Abstract

本实用新型属于电化学技术领域的一种电解水用钛阴极,其是用金属钛的钛板或钛网或钛棒制成。本实用新型直接采用钛金属制成钛板或钛网或钛棒作为电解水的阴极,而不进行涂层处理,不仅节约了费用,电解水阴极成本低,而且寿命反而比较有涂层的阴极寿命长一倍以上,并没有涂层脱落导致的污染水质问题。

技术领域
本发明属于电化学技术领域,特别是一种电解设备所用的电极。
传统电解水所用的电解槽阴极阴极电机一般采用钛板、钛网或钛棒表面涂覆难熔金属涂层如钌-钇或铂金涂层。一般认为,难熔金属涂层会有助于提高电极的寿命,所以,长期以来,在电解电极上不分阴极和阳极,均使用有涂层的电极,从没有人对此质疑。但是,发明人在在实践中发现,此种涂层电极是用在阴极上时涂层容易脱落,阴极使用寿命较短,而且脱落的涂层容易进入水中,这样会影响水质。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提出一种长寿命电解水用阴极。
具体的说,一种电解水用钛阴极,包括阴极本体(1)和与其连接的接线柱(2),其关键是用没有涂层的纯金属钛的钛板或钛网或钛棒制成。
本实用新型直接采用钛金属制成钛板或钛网或钛棒作为电解水的阴极,而不进行涂层处理,不仅节约了费用,电解水阴极成本低,而且寿命反而比较有涂层的阴极寿命长一倍以上,并没有涂层脱落导致的污染水质问题。取得了意想不到的效果,改变了长期以来的技术偏见。
