Abstract

本发明涉及一种落地闭门器,其包括一用于容纳一关闭机构的壳体,其中壳体由一壳体盖覆盖并且壳体盖在其指向壳体的内面上设有一用于一密封件的容纳槽。
背景技术
这样的落地闭门器(Bodentuerschlieβer:落地门扇慢闭器)例如由DE 295 01 929.8U1是已知的。其具有一壳体,在其中安装门锁的实际的关闭机构。从壳体中向上延伸一轴,其支承一待操纵的门等。壳体可由一壳体盖封闭,其优选可经由螺钉与壳体相连接并且其支承所述轴。
一种这样的壳体盖例如以俯视图、底视图和横剖面图示于图1至3中。在壳体盖1中制出一不变的深度t的容纳槽,在其中可嵌入一密封件,以便紧密地封闭壳体与壳体盖。用于穿过螺钉的螺钉孔用a至g标记(参见图2)并且各个螺钉孔a至g的间距用y1至y6标记(参见图3)。
在落地闭门器的构成中一个普遍的要求在于,应该能尽可能简单而快速地安装壳体。为了满足这种要求,必须尽可能减小用来将壳体盖螺钉旋接在壳体上的螺钉的数量,以使组装和同样以后的维护和检修工作花费较小的时间。
但也可以不直接减少螺钉的数量。在传统的壳体盖中拧紧螺钉时在嵌入容纳槽中的密封件上产生一压紧力。但如果简单地减少螺钉的数量,则丢失在密封件上的该压紧力并导致不紧密性。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,提供一种落地闭门器,其中可以用比至今更少的螺钉固定壳体盖并且同时仍确保壳体与壳体盖之间的紧密性。
按本发明的落地闭门器,其包括一用于容纳一关闭机构的壳体和一壳体盖,其中壳体由壳体盖覆盖,并且壳体盖在其指向壳体的内面上设有一用于密封件的容纳槽;其特征在于,容纳槽的深度沿其长度是变化的,并且容纳槽的深度在螺钉孔的区域内达到一最大值并且在两相邻的螺钉孔之间的中间区域内达到一最小值。
该目的在开头所述型式的落地闭门器中这样达到,即容纳槽的深度沿其长度是变化的。
由于这种实施形式,在拧紧螺钉时在容纳槽深度较小的区域内比在容纳槽深度较大的区域内产生更大的压紧力。由此有可能加大各螺钉彼此间的间距,从而可以节省各个螺钉。
按照一优选的进一步构成,容纳槽具有较大深度的区域和较小深度的区域。由于该部分地不同深度地构成的容纳槽,可以根据各螺钉的间距改变在密封件上的压紧力并且适应于有关的情况。
各个区域优选相互连续交错过渡,以便防止容纳槽深度中的台阶并从而防止在密封件上的缺口应力集中.
通过由于按照本发明的实施形式在各个螺钉之间的可能的较大间距产生一壳体盖的较大的负荷,其可以导致在壳体盖上的变形。为了抵制这种变形,按照一优选的进一步构成设定,壳体盖在至少一个边缘区域具有一加固凸肩。由于这种实施形式能够给予壳体盖以较大的抗弯曲的截面阻力矩,从而可以抑制由提高的压紧力引起的变形。
特别是当按照一优选的实施形式在端面设置一加固凸肩并且在各横向侧面上设置各另一个加固凸肩时,得到壳体盖的变形特别小的实施形式。

