Abstract
碰簧销组件包括至少具有第一表面、第二表面和第三表面的实心碰簧销以及枢转地联接到实心碰簧销的耐磨螺栓。耐磨螺栓包括与实心碰簧销的第一表面相邻设置的横向构件以及自横向构件悬挂以形成U状横截面的成对的板。板与实心碰簧销的第二和第三表面相邻设置。
Description
技术领域
本发明通常涉及碰簧销(latchbolt),且特别涉及耐磨碰簧销。
背景技术
已经采用各种方法来减小闩锁的摩擦。这种付出的其中一个原因是减小闩锁上的磨损。另一个原因是使得门会不完全关闭的可能性减到最小,这会使未经授权的人容易进入房间。
图1所示的以往的成果典型地包括碰簧销,其具有第一部分10和第二部分16,第一部分10具有两个指12,它们从形成轭的基部14纵向地延伸,第二部分16枢转地安装在两个指12之间。这样的碰簧销典型地安装在具有前板的榫箱中,榫箱延伸通过该前板以接门框边框中安装的锁舌片。
第二部分16包括在门的关闭动作的方向上自其延伸的肩部18。随着门关闭,第二部分16接合锁舌片,并且因此在两个指12之间枢转。随着第二部分16枢转,肩部18接合前板的内表面,由此在两个指12接合锁舌片之前碰簧销开始缩回到榫箱中。
以往的成果证明是较差的且缺乏耐久性。通过提出一种比传统的耐磨螺栓更强且更耐久的外部耐磨螺栓,本发明克服了这些缺点。
发明内容
碰簧销组件包括至少具有第一表面、第二表面和第三表面的实心碰簧销以及枢转地联接到实心碰簧销的耐磨螺栓。耐磨螺栓包括与实心碰簧销的第一表面相邻设置的横向构件以及自横向构件悬挂的成对的板。板与实心碰簧销的第二和第三表面相邻设置。在优选实施例中,碰簧销包括弯曲的凸轮表面,并且横向构件构造为与弯曲的凸轮表面配合以帮助碰簧销缩回到榫箱中。在其它实施例中,耐磨螺栓具有U状横截面,其中耐磨螺栓枢转地联接到实心碰簧销。
在另一些实施例中,碰簧销组件包括杆、联接到杆的实心碰簧销、以及枢转地联接到实心碰簧销的耐磨螺栓。耐磨螺栓包括横向构件以及自横向构件垂直地悬挂成对板,其中横向构件和板配合以形成U状横截面。耐磨螺栓设置为在三侧上横跨实心碰簧销。

具体实施方式
图2和图10-12示出了有代表性的碰簧销组件20。碰簧销组件20包括尾件(tailpiece)22、杆24、套管26、弹簧28、实心单件碰簧销32和耐磨螺栓34。尾件22、杆24、套管26和弹簧28装配到杆组件30中且如图10-11所示联接于实心单件碰簧销32。
如图3-9所示的耐磨螺栓34具有大致U状横截面。它包括横向构件54以及自其垂直地悬挂的成对的板56。板56包括枢轴销开口60,用于接收枢轴销58,如图12所示。横向构件54包括倾斜边缘62。
实心单件碰簧销32包括基部36,其具有杆组件接收孔38的杆组件和固定螺丝孔42。杆组件30可操作地设置在杆组件接收孔38中,并且固定螺丝44可操作地设置在固定螺丝孔42中以接合杆组件30,从而将杆组件30固定在基部36中。实心单件碰簧销32还包括碰撞接合部分46,其包括弯曲的凸轮表面48和倾斜的凸轮表面52。
耐磨螺栓34的垂直板56延伸为平行于且相邻于实心单件碰簧销32,如图11-12所示。板56通过枢转销58枢转地连接到实心单件碰簧销32。因此,耐磨螺栓34构造为在三侧上横跨实心碰簧销32,如图12所示,当枢转地连接到实心碰簧销32时,横向构件54构造为接合实心单件碰簧销32的弯曲的凸轮表面48。
在操作中,碰簧销组件20通常安装在榫箱64中,如图13-14所示。榫箱64安装在门边缘,并且设置成将碰簧销20与用已知方式形成在门框边框中的碰簧销锁舌片(strike)。在门关闭时,该锁舌片接合垂直板56的最前缘(leading edge),导致耐磨螺栓34关于枢转销58枢转。在耐磨螺栓34枢转时,耐磨螺栓34的横向构件54接合实心碰簧销32的弯曲凸轮表面48,与锁舌片和枢转销58配合以部分地迫使碰簧销组件20进入榫箱64中。耐磨螺栓34继续关于枢转销58枢转,直至垂直板56的最前缘与实心碰簧销32的倾斜凸轮表面52对齐。一旦最前缘和实心碰簧销32对齐,锁舌片凸轮与实心碰簧销32和耐磨螺栓34相对以继续将碰簧销20缩回到榫箱64中。

Claims (5)
1.一种碰簧销组件,包括:
实心碰簧销,其至少具有第一表面、第二表面和第三表面;以及
耐磨螺栓,其枢转地连接到所述实心碰簧销,所述耐磨螺栓包括与所述实心碰簧销的所述第一表面相邻设置的横向构件以及自所述横向构件悬挂的成对的板,所述板与所述实心碰簧销的所述第二和第三表面相邻设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碰簧销组件,其中,所述实心碰簧销包括弯曲的凸轮表面,并且所述横向构件构造为与所述弯曲的凸轮表面配合以帮助所述碰簧销缩回到榫箱中。
3.一种碰簧销组件,包括:
杆;
实心碰簧销,其联接到所述杆;以及
耐磨螺栓,其具有U状横截面,所述耐磨螺栓枢转地联接到所述实心碰簧销。
4.根据权利要求3所述的碰簧销组件,其中,所述耐磨螺栓包括横向于所述实心碰簧销设置的横向构件,所述横向构件构造为与所述实心碰簧销接合。
5.一种碰簧销组件,包括:
杆;
实心碰簧销,其联接到所述杆;以及
耐磨螺栓,其枢转地联接到所述实心碰簧销,所述耐磨螺栓包括横向构件以及自所述横向构件垂直地悬挂的成对的板,所述横向构件和板配合以形成U状横截面,所述耐磨螺栓设置为在三侧上横跨所述实心碰簧销。
