Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于降低从油中分离出的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的比例的装置,尤其是当在大型罐中对所述油进行运输时,例如在海洋运输过程中。
背景技术
原油通常含有轻质和重质气体成分,这些成分由于其挥发性而不能与原油的液体成分一起运输。在运输的技术方面,有利的是将原油分离为气体成分、液化气成分以及液体成分。然而,从生产现场以三种成分对石油产品进行分离和运输,将会引起相当可观的额外成本,并且因此原油通常被分离成为气体成分和液体成分。液化气成分则因此被分为与气体成分一起运输的轻质成分和与液体成分一起运输的重质成分。
当在水平为1.05至1.07巴的适度的计示压力下运输含有重质气体例如丙烷和丁烷的液体石油成分时,气体将不断的从液体成分中蒸发出来。为了避免压力在运输罐中增加,所蒸发的气体,即挥发性有机化合物,应该从罐中抽出并且送去燃烧或者送到再注入工厂。
在NO 19996471中,涉及一种设置有文氏管(venturi)的下导管,该文氏管设计为用于冷凝已经从货舱中分离出来的气体。通过使用文氏管以增加流速并因而提高降压程度,由于相对低的压力,可以期望避免VOC的蒸发。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点。
根据本发明以实现该目的,其特征在下面的描述中并且在随后的权利要求中给出。
在船只甲板上方的一定位置设置下导管并且其伸入该船只的油罐中,优选该下导管的端部靠近油罐的底部。液态油从油罐向上泵送至该下导管的上部。当油流入该下导管的顶端部分并且因重力作用而加速时,在下导管的上部中形成较低的总压力。通过将气体导入下导管的上部中可以降低该低压程度。根据本发明,所述气体由来自位于油罐中的液态货物上方的空间中的已蒸发气体构成。
下导管的上部设置在能够确保下导管可以充分向下延伸的一定高度处,即使油罐满载时。
所称的Froude数可从开管(open pipes)流体力学中得知。Froude数Fr是无量纲的,并且定义为作用在流体上的惯性力和重力之间的比值:
其中V=流速(m/s),g=重力加速度(m/s2),并且hm=平均水力深度。
将公式中的水力深度hm替换为下导管的直径D,可得到已被证明为适用于选择合适的下导管的表达式。
所进行的研究工作已经表明,当该表达式的值
在1和2之间时,将VOC气体吸收到油中的情况是令人满意的。
因此下导管的直径主要依赖于所流入液体的速度。

具体实施方式
在图中,附图标记1表示油轮。泵2连接至油轮的一个或者多个油罐4并且设置为将油从油罐4经由管道10向上泵送至下导管6的上部8。如果需要,则管道10可以连接至冷却单元12以改进在下导管6中的冷却过程。
气体管道14从油罐4的顶部16延伸到达下导管6的上部8。
下导管6的上端部8在油罐4的上部16的上方突出足够的距离,以在端部8处形成充分的低压程度,即便当油罐4满载时。
启动泵2并且油从油罐4的底部经由管道10、并且可能还会经由冷却单元12,向上流至下导管6的上部8。当油通过下导管6向下流动时,所受重力使得在下导管6中其下降速度增加,从而引起下导管6的上部8中的总压力下降。
由此位于油罐4的上部16中的气体通过具有适当尺寸的气体管道14被抽吸到下导管6的上部8中,从而所流入的气体可避免在上部8中继续形成过大的低压程度。所流入的气体通过下导管向下流动时与油混合并且冷凝成油。
根据本发明,在下导管6的上部8处从气体管道14吸入气体的原因仅在于由于所流入的油通过下导管6下降而造成的低压。应当强调的是避免减小下导管6的横截面面积,由于减小其横截面面积而导致VOC从油中分离出来。
移动运输罐将更加容易造成VOC的蒸发,但是根据本发明的该装置同样的适用于固定存储罐。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于将来自存贮罐或者运输罐(4)的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)经由下导管(6)冷凝到同一或者另一存贮罐或者运输罐(4)中的油中的装置,其特征在于,下导管(6)的横截面面积基本未被减小的上部(8)连接至气体管道(14),该气体管道(14)与存贮罐或者运输罐(4)的上部(16)连通,并且下导管(6)的上部(8)设置在存贮罐或者运输罐(4)的上部(16)上方的具有足够高度的位置处,当油通过该下导管(6)向下流动时,由于在下导管(6)的上部(8)中所形成的低压,使得气体从存贮罐或者运输罐(4)的上部(16)流入下导管(6)的上部(8)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在流入下导管(6)的上部(8)之前,油流经冷却器(12)。
