Claims (20)
- 하기 (i) 및 (ii) 를 포함하는 상승작용 조성물:(i) THP 염 (상기 본원에 정의된 바와 같음) 및(ii) 생침투제(여기서 생침투제는 불포화 카르복실산의 중합체 또는 불포화 카르복실산과 술폰산의 공중합체를 포함하고, 상기 중합체 또는 공중합체는 모노- 또는 디-포스폰화 불포화 카르복실산기에 의해 말단화되거나 또는 그러한 단량체가 중합체 백본 내에 혼입됨).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, THP 염이 테트라키스(히드록시메틸)포스포늄 술페이트인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, THP 염이 테트라키스(히드록시메틸)포스포늄 포스파이트, 브로마이드, 플루오라이드, 클로라이드, 포스페이트, 카보네이트, 아세테이트, 포르메이트, 시트레이트, 보레이트 또는 실리케이트인 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생침투제가 불포화 카르복실산의 중합체 또는 불포화 카르복실산과 술폰산의 공중합체를 포함하고, 상기 중합체 또는 공중합체는 비닐포스폰산 (VPA) 또는 비닐리덴-1,1-디포스폰산 (VDPA) 에 의해 말단화되거나 또는 그러한 단량체가 중합체 백본 내에 혼입되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생침투제의 중합체 또는 공중합체가 폴리아크릴레이트 또는 아크릴레이트/술포네이트 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 생침투제가 VPA 말단-캐핑된 (end-capped) 중합체 또는 VDPA 말단-캐핑된 중합체 (둘 다 상기 본원에 정의된 바와 같음) 또는 VPA 및/또는 VDPA 단량체가 혼입된 폴리아크릴레이트인 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 생침투제가 VDPA 말단-캐핑된 공중합체 또는 VPA 말단-캐핑된 공중합체 (둘 다 상기 본원에 정의된 바와 같음) 또는 VPA 및/또는 VDPA 단량체가 혼입된 아크릴레이트/술포네이트 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, VPA 또는 VDPA 중합체 또는 공중합체의 비율이 1 내지 50 중량% (활성 고체 및 1 내지 74% THP 염 제형 기준) 의 범위인 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 비율이 1 내지 25 중량% 의 범위인 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 비율이 1 내지 5 중량% 의 범위인 조성물.
- 실시예와 관련하여 실질적으로 본원에 기재된 바와 같은 상승작용 살생물 조성물.
- 실시예와 관련하여 실질적으로 본원에 기재된 바와 같은 상승작용 철 술파이드 용해 조성물.
- 살생물제로서의, 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 용도가 플랑크톤성 (자유 유영성) 및/또는 고착성 (부착성) 박테리아에 대항하는 것인 용도.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서, 용도가 물 중의 일반 종속영양 박테리아 및/또는 술페이트 환원성 박테리아의 수준을 감소시키는 것인 용도.
- 박테리아, 진균류 또는 조류와 같은 미생물로 오염된, 또는 오염될 여지가 있는 수계 (water system) 의 처리 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 살생물적 활성량의 THP 염 및 생침투제를 상기 계에 개별적으로 또는 함께 첨가하여 상기 미생물의 일부 이상을 죽이는 것을 포함하고, 상기 생침투제는 불포화 카르복실산의 중합체 또 는 불포화 카르복실산과 술폰산의 공중합체를 포함하고, 상기 중합체 또는 공중합체는 모노- 또는 디-포스폰화 불포화 카르복실산기에 의해 말단화되거나 또는 모노- 또는 디-포스폰화 불포화 카르복실산을 함유하는 랜덤 공중합체인 방법.
- 금속 술파이드를 용해시키기 위한, 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 및 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 금속 술파이드가 철 술파이드 스케일인 용도.
- 금속 술파이드 스케일을 포함하거나 이와 접촉하는 수계의 처리 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 THP 염 및 생침투제를 상기 계에 개별적으로 또는 함께 첨가하여 상기 스케일의 일부 이상을 용해시키는 것을 포함하고, 상기 생침투제는 불포화 카르복실산의 중합체 또는 불포화 카르복실산과 술폰산의 공중합체를 포함하고, 상기 중합체 또는 공중합체는 모노- 또는 디-포스폰화 불포화 카르복실산기에 의해 말단화되거나 또는 모노- 또는 디-포스폰화 불포화 카르복실산을 함유하는 랜덤 공중합체인 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 스케일이 철 술파이드 스케일인 방법.
