Abstract
本发明公开了一种液晶显示模块,该液晶显示模块可以减少其部件数量和制造过程,并在背光组件的LED发生故障时可以容易地更换将光线照射到液晶面板上的背光单元的故障的LED。在该液晶显示模块中,电信号通过柔性印刷电路板传递到液晶面板和LED,且通过将LED的连接销与柔性印刷电路板的插座相连接,柔性印刷电路板与LED电连接和物理连接。在LED发生故障的情况下,故障LED的连接销从柔性印刷电路板的插座中拆下,并因此可以容易地更换LED。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶显示模块,更具体地说,涉及一种有可能减少部件数量和液晶显示模块的制造过程并有可能在背光单元的LED故障时易于更换故障的LED的液晶显示模块。
背景技术
液晶显示模块应包括用于将光线照射到液晶显示面板尚的背光单元,这是因为液晶显示模块不是自发光的显示器。
现在将参照图1描述传统液晶显示模块。
传统液晶显示模块包括:背光单元,该背光单元具有用于发出光线的LED 11、用于将LED 11发出的光线传输到用于显示图像的液晶面板的光导板13、粘接到光导板13的后侧用于将来自光导板13后侧的光线发射到光导板13上的反射片18、漫射片15、棱镜片16以及保护片17,片15、16和17按顺序布置在光导板13的前侧上,并且上述部件层叠并组装到模制框架中,以将表面光线照射到液晶面板12上;第一柔性印刷电路板19,用于将电信号传输到液晶面板12;以及第二柔性印刷电路板20,用于将电信号传输到LED 11。
在这种传统液晶显示模块中,柔性印刷电路板19和第二柔性印刷电路板20彼此通过焊接过程电连接和物理连接。而且,LED 11通过焊接过程与第二柔性印刷电路板20电连接和物理连接。
由此,传统液晶显示模块需要第一和第二柔性印刷电路板19和20以及用于连接第一和第二柔性印刷电路板19和20的附加焊接过程。另外,在传统液晶显示模块中的LED 11发生故障时,不可能将故障的LED从第二柔性印刷电路板20中取出。于是,传统液晶显示模块需要单独的部件和制造过程,使得需要制造液晶显示模块的时间和成本增加。而且,当LED 11发生故障时,不可能更换故障的LED,这导致整个液晶显示模块中的缺陷。
发明内容
于是,本发明旨在解决现有技术中发生的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种液晶显示模块,该液晶显示模块通过将用于驱动液晶面板的柔性印刷电路板与用于驱动光源的柔性印刷电路板一体形成,并将光源与柔性印刷电路板可拆卸地连接使得故障的LED可以易于更换,来降低液晶显示模块的制造时间和制造成本。
为了实现这个目的,根据本发明,提供了一种液晶显示模块,该液晶显示模块包括:液晶面板,该液晶面板具有用于显示图像的前屏幕和第一侧;背光单元,该背光单元布置在液晶面板的后侧上并具有光导板和布置在光导板中对应于液晶面板第一侧的一侧上的光源;以及印刷电路板,该印刷电路板从液晶面板的第一侧向背光单元的后侧延伸,并连接到背光单元的光源上。
在上述结构中,光源具有连接销而印刷电路板具有插座,使得光源的连接销可拆卸地连接到印刷电路板的插座上。

具体实施方式
下面,将参照附图描述本发明的优选实施例。在下面的描述和附图中,相同的附图标记用于表示相同或类似的部件,因此将省略对相同或类似部件的重复描述。
图2和3是解释根据本发明实施例的液晶显示模块的视图。具体地说,图2是根据本发明的液晶显示模块的横截面图,而图3是图2中圆圈A的局部放大横截面图。
根据本发明实施例的液晶显示模块包括:背光单元,该背光单元具有用于发出光线的LED 31、用于将LED 31发出的光线传输到用于显示图像的液晶面板32的光导板33、由粘结剂粘接到光导板33的后侧上用于将来自光导板33后侧的光线发射到光导板33上的反射片38、漫射片35、棱镜片36、和保护片37。片35、36和37按顺序布置在光导板33的前侧上,并且上述部件层叠并组装到模制框架中,以将表面光线照射到液晶面板32上。液晶显示模块还包括柔性印刷电路板39,用于将电信号传输到液晶面板32和LED 31。
