制备PbO2和MnO2导电陶瓷复合层。
所述制备PbO2和MnO2的工艺条件为:硝酸铅Pb(NO3)2 180~200g/L;硝酸(HNO3) 1~3g/L;硝酸锰Mn(NO3)2 40~50g/L;温度70~80℃;阳极电流密度5~6A/dm2

1.一种有色金属电积用阳极板,其特征在于:极板以铅基多元合金为基材,在极板表面压制锯齿型花纹,再在锯齿型花纹表面涂覆或者电沉积一层导电陶瓷复合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有色金属电积用阳极板,其特征在于:所述的极板表面由横向或纵向锯齿型花纹分别构成横纹极板或竖纹极板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的有色金属电积用阳极板,其特征在于:所述的锯齿型花纹的宽度1~1.5mm、深度0.5~1.0mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的有色金属电积用阳极板,其特征在于:所述锯齿型花纹的横截面形状为直角齿形或等边齿形。
