Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于在浮动储存或开采设备(floating storage orproduction installation)中储存液体尤其是油的储罐设备,包括连接到管道系统上的多个储罐,该管道系统用于向储罐供给液体或从储罐输出液体。
带有开采的碳氢化合物和压舱物的存贮器的浮动采油设备包括储罐装置,该储罐装置具有几个分开的储罐。管道系统将每个储罐与泵送设备相连。具有几个碳氢化合物和压舱物的管道和泵送设备。该泵送设备用于清空或重新分配所储存的碳氢化合物。用于压舱物的单独泵送设备用于填满、清空和重新分配压舱水。带有存贮器的现有采油设备在很大程度上基于具有船形的外壳。此处,压载箱将通常沿着船的侧面放置,并位于可能的双层底中。碳氢化合物的储罐将分布在伸长的中央区域中。为了能够供应所有储罐,这种结构将是全面的管道设置。每个储罐也将在每个管道接头处具有局部阀门。这些阀门将能够被遥控。
这种储罐设备中的管道和阀系统将需要检查和维护。对于正常使用中的船只来说,这是大约每五年都要进行的常规检修的正常程序。对于浮动采油装置,该装置将建造成在不进行检修的情况下连续长时间操作。这需要必须在该装置工作的同时,进行管道和阀系统的检查和维护。众所周知,当离岸进行这种检查和维护时,这种类型的操作是非常昂贵的。
US3 811 460示出了用于储存几种不同液体的储罐结构,该储罐结构分成数个储罐。在一个实施例中,该结构包括放置在储罐中的中间位置处的管道系统。此处,该管道段同轴地延伸,并连接到相应的储罐上。
本发明的主要目的是,通过使得管道连接尽可能地短以降低制造和安装成本来优化管道系统,该管道系统与所述类型的储罐设备中的储罐相连接。
本发明的另一目的是简化和减少操作阶段中管道系统的检查和维护的需要。
为了实现所述目的,提供了本发明所述类型的储罐设备,其特征在于,它包括中央部分,储罐围绕该中央部分设置成使得每个储罐都有与该中央部分相邻的内侧壁部分,并且管道系统设置在该中央部分中,包括连接到相应储罐上的径向延伸的管道段。
本发明所述储罐设备的优选实施例的特征在于,储罐设置在几个层上,从而使得不同层上的储罐的内侧壁部分位于彼此上方,并且管道系统包括用于每层储罐的环形导管,每个环形导管都通过径向延伸的短管道段连接到相邻层的储罐上。
本发明所述储罐装置设置使得,在用于碳氢化合物的储罐和压载箱中都没有管道或阀。所有储罐都放置使得它们具有向内朝中央空间的相邻侧壁部分。该间隔对于日常检查是可接触的,是维护的简单通道。所有阀将放置在中央空间中。该管道系统主要设置在中央空间中,只具有短的管道和进入到单个储罐中的吸管插座。
本发明对处于安装(较短的管道和较简单的装置)和工作阶段的结构都产生极大的节约。由于所有的阀都放置在很容易接触的空间中,所以可以简单和有效地进行检查。由于相当程度上减小了管道的长度,所以管道系统的维护减少到最小程度。由于管道系统主要位于可接触区域中,所以可能的维修或更换也是简单的。总的来说,构造和操作阶段的节约将是相当可观的。由于能够进行更加有效的检查和管理,所以该装置也将增大操作期间的安全性。

在附图所示实施例中,本发明所述储罐设备被构造作为浮动装置,尤其是被构造作为用作碳氢化合物开采的浮动储存或浮动设备的装置,其需要储存液体,如压舱物、原油、液化气等等。然而,将非常清楚,这种安装也可以适用于陆基操作。
如附图1和2所示,储罐设备1包括中央部分2,多个储罐3、4、5围绕该中央部分设置,从而使得每个储罐都具有与中央部分2相邻的内侧壁部分6、7、8。
该中央部分2具有完全通道,从而中央部分中的所有设备都可以接触,用于检查、维护和可能的更换。管道系统以将在下面详细描述的排列设置在中央部分中。
在所示的实施例中,储罐3、4、5设置成三层,从而不同层上的内侧壁部分6、7、8彼此相邻。这意味着最上层储罐下面的储罐(在径向上)具有大致的L形横截面,如附图1中所示。正如所示的那样,储罐设备包括六个压载箱5,该压载箱沿着浮动装置1的外侧和底部9以相互相邻的关系设置。在压载箱5和中央部分2之间,设置有相对应数量的用于油或其它危险货物的货物或装载箱4,以及一对在相应的储罐4内部的完全相对的污油罐3。于是,储罐3和4都受到环绕的压载箱5保护。
