本发明涉及一副眼镜，尤其是工业防护眼镜，它包括具有边撑件(sidepieces)的框架，所述边撑件通过一延伸部铰接到框架上；两个具有环形槽的视孔和插在该环形槽中的镜片；该框架可在视孔附近处分开以便于扩展和更换镜片，并且该框架在闭合状态下可通过一锁止装置锁止；该框架在边撑件用延伸部附近处分开，并且该边撑件用延伸部在框架的分开部位的延长部分中分为顶部框架件的顶部延伸部和一底部延伸部。
背景技术
从EP1460470A1中已知这种类型的眼镜。这些眼镜的缺点在于其释放操作非常复杂。
为了持久地保持镜片的最佳光学品质，可以在一段时间后更换镜片是有利的。此外，镜片可更换可以使镜片适应某一使用者或某一环境的特殊需求。例如，在本文中，可以插入光学处理过的镜片、有色镜片或具有特殊的表面特性的镜片。这一可能性在运动眼镜和工业防护眼镜中尤其重要，在这些情况下，由于需要免受碰撞，框架的设计较复杂。
鉴于此，已知的是，框架被分开并灵活地(柔性地)扩展以便更换镜片或插入其它镜片，此后，再利用锁止机构重新连接分开的部位。
发明内容
本发明的目的是获得这样一种类型的一副眼镜和锁止机构，即镜片的更换易于操作，眼镜的设计不受更换机构的影响，并且形成特别可靠和持久的互锁系统。
根据本发明，通过一枢转锁止装置实现该目的，该枢转锁止装置枢转地安装在顶部框架件的延伸部上并且可通过底部延伸部锁止在适当位置。
分开部位通过本发明的枢转锁止装置密封地闭合，边撑件用延伸部的机械部分在外部被完全覆盖，这产生良好的美观效果，并保护更换机构免受污染、碰撞和其它机械破坏。在该技术方案中，枢转锁止装置的功能成为设计的要素。根据本发明的实施例的其它优点在于，可以单独更换镜片。
根据本发明，可在顶部框架件的延伸部的末端上安装边撑件。基本上，也可以在那里设置头绳(头带)。
优选地，该框架被接近水平地分开，框架在分开部位具有一阶面，该阶面确保在框架扩展后进行(重新)装配时很精确地定位和与其它可见的接合部地精确重叠。
有利地，枢转锁止装置包括连接套，通过该连接套可将枢转锁止装置从后方推到顶部框架件的延伸部上。
在本发明中，枢转锁止装置可以在一端通过边撑件的前部并在另一端通过顶部框架件的延伸部的台阶部轴向固定，该延伸部经过该台阶部而进入该框架。
优选地，枢转锁止装置在其底侧具有锁止突出部，当锁止到适当位置时该突出部从下方支承边撑件用延伸部的底部，该延伸部可具有水平槽缝。

具体实施方式
附图中示出的一副眼镜1包括具有两个视孔3的框架2和两个插在视孔3的环形槽5中的镜片4。
框架2包括顶部框架件6和位于该顶部框架件6外侧下方的倾斜但接近水平的分开部位7，由此可以灵活地扩展框架2以便于取出或插入图3所示的镜片4。
近似圆柱体的延伸部9从后端8伸出，并经由一台阶部进入后端8。在延伸部的末端以已知方式设有一带小孔件，该带小孔件构成边撑件11的支承件。铆钉12可插入该带小孔件10中，从而构成一种支承枢轴。
枢转锁止装置13具有板型基本结构14，在该结构的内侧上部构造有连接套15，可借助于该连接套15将枢转锁止装置13推到延伸部9上，从而在插入铆钉12并由此装配边撑件11后，枢转锁止装置13向内压靠在后端8形成的台阶部上。
枢转锁止装置13的内向底端具有突出部16，该突出部16在向内枢转时从下方支承延伸部17以与框架2互锁接合。
在分开部位，框架2的底部件具有阶面18(step)，通过该阶面闭合其它可见的接合部。
下面将结合附图4-6说明释放过程和相反的互锁过程，其中，图4-6为沿图3的IV-IV线的剖视图。
图4示出与图1相对应的互锁状态，其中，枢转锁止装置13向下枢转。明显地，框架的延伸部9具有截面形状为四分之一圆的凹槽19，该凹槽19中形状配合地插入从阶面18上方延伸的底部框架件的连接件20。枢转锁止装置13具有形状为四分之三圆的轮廓，该轮廓具有在闭合状态下环绕并从下方支承延伸部9和连接件20的凸出部21。另一突出部16设置成与凸出部21相距一定距离，在闭合状态下该突出部16从下方支承延伸部17。
在图5中，枢转锁止装置13向上枢转90°以释放并扩展框架2以便更换镜片4。这样，释放连接件20，并且如图2和图6所示，现在可以灵活地扩展框架2以取出和插入镜片4。

Claims (10)

1.一种眼镜，尤其是工业防护眼镜，它包括：具有边撑件的框架，所述边撑件通过边撑件用延伸部连接到框架上；两个具有环形槽的视孔和插在该环形槽中的镜片；该框架可在视孔附近处分开以便于扩展和更换镜片，并且该框架在闭合状态下可通过一锁止装置锁止；该框架(2)在边撑件用延伸部(9，17)附近处分开，并且该边撑件用延伸部(9，17)在框架(2)的分开部位(7)的延长部分中分为顶部框架件(6)的顶部延伸部(9)和一底部延伸部(17)，其中，在顶部框架件(6)的顶部延伸部(9)上可枢转地安装一枢转锁止装置(13)，该枢转锁止装置(13)可通过所述底部延伸部(17)锁止在适当位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜，其特征在于，在所述顶部框架件(6)的顶部延伸部(9)的后端(8)上安装边撑件(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜，其特征在于，所述框架(2)倾斜但接近水平地分开。
4.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜，其特征在于，所述框架(2)在分开部位(7)处具有一阶面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜，其特征在于，所述枢转锁止装置(13)具有连接套(15)，并且可通过该连接套(15)从后方滑动到所述顶部框架件(6)的延伸部(9)上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的眼镜，其特征在于，所述枢转锁止装置(13)通过所述边撑件(11)的前部轴向固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜，其特征在于，所述枢转锁止装置沿朝向各镜片的方向安装在由一台阶部形成的顶部框架件(6)的延伸部上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜，其特征在于，所述枢转锁止装置在其底侧具有突出部(16)，在互锁状态下该突出部(16)从下面支承底部延伸部(17)的底部。
9.根据权利要求8所述的眼镜，其特征在于，所述底部延伸部(17)具有水平槽缝。
10.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜，其特征在于，所述枢转锁止装置通过锁止接合固定在打开位置。