具体实施方式
在各图中从整个落地闭门器中只示出在这里关心的壳体盖。
图4中示出本发明的壳体盖1a的底视图。同样的壳体盖1a以俯视图示于图6中,而在图5中示出从图4中箭头X的方向的视图。图7中示出本发明的壳体盖1a沿图4中线I-II截取的横剖面图。
在壳体盖1a的安装状态下的下侧面上在壳体盖1a中设置一容纳槽5,在其中可嵌入一未示出的均匀厚度的密封件,它例如可以是由一软管切割而成的。
如特别由图7可看出的那样,沿线I-II截取的容纳槽5的深度t1至t4部分地是变化的,从而产生容纳槽5的较大深度和较小深度t1至t4的区域,它们连续升高或连续下降地相互交错过渡。这样,例如容纳槽5在螺钉孔a′与b′之间的深度减到深度t2和在螺钉孔b′与c′之间减到深度t3,而在螺钉孔c′与d′之间的深度t1保持恒定。在螺钉孔d′与e′之间容纳槽5又减到深度t4,总体上看容纳槽5的深度在螺钉孔a′至e′的区域内达到一最大值,而其大致在两相邻的螺钉孔a′至e′之间的中间区域内达到一最小值。
如特别由图3和7的比较得出的那样,按现有技术壳体盖1中螺钉孔a至g之间的间距y1至y6小于在本发明的壳体盖1a中螺钉孔a′至e′之间的间距x1至x4。其结果是,在按现有技术的壳体盖1中螺钉孔a至g沿线I-II设置,而在按本发明构成的壳体盖1a中只有五个螺钉孔a′至e′沿线I-II设置。因此,由于本发明的实施形式在相同的长度段内可以节省两个螺钉孔。
这也表明于图2和4的比较中,其中由于本发明的实施形式的按图4的本发明的壳体盖1a中可以省去在按图2的现有技术的壳体盖1中正右边设置的螺钉孔f。
为了因较大的螺钉孔a′至e′的间距并不会在壳体盖1a中导致不希望的变形,设置从壳体盖1a下侧面凸出的各加固凸肩2、3。
加固凸肩2、3之一、即加固凸肩2与壳体盖1a的端面齐平地构成并且相对于壳体盖1a的一纵向中轴线L居中延伸。其具有一直线延伸形状并且相对于纵向中轴线L基本上成直角延伸。
两个其他的加固凸肩3分别设置在壳体盖1a的各横向侧面上。其由壳体盖1a的一横向中轴线Q穿过并且不如加固凸肩2那样直线延伸,而是设有一拐点。
代替所示的拐点,加固凸肩3也可以例如构成为弯曲的。
在壳体盖1a的各横向侧面上设置的加固凸肩3构成在各凸出部4上,后者在壳体盖1a的平面内沿横向中轴线Q方向向外延伸。各加固凸肩3在这里也与凸出部的外边缘齐平地延伸。

Claims (14)

1.一种落地闭门器,其包括一用于容纳一关闭机构的壳体和一壳体盖(1a),其中壳体由壳体盖(1a)覆盖,并且壳体盖(1a)在其指向壳体的内面上设有一用于密封件的容纳槽(5);其特征在于,容纳槽(5)的深度(t1至t4)沿其长度是变化的,并且容纳槽(5)的深度在螺钉孔(a’至e’)的区域内达到一最大值并且在两相邻的螺钉孔(a’至e’)之间的中间区域内达到一最小值。
2.按照权利要求1所述的落地闭门器,其特征在于,所述各个区域相互连续交错过渡。
3.按照权利要求1所述的落地闭门器,其特征在于,壳体盖(1a)支承关闭机构的一个支承门的轴,并且壳体盖(1a)在至少一个边缘区域上具有一加固凸肩(2、3)。
4.按照权利要求3所述的落地闭门器,其特征在于,加固凸肩(2)设置在壳体盖(1a)的一端面上并且与该端面齐平。
5.按照权利要求4所述的落地闭门器,其特征在于,在端面上设置的加固凸肩(2)相对于壳体盖(1a)的一纵向中轴线(L)居中设置。
6.按照权利要求3所述的落地闭门器,其特征在于,在壳体盖(1a)的两个对置的横向侧面上设置两个其他的加固凸肩(3)。
7.按照权利要求6所述的落地闭门器,其特征在于,壳体盖(1a)的一横向中轴线(Q)穿过在各横向侧面上设置的加固凸肩(3)。
8.按照权利要求6所述的落地闭门器,其特征在于,在各横向侧面上设置的加固凸肩(3)设置在凸出部(4)上,这些凸出部在侧面凸出于壳体盖(1a)。
9.按照权利要求8所述的落地闭门器,其特征在于,凸出部(4)的长度等于加固凸肩(3)的长度。

13.按照权利要求11所述的落地闭门器,其特征在于,在横向侧面上设置的各加固凸肩(3)设有一拐点。
14.按照权利要求11所述的落地闭门器,其特征在于,在横向侧面上设置的各加固凸肩(3)是弯曲的。