管道系统包括用于每个储罐层的水平延伸的环形导管10、11、12,并且每个环形导管都通过短的径向延伸的管道段13连接到附属层上的储罐上。在所示的实施例中,两个最上层的环形导管10和11都通过垂直延伸的管道段14和关闭阀或切断阀15彼此连接,该阀设置在管道段的每个端部处。每个环形导管10、11、12都在每个径向延伸的管道段13之间设置有阀16,并且该径向延伸的管道段也设置有相应阀17,从而管道系统的需要部分可以选择性地与所需的储罐连接。
最上层的环形导管10连接到用于有关液体通常是油的注入管线18上,和用于液体的排出管线19上。利用垂直管道14和阀15和可能的辅助阀,中间环形导管11也可以分别连接到注入管线18和排出管线19上。
如附图1中所示,环形导管11连接到设置在中央部分2的中央的泵20上,位于环形导管内部。该泵20通过具有附属阀22的管道段21连接到环形导管11上。
最下层的环形导管12设置成与压载箱5相连,并在附图2中以平面图示出。以与其余环形导管相对应的方式,该环形导管连接到附属箱上。环形导管12还经过附属的带阀管道段24连接到中央设置的泵23上。泵23经过阀25连接到与周围海水相连通的所谓的海水箱26上。而且泵经过辅助阀27连接到压舱水的排放管线28上。这种设置能够有选择地填充或排空压载箱。
除了中央部分2的限制壁的形状和浮动装置的外圆周的形状,附图3至8中所示的储罐设备的实施例都与附图1至2所述实施例相对应,从而与内侧放置的储罐的形状相对应。
于是,附图1和2示出了中央部分2,在该中央部分处,储罐3、4、5的内侧壁部分都将形状加工成使得中央部分具有圆形截面。与此不同,附图3至8示出了储罐3、4、5的内侧壁部分为平面的实施例,从而中央部分2具有多边形横截面,尤其是六边形横截面。
关于浮动装置1的外圆周形状,附图1至2和附图3至4所述实施例中的压载箱5设计有曲面的外壁和内壁,从而浮动装置1具有圆形横截面。在附图5和6的实施例中,压载箱5具有平面的内壁和外壁,它们平行于中央部分2的相对应的壁部分,从而装置1具有六边形横截面。在附图7和8的实施例中,四个压载箱设计有一对互相垂直的部分,从而浮动装置1整体具有方形横截面。
因此,在所说明的实施例中,浮动装置1为圆柱形本体或平行上层本体(parallel epipedic body),其中,中央部分2基本上同心地放置在本体中并同轴地延伸穿过该本体。
Claims (10)
1.用于在浮动储存或开采设备中储存液体尤其是油的储罐设备,包括多个储罐(3,4,5),这些储罐连接到向该储罐供给液体或从该储罐取出液体的管道系统上,其特征在于,它包括中央部分(2),储罐(3,4,5)环绕该中央部分设置,从而使得每个储罐都具有与中央部分(2)相邻的内侧壁部分(6,7,8),并且管道系统(10-24)设置在该中央部分(2)中,包括连接到相应的储罐(3,4,5)上的径向延伸的管道段(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述的储罐设备,其特征在于,储罐(3,4,5)设置在几个层上,从而使得不同层上的储罐的内侧壁部分(6,7,8)位于彼此上方,并且该管道系统包括用于每层储罐(3,4,5)的环形导管(10,11,12),每个环形导管都经过短的径向延伸的管道段(13)连接到附属层上的储罐上。

5.如权利要求2至4中任意一项所述的储罐设备,其特征在于,环形导管(10,11,12)在每个径向延伸的管道段(13)之间都设置有阀(16),并且该径向延伸的管道段(13)都设置有阀(17)。
6.如权利要求2至5中任意一项所述的储罐设备,其特征在于,一些环形导管设置成与用于所述液体的注入管线和排放管线相连。
7.如权利要求2至6中任意一项所述的储罐设备,其特征在于,至少一些环形导管(11,12)分别连接到附属泵(20,23)上。
