Abstract

本发明公开了一种内燃机燃料。其主要特征是由甲醇、汽油、柴油、叔丁醇、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸脂和乙二醇单甲醚等组成,优点是将可再生的甲醇应用到内燃机、燃料领域,降低燃料成本,提高内燃机磨损,增强燃料性能,毒性小等。本产品用做内燃机燃料。

                          技术领域
本发明涉及一种内燃机燃料。本发明的主要特征是由甲醇、汽油、柴油、2-甲基-2-丙醇、聚氧乙燃山梨醇酐脂肪酸脂、乙二醇单甲醚等组成,将可再生的甲醇应用到内燃机燃料领域,降低燃料成本,提高燃烧效率,属于燃料生产领域。
                          背景技术
现阶段市面上内燃机燃料,主要是不可再生资源石油产品,如汽油、柴油等,极少部份是汽、柴油同甲醇混合形式。汽、柴油成本高,不可再生。故节约能源已提到议事日程上来,而汽、柴油与甲醇混合虽降低了成本,节约了资源,但是燃烧不完全、利用不充分、废气排放量大。
                          发明内容
该发明是在石油资源紧张的情况下,利用可再生资源生产,燃烧充分的复合醇基燃料,所用甲醇浓度较低。
该发生的技术实施方案是:
市售汽、柴油20~55%  甲醇10~65%  2-甲基-2-丙醇10~40%
聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯  1~5%    乙二醇单甲醚1~7%
该发明的生产工艺:
原料检测→原料复配→静置陈化→提取成品→成品检测。
因该发明中除汽、柴油外,均为可再生资源,故生产成本低,节约了石油资源,且汽、柴油同甲醇、2-甲基-2-丙醇、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、乙二醇单甲醚混合后较大地提高辛烷值,燃烧更为充分。
本发明的有益效果在于:
生产成本低、节约不再再生资源,该发明的燃料应用于内燃机中,废气排放量小,更有利于环保。
                        具体实施方式
实施例:
在1000毫升试剂瓶中,原料化验合格后,加入甲醇500克、聚氧乙燃山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯20克、2-甲基-2-丙醇100克,混合均匀后加入乙二醇单甲醚25克和汽油(或柴油)300克,充分混合后,静置3个小时,检测合格后密封包装。生产过程中严禁烟火,加强通风,防止静电。生产车间及仓库要有良好避雷设施。

1、甲醇基内燃机燃料,主要原料包括汽油、柴油、甲醇、其特征是:原料还包括有2-甲基-2-丙醇、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、乙二醇单甲醚;原料的质量百分比为:汽、柴油20~55%,甲醇10~65%,2-甲基-2-丙醇10~40%,聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯1~5%,乙二醇单甲醚1~7%。
2、上述权力要求的甲醇基内燃机燃料,其特征是原料质量百分比配方为:汽(柴)油32%,甲醇53%,2-甲基-2-丙醇10%,聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯2%,乙二醇单甲醚3%。
3、甲醇浓度≥95%。