在根据本发明实施例的液晶显示模块中,柔性印刷电路板39将电信号传送到LED 31和液晶面板32二者,并且反射片38形成有孔42,LED31通过这个孔插入和退出,以将LED 31设置在光导板33的一侧上。LED31具有连接销40,用于从柔性印刷电路板39接收电信号。柔性印刷电路板39包括插座41,该插座41可拆卸地连接到LED的连接销上。由此,根据本发明实施例的液晶显示模块通过一个柔性印刷电路板39将电信号传送到LED 31和液晶面板32,且LED 31通过连接销40与插座41的连接而与柔性印刷电路板39电连接和物理连接。另外,根据本发明实施例的液晶显示模块可以更换故障的LED 31,这是因为LED 31可以通过反射片38内形成的孔轻易插入或退出。
下面将参照图4到图6描述在根据本发明实施例的液晶显示模块中,用正常的LED更换故障的LED。
参照图4和5,在液晶显示模块中的LED 31a发生故障时,柔性印刷电路板39被向上提起,然后故障LED 31a的连接销40a与柔性印刷电路板39的插座41脱离。然后,反射片38被向上提起或暂时从背光单元的后侧取下。故障LED 31a被取下并由新的LED 31b代替。如果更换结束,在LED的上表面由被提起或取下的反射片38覆盖之后,被提起的柔性印刷电路板39被向下落下。
参照图6,通过将正常LED 31b的连接销40b与柔性印刷电路板39的插座41相连接,柔性印刷电路板39与正常LED 31b电连接和物理连接。
根据本发明实施例的液晶显示模块,电信号通过柔性印刷电路板39传递到LED 31和液晶面板32,并且通过将LED 31的连接销40与柔性印刷电路板39的插座41相连接,柔性印刷电路板39与LED 31电连接和物理连接。在LED 31发生故障的情况下,故障LED31的连接销40与柔性印刷电路板39的插座41脱离,并且LED 31可以通过反射片34内形成的孔42插入和退回。结果,根据本发明实施例的液晶显示模块可以减少部件数量,简化制造过程。另外,故障LED 31可以轻易更换。
如上所述,根据本发明的液晶显示模块,制造液晶显示模块所需的部件和制造过程可得以减少和简化,并因此制造液晶显示模块所需的时间和成本得以减少,来改善液晶显示模块的可靠性。
虽然出于说明的目的描述的本发明的优选实施例,但是本领域技术人员将理解到在不背离如所附权利要求书限定的本发明的范围和精髓前提下,各种改进、添加和替代都是有可能的。
Claims (4)
1.一种液晶显示模块,包括:
液晶面板,该液晶面板具有用于显示图象的前屏幕和第一侧;
背光单元,该背光单元布置在液晶面板的后侧上,并具有光导板和布置在光导板中对应于液晶面板的第一侧的一侧上的光源;以及
印刷电路板,该印刷电路板从液晶面板的第一侧延伸到背光单元的后侧,并连接到背光单元的光源上。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示模块,其中,光源具有连接销,而印刷电路板具有插座,使得光源的连接销可拆卸地连接到印刷电路板的插座上。
3.一种液晶显示模块,包括:
液晶面板,该液晶面板具有用于显示图象的前屏幕;
背光单元,该背光单元具有光源,并布置在液晶面板的后侧上,以便将光线照射到液晶面板上;以及
印刷电路板,该印刷电路板直接连接并电连接到液晶面板的一侧上,用于驱动液晶面板,且直接连接并电连接到背光单元的后侧上,用于驱动光源。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示模块,其中,光源具有连接销,而印刷电路板具有插座,使得光源的连接销插入到印刷电路板的插座内,来实现光源的连接销和印刷电路板的插座之间的电连接。
