Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于处理无机浆液的组合物,以及使用该组合物处理无机浆液、以使所述浆液保持基本上均相的方法。
本文将特别地针对碳酸钙-基浆液、特别是用于造纸工艺中的那些来描述本发明,但是并不认为本发明限制于此。
背景技术
大多数无机浆液包含大约70%到80%重量的固体。已知,许多无机浆液(尤其是基于碳酸钙的那些)易于被细菌污染,因此为了最小化这类污染,已经将一种或多种杀生物-活性材料加入所述浆液。
已知,含磷化合物,尤其是四(羟基有机基)磷鎓(THP+盐),是有效的杀生物剂。例如,申请人进行的实验工作显示,将四(羟甲基)磷鎓硫酸盐(THPS)的溶液加入碳酸钙-基浆液,可以导致在2小时内细菌计数降低104。
然而,还已知,单独地将THPS加入浆液,导致浆液瞬间非均质增稠和凝聚。
发明内容
申请人已经发现,使用包含THP+盐和分散剂的组合物能提供防止细菌污染的持续保护,同时将浆液保持为基本上均相。
因此,在第一个方面,本发明提供了用于处理无机浆液的组合物,该组合物包含:
(a)四(羟基有机基)磷鎓盐(以下称THP+盐);和
(b)分散剂,其选自:
(i)包含至少一个叔氮原子的膦酸化化合物;
(ii)不饱和酸的膦酸化低聚物;
(iii)不饱和酸的均聚物;和
(iv)聚磷酸盐。
按照本发明,THP+盐优选是四(羟甲基)磷鎓硫酸盐。
可选择地,THP+盐可以是四(羟甲基)磷鎓盐酸盐、磷酸盐、硝酸盐或者草酸盐。
(b)(i)类型分散剂的优选实例是具有一个叔氮原子的化合物,例如次氮基三(亚甲基磷酸)钠盐,尤其是四钠盐。
(b)(ii)类型分散剂的优选实例包括具有通式H(CH2OM.CH2OM)nPO3M2的那些低聚物,其中M是阳离子物质,使得该低聚物可溶于水,并且n是大于1的数。

Claims (14)
1.包含以下成分的组合物用于处理无机浆液,以将该浆液保持为基本上均相和保护该浆液免受细菌污染的用途:
(a)四(羟基有机基)磷鎓盐,本文称为THP+盐,其选自四(羟甲基)磷鎓硫酸盐、四(羟甲基)磷鎓盐酸盐、四(羟甲基)磷鎓磷酸盐、四(羟甲基)磷鎓硝酸盐和四(羟甲基)磷鎓草酸盐;和
(b)分散剂,其选自不饱和酸的均聚物。
2.权利要求1的用途,其中THP+盐是四(羟甲基)磷鎓硫酸盐。
3.权利要求1的用途,其中THP+盐是四(羟甲基)磷鎓盐酸盐、磷酸盐、硝酸盐或者草酸盐。
4.权利要求1到3任何一项的用途,其中分散剂(b)是丙烯酸的均聚物。
5.权利要求4的用途,其中所述均聚物具有2000到5000范围内的分子量。
