Abstract

技术领域
本发明总体上涉及一种颈部牵引装置,尤其涉及一种具有可调节的楔形件和支座的颈部牵引装置。
背景技术
牵引装置被用于缓解在红肿或者变大的神经上的压力。颈部和腰部或者脊柱牵引装置为最普通的装置类型。当正确操作牵引装置时,该牵引装置可以通过例如使脊柱的弯曲变直或者使脊柱和颈部的肌肉组织伸展来缓解脊柱和颈部的疼痛。
现在,在家用牵引装置中便携式牵引装置变得非常流行。这样允许患者进行牵引治疗,而不用离开家或者花费大量的金钱给保健提供者或者物理治疗者。
已知的便携式牵引装置包括可由手泵控制的气压缸。在一个已知装置中,在气压缸装置中使用特殊的压力致动垫圈,据称可在整个治疗阶段提供静态的牵引力。然而,这样的牵引装置很昂贵。此外,已知的牵引装置包括转动的楔形件。可是,该转动可能使得楔形件很难获得所需的调节。这些装置没有任何机构来调节整个装置的角度,或者在确信这样的调节将保持在锁定位置的情况下没有其它机构来确保容易的调节。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便携式牵引装置。该便携式牵引装置具有允许装置调节为多个角度的支座。该便携式牵引装置还包括允许楔形件系统的线性调节的机构,该机构包括锁定系统。
颈部牵引装置通常包括沿着支撑轨道的一部分可滑动的台架。气动装置使台架沿着支撑轨道移动。在实施例中,该支撑轨道和台架被可滑动地安装到支座上。该气动装置也可为液压缸、电动马达或者装有弹簧的装置。该支座可被锁定在适当位置,从而该装置可被调节为多个不同角度。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的在于提供一种颈部牵引装置。除其它特征之外,该颈部牵引装置可调节为不同角度,并且还包括可调节的楔形支撑件。
颈部牵引装置
现在参照附图,其示出了颈部牵引装置的示意图。颈部牵引装置100包括几个不同的可调节角度,例如10度、15度和20度。然而,应该理解,本发明也考虑了相对于地面的其它调节角度,在此示出的可调节角度是作为说明目的而提供的。通过定位在可移动台架下面的支座101可调节颈部牵引装置,该可移动台架安装在固定轨道上。台架通过气压缸结构沿着支撑轨道可滑动地安装。台架包括头枕或支撑垫。
在颈部牵引结构中,气压缸102被安装在支撑结构104和可移动台架106之间。在一个实施例中,气压缸102为单动式气压缸,该气压缸具有直径略小于气压缸壳体102A的内部直径的活塞109。绕活塞109的外圆周延伸的槽108容纳有压缩垫圈110。在这样的设计中,压缩垫圈110为传统的O形垫圈,该垫圈以与气压缸壳体102A内的压力施加无关的方式与气压缸壳体的内壁保持接触或接合。O形垫圈在气压缸壁上提供了均匀并恒定的摩擦力。
当在气压缸壳体内的压力施加使O形垫圈的变形可忽略不计时,由于垫圈与气压缸壁保持稳定的接合,所以没有全面地影响系统的性能。在去掉压力时,O形垫圈不会松弛以及远离气压缸壁。进气口112设置在气压缸壳体102A的端部上,以向气压缸提供压缩空气。手动卸压机构114可与泵116一起使用,以向气压缸提供压缩空气以及将压缩空气从气压缸释放。也可使用减压阀和压力计以示出压力。
也可使用其它类型的系统例如棘齿式组件、线性致动器、可折叠式装置等来移动台架。本领域的技术人员所知的其它类型的气压缸也可与可移动台架一起使用。
如图所示,颈部牵引装置包括楔形件系统118,该楔形件系统用于将治疗牵引力施加到患者头部上的枕骨区域和颈部。楔形件118安装于台架106。在这样的结构中,该楔形件不转动。也就是说,(i)当患者初始将他/她的头部放在楔形件之间时,以及(ii)在施加牵引力期间,楔形件保持固定。该楔形件具有凹入接合表面118A。
虽然,楔形件可在台架上移动或滑动,并且利用夹紧弹性臂机构120可调节该楔形件。例如,如图7所示,楔形件可通过将棘齿式轨道设置在可移动台架中/上而在几个不同位置滑动。弹性臂122通过突出或者凸出部122A在不同位置处与棘齿124接合。弹性臂122可具有突出部,从而使用者可将它们一起夹紧以从棘齿轨道的棘齿部上脱离,然后,使楔形件如图6中的箭头所示移进或移出。楔形件的该移动可为在整个台架上的大致线性的方式。虽然在颈部牵引装置中使用了约束带124,但是可将约束带124从颈部牵引装置中去掉。
