Abstract

Description

处理浆液
本发明涉及用于处理无机浆液的组合物,以及使用该组合物处理无机浆液、以使所述浆液保持基本上均相的方法。
本文将特别地针对碳酸钙-基浆液、特别是用于造纸工艺中的那些来描述本发明,但是并不认为本发明限制于此。
大多数无机浆液包含大约70%到80%重量的固体。已知,许多无机浆液(尤其是基于碳酸钙的那些)易于被细菌污染,因此为了最小化这类污染,已经将一种或多种杀生物-活性材料加入所述浆液。
已知,含磷化合物,尤其是四(羟基有机基)磷鎓(THP+盐),是有效的杀生物剂。例如,申请人进行的实验工作显示,将四(羟甲基)磷鎓硫酸盐(THPS)的溶液加入碳酸钙-基浆液,可以导致在2小时内细菌计数降低104
然而,还已知,单独地将THPS加入浆液,导致浆液瞬间非均质增稠和凝聚。
申请人已经发现,使用包含THP+盐和分散剂的组合物能提供防止细菌污染的持续保护,同时将浆液保持为基本上均相。
因此,在第一个方面,本发明提供了用于处理无机浆液的组合物,该组合物包含:
(a)四(羟基有机基)磷鎓盐(以下称THP+盐);和
(b)分散剂,其选自:
(i)包含至少一个叔氮原子的膦酸化化合物;
(ii)不饱和酸的膦酸化低聚物;
(iii)不饱和酸的均聚物;和
(iv)聚磷酸盐。
按照本发明,THP+盐优选是四(羟甲基)磷鎓硫酸盐。
可选择地,THP+盐可以是四(羟甲基)磷鎓盐酸盐、磷酸盐、硝酸盐或者草酸盐。
(b)(i)类型分散剂的优选实例是具有一个叔氮原子的化合物,例如次氮基三(亚甲基磷酸)钠盐,尤其是四钠盐。
(b)(ii)类型分散剂的优选实例包括具有通式H(CH2OM.CH2OM)nPO3M2的那些低聚物,其中M是阳离子物质,使得该低聚物可溶于水,并且n是大于1的数。
在申请人的欧洲专利说明书0491391中公开了其他适合的低聚物。
(b)(iii)类型分散剂的优选实例是丙烯酸均聚物,特别是分子量在2000到5000范围内的均聚物。
b(iv)类型分散剂的优选实例包括三聚磷酸钠。
在第二个方面,本发明提供了处理无机浆液、以将该浆液保持为基本上均相的方法,该方法包括在该浆液中加入有效量的按照本发明第一个方面的组合物。
所述无机浆液可以包括,例如,碳酸钙-基浆液。
可选择地,所述无机浆液可以包括颜料浆液、粘土浆液或者水泥浆液。
优选,在组合物中,THP+盐与分散剂的比例为大约2∶1(以有效成分计)。
合适地,所述组合物可以以10ppm到1000ppm(基于浆液重量)、例如大约750ppm(基于浆液重量)的量加到所述浆液中。
以下通过实施例来举例说明本发明。
在实施例中,用以下物质处理75%碳酸钙浆液(在工业上被称为Setacarb):
实施例1:单独的THP+盐。
实施例2:THP+盐和(b)(i)类型分散剂。
实施例3:THP+盐和(b)(ii)类型分散剂。
使用的每种添加剂的量,以及结果,示于下表中。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于处理无机浆液的组合物,该组合物包含:
(a)四(羟基有机基)磷鎓盐(在此称为THP+盐);和
(b)分散剂,其选自:
(i)包含至少一个叔氮原子的膦酸化化合物;
(ii)不饱和酸的膦酸化低聚物;
(iii)不饱和酸的均聚物;和
(iv)聚磷酸盐。
2.权利要求1的组合物,其中THP+盐是四(羟甲基)磷鎓硫酸盐。
3.权利要求1的组合物,其中THP+盐是四(羟甲基)磷鎓盐酸盐、磷酸盐、硝酸盐或者草酸盐。
4.权利要求1到3任何一项的组合物,其中分散剂(b)(i)是包含一个叔氮原子的膦酸化化合物。
5.权利要求4的组合物,其中分散剂(b)(i)是次氮基三(亚甲基膦酸)钠盐。
6.权利要求5的组合物,其中该盐是四钠盐。
7.权利要求1到3任何一项的组合物,其中分散剂(b)(ii)是马来酸的膦酸化低聚物。
8.权利要求7的组合物,其中所述低聚物具有通式H(CH2OM.CH2OM)nPO3M2,其中M是阳离子物质,使得该低聚物可溶于水,并且n是大于1的数。
9.权利要求1到3任何一项的组合物,其中分散剂(b)(iii)是丙烯酸的均聚物。
10.权利要求9的组合物,其中所述均聚物的分子量在2000到5000范围内。
11.权利要求1到3任何一项的组合物,其中分散剂(b)(iv)是三聚磷酸钠。
12.一种处理无机浆液,以将该浆液保持为基本上均相的方法,所述方法包括:在所述浆液中加入有效量的按照权利要求1到11任何一项的组合物。
13.权利要求12的方法,其中在组合物中THP+盐与分散剂的比例为大约2∶1(以有效成分计)。
14.权利要求12或者13的方法,其中所述组合物以10ppm到1000ppm(基于浆液重量)的量加入所述浆液。
15.权利要求14的方法,其中所述组合物以大约750ppm(基于浆液重量)的量加入所述浆液。
16.权利要求12到15任何一项的方法,其中所述浆液包括碳酸钙-基浆液。
17.权利要求12到15任何一项的方法,其中所述浆液包括颜料浆液、粘土浆液或者水泥浆液。
