(b)(i)少なくとも1つの3級窒素原子を含有するホスホン酸化化合物;
(ii)不飽和酸のホスホン酸化オリゴマー;
(iii)不飽和酸のホモポリマー;および
(iv)ポリリン酸
からなる群から選択される分散剤
を含む。
実施例1:THP+塩のみ
実施例2:THP+塩および(b)(i)タイプの分散剤
実施例3:THP+塩および(b)(ii)タイプの分散剤
を用いて、処理した。
(a)テトラキス(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスホニウム硫酸塩水溶液(約75%)、TOLCIDE(登録商標)−PS75として市販。
(b)(i)ニトリロトリス(メチレンホスホン酸)四ナトリウム塩水溶液、BRIQUEST(登録商標)301−32Sとして市販。
(b)(ii)ポリアクリル酸ホモポリマー、分子量2000〜5000、BEVALOID(登録商標)211として市販。
Claims (18)
- (a)テトラキス(ヒドロキシ有機)ホスホニウム塩(以降THP+塩);ならびに
(b)(i)少なくとも1つの3級窒素原子を含有するホスホン酸化化合物;
(ii)不飽和酸のホスホン酸化オリゴマー;
(iii)不飽和酸のホモポリマー;および
(iv)ポリリン酸
からなる群から選択される分散剤
を含む、無機スラリー処理用組成物。 - 前記THP+塩が、テトラキス(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスホニウム硫酸塩である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記THP+塩が、テトラキス(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスホニウム塩酸塩、同リン酸塩、同硝酸塩、または同蓚酸塩である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 分散剤(b(i))が、1つの3級窒素原子を含有するホスホン酸化化合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 分散剤(b(i))が、ニトリロトリス(メチレンホスホン酸)のナトリウム塩である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記塩が、四ナトリウム塩である、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 分散剤(b(ii))が、マレイン酸のホスホン酸化オリゴマーである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記オリゴマーが、一般式H(CH2OM.CH2OM)nPO3M2を持ち、式中、Mが、該オリゴマーが水に溶けるようなカチオン種であり、nが、1より大きな数である、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 分散剤(b(iii))が、アクリル酸のホモポリマーである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ホモポリマーが、2000〜5000の範囲の分子量を持つ、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 分散剤(b(iv))が、ナトリウムトリポリリン酸である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 無機スラリー処理方法であって、該スラリーを実質的に均一な相中に保ち、該スラリーへの請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物の有効量の添加を含む方法。
- 前記組成物中における分散剤に対するTHP+塩の比が(活性成分として)約2:1である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、前記スラリー重量に基づいて10ppm〜1000ppmの範囲の量にて、該スラリーへと加えられる、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、前記スラリー重量に基づいて約750ppmの量にて、該スラリーへと加えられる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリーが、炭酸カルシウム主体のスラリーを含む、請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリーが、顔料スラリー、粘土スラリー、またはセメントスラリーを含む、請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 実施例に関連して本明細書中において実質的に記載される、無機スラリー処理方法。