轨道包括用于允许调节支座的系统,从而可实现几个角度。例如,支座101可形成为楔形,并可包括几个零件,以在所安装的气压缸组件周围滑动。在一个实施例中,轨道126包括形成轨道的折弯端部126A。该轨道与在支座101上的滑动机构130配合,以使支座可在轨道126上滑动。然后,可使用弹性臂、钩或其它类型的机构128将支座“锁定”到适当的位置。在一个实施例中,轨道126具有将容纳弹簧臂、钩或其它类型的机构的开口或孔132。可使该弹性臂锁定在该孔内。
该颈部牵引装置还包括用于防止楔形件转动的防转动肋134和相应的槽或切口136。槽136位于台架中,并且在一个实施例中靠近棘齿轨道。防转动肋134与槽136连接,同时仍允许楔形件滑入和滑出。如图8A和8B所示,楔形件可被安装到框架上。
颈部牵引装置的操作
要使用颈部牵引装置,气压缸组件开始处于大气压下。使用者的背部位于支撑表面上,从而颈部由颈部支撑件即楔形件支撑。这些支撑件保持固定。约束带可用在患者头部周围,以确保头部在治疗期间保持固定。然后,使用者利用气泵将空气抽入气压缸。患者通过手动对泵进行操作增加牵引力或者通过手动按压卸压机构减少牵引力。当将空气抽入气压缸时,活塞将从气压缸壳体伸出,并且台架将开始从支撑结构分离。这样将牵引力提供给使用者。
在使用颈部牵引装置之前,患者或者使用者可利用支座组件调节颈部牵引装置的角度。也可调节颈部支撑件即楔形件。
虽然根据实施例对本发明进行了描述,但是本领域的技术人员将会认识到可在修改的情况下实施本发明。
Claims (15)
1.一种装置,其包括:
固定支撑件;
可移动台架,其安装到所述固定支撑件上;
移动部件,其使所述可移动台架在第一位置和第二位置之间移动;
楔形件系统,其安装到所述可移动台架上;以及
支座,其可调节地安装到所述固定支撑件上,所述支座为所述楔形件系统提供不同的可调节角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支座为楔形支座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述固定支撑件包括形成轨道的折弯端部,以容纳部分所述支座,并允许对所述支座进行调节。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述轨道容纳所述支座的滑动机构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支座包括锁定机构,以在一个所述可调节位置将所述支座锁定到固定支撑件上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括弹性臂或钩以及用于容纳所述弹性臂或钩的开口或孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述移动部件为气压缸,该气压缸被安装在所述固定支撑件的支撑结构和所述可移动台架之间。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述气压缸为具有活塞和O形垫圈的单动式气压缸,该活塞的直径略小于内部直径,该O形垫圈绕所述活塞内的槽布置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述楔形件不转动。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,(i)当患者初始将他/她的头部放在所述楔形件之间时,以及(ii)在施加牵引力期间,所述楔形件保持固定。
11.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述楔形件可利用夹紧机构来调节。
12.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧机构包括棘齿轨道和弹性臂,该棘齿轨道位于所述可移动台架中,该弹性臂从所述楔形件延伸,并且在不同的位置处通过突出或者凸出部与所述棘齿轨道接合。
13.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述楔形件可在整个所述可移动台架上以大致直线运动的方式移动。
14.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括防转动装置,以防止所述楔形件的转动。
15.根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述防转动装置为从所述楔形件延伸的肋和在所述可移动台架中相对应的槽。
