Abstract
Une composition synergique contient un sel THP et un biopénétrant, ce dernie r contenant un polymère d'acide carboxylique insaturé ou un copolymère d'acide carboxylique insaturé associé à un acide sulphonique, ledit polymère ou copolymère se terminant par un groupe acide carboxylique insaturé à mono- ou diphosphonate ou intégrant de tels monomères dans le squelette polymère. Cet te composition potentialise d'une part l'efficacité biocide du sel THP contre l es bactéries planctoniques (nageant librement) et les bactéries sessiles (attachées), et d'autre part l'efficacité du sel THP dans la dissolution de la couche d'oxyde du sulfure de fer.
Claims (19)
1. Composition synergique comprenant :
(i) un sel THP (tel que défini ci-dessus) et (ii) un biopénétrant, dans lequel le biopénétrant comprend un polymère d'un acide carboxylique insaturé
ou un copolymère d'un acide carboxylique insaturé avec un acide sulfonique, ledit polymère ou copolymère se terminant soit par un acide vinylphosphonique (VPA) ou un acide vinylidène-1,1-diphosphonique (VDPA) ou ayant de tels monomères incorporés dans le squelette polymère.
(i) un sel THP (tel que défini ci-dessus) et (ii) un biopénétrant, dans lequel le biopénétrant comprend un polymère d'un acide carboxylique insaturé
ou un copolymère d'un acide carboxylique insaturé avec un acide sulfonique, ledit polymère ou copolymère se terminant soit par un acide vinylphosphonique (VPA) ou un acide vinylidène-1,1-diphosphonique (VDPA) ou ayant de tels monomères incorporés dans le squelette polymère.
2. Composition selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le sel THP est du sulfate de tétrakis(hydroxyméthyl)phosphonium.
3. Composition selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le sel THP est un phosphite, un bromure, un fluorure, un chlorure, un phosphate, un carbonate, un acétate, un formate, un citrate, un borate ou un silicate de tétrakis(hydroxyméthyl)phosphonium.
4. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle le polymère ou le copolymère du biopénétrant est un polyacrylate ou un copolymère d'acrylate/sulfonate.
5. Composition selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le biopénétrant est un polymère à extrémités coiffées de VPA ou un polymère â extrémités coiffées de VDPA (tous les deux tels que définis ci-dessus) ou un polyacrylate incorporant des monomères de VPA et/ou de VDPA.
6. Composition selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le biopénétrant est un polymère à extrémités coiffées de VDPA ou un copolymère à extrémités coiffées de VPA -(tous les deux tels que définis ci-dessus) ou un copolymère d'acrylate/sulfonate incorporant des monomères de VPA et/ou de VDPA.
7. Composition selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans laquelle la proportion d'un polymère ou d'un copolymère de VPA ou de VDPA se situe dans la plage allant de 1 à
50 % en poids (basé sur les solides actifs et une formulation de sel THP de 1 à 74 %).

8. Composition selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle la proportion se situe dans la plage allant de 1 à 25 % en poids.
9. Composition selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle la proportion se situe dans la plage allant de 1 à 5 % en poids.
10. Composition synergique biocide, essentiellement telle que décrite ici avec référence aux exemples.
11. Composition synergique de dissolution de sulfite de fer, essentiellement telle que décrite ici avec référence aux exemples.
12. Utilisation d'une composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 comme biocide.
13. Utilisation de la revendication 12, dans laquelle l'utilisation se fait contre des bactéries planctoniques (nageant librement) et/ou sessiles (attachées).
14. Utilisation de la revendication 12 ou 13, dans laquelle l'utilisation est la réduction dans l'eau du niveau de bactéries hétérotrophes générales et/ou de bactéries réductrices de sulfates.
15. Procédé de traitement d'un réseau d'alimentation en eau contaminé, ou susceptible d'être contaminé, avec des microbes tels que des bactéries, de la moisissure ou des algues, lequel procédé comprend l'ajout audit réseau, séparément ou ensemble, d'une quantité active de manière biocide d'un sel THP et d'un biopénétrant, dans lequel le biopénétrant comprend un polymère d'un acide carboxylique insaturé ou un copolymère d'un acide carboxylique insaturé avec un acide sulfonique, ledit polymère ou copolymère se terminant soit par un acide vinylphosphonique (VPA) ou un acide vinyldène-1,1-diphosphonique (VDPA) ou ayant de tels monomères incorporés dans le squelette polymère, tuant ainsi au moins quelques-uns desdits microbes.
16. Utilisation d'une composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 et 11 pour dissoudre un sulfure de métal.
17. Utilisation de la revendication 16, dans laquelle le sulfure de métal est un dépôt de sulfure de fer.
18. Procédé de traitement d'un réseau d'alimentation en eau contenant ou en contact avec un dépôt de sulfure de métal, lequel procédé comprend l'ajout audit réseau, séparément ou ensemble, d'un sel THP et d'un biopénétrant, dans lequel le biopénétrant comprend un polymère d'un acide carboxylique insaturé
ou un copolymère d'un acide carboxylique insaturé avec un acide sulfonique, ledit polymère ou copolymère se terminant soit par un acide vinylphosphonique (VPA) ou un acide vinyldène-1,1-diphosphonique (VDPA) ou ayant de tels monomères incorporés dans le squelette polymère, dissolvant ainsi au moins une partie dudit dépôt.

19. Procédé de la revendication 18, dans lequel le dépôt est un dépôt de sulfure de fer.
