Abstract

本发明公开了属于便携式终端的相机部件范围,更具体地是一种可以实现进一步小型化并可以提高可信度的开关组装体。包括如下构成部分:基板;圆顶开关,向着上述基板的厚度方向凸出设置;霍尔传感器,在基板上面上述圆顶开关两侧顺着该板面方向至少设置两个;按钮,为了确保上述圆顶开关被按动并产生信号,该按钮的安装应能确保上述圆顶开关的按动操作,而且,其安装还应该确保能够顺着上述基板的板面向上述各霍尔传感器一侧滑动;磁铁部,形成于上述按钮上,随着上述按钮向上述霍尔传感器一侧滑动,使上述霍尔传感器感应到磁场,产生相应信号。本发明利用霍尔传感器和圆顶开关构成开关组装体,达到了开关组装体进一步小型化并提高可信度的效果。

Description

开关组装体
技术领域
本发明属于便携式终端的相机部件范围,更具体地,涉及一种可以实现进一步小型化并可以提高可信度的开关组装体。
背景技术
在一般电子设备中均有执行各种功能所需开关。比如,在设置有相机的便携式终端机中,具备了为执行相机变焦(ZOOM)功能(放大/缩小)以及快门功能所需开关。而且,最近还出现了可以用一个开关执行相机变焦功能和快门功能的、具备了多重开关部的开关。
如附图1是有关以往开关组装体结构概略图。
以往开关组装体包括如下构成:在指定位置上具备了第一开关部11、第二开关部12、第三开关部13的开关机身10;为了能使上述各开关部11,12,13产生信号,有选择地与各开关部11,12,13相接触的启动按钮20等。
而且,开关机身10的各开关部11,12,13将通过对启动按钮20的按动操作和旋转操作得到接触,其中,上述第二开关部12将通过启动按钮20的按动操作得以接触,而第一开关部11及第三开关部13通过启动按钮20的左右旋转操作得以接触。
即,上述启动按钮20(在图中)在其上侧形成有近似半圆形状的操作按钮部21,在其下侧形成有支持该启动按钮20进行旋转及按动操作的支撑部22。
为此,在上述支撑部22上顺着其长度方向形成有引导孔23,通过该引导孔23安装了支撑轴30,其中,上述启动按钮20将以支撑轴30作为中心,在一定区间范围之内进行左右方向的旋转操作,而且,该支撑轴30将通过该引导孔23进行滑动,使启动按钮20相对于开关机身10执行按动操作。
其中,附图中标识24指为了确保上述启动按钮20弹性按动操作,而给启动按钮20提供弹性支撑的弹簧构件。
为执行相机功能而采用了具有如上构成的开关组装体时,通过启动按钮20的按动操作,被接触的第二开关部12将执行相机的快门功能,而通过启动按钮20的左右旋转操作,接触到第一开关部11、第三开关部13中,以执行相机的变焦功能。
但是,对于以往开关组装体的情况,由于启动按钮20具备了通过按动及旋转操作而接触到各开关部11,12,13的结构,不可避免地引发了加大开关组装体大小地问题,而且,当上述启动按钮20受到了超负荷力量时,还容易引发在其结构上相对较薄的支撑部22被破损的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以实现开关进一步小型化并可以提高可信度的开关组装体。本发明的特征在于,包括如下构成部分:基板;圆顶开关,向着基板的厚度方向凸出设置;霍尔传感器,在基板上面的圆顶开关两侧顺着该板面方向至少设置两个;按钮,为了确保圆顶开关被按动并产生信号,该按钮的安装应能确保圆顶开关的按动操作,而且,其安装还应该确保能够顺着基板的板面向各霍尔传感器一侧滑动;磁铁部,形成于按钮上,随着按钮向霍尔传感器一侧滑动,使霍尔传感器感应到磁场,产生相应信号。
所述将圆顶开关与各霍尔传感器安装在同一条线上。
还包括形成于与圆顶开关相接触的按钮接触部上的按动凸起。
本发明的有益效果是本发明利用霍尔传感器和圆顶开关构成开关组装体,达到了开关组装体进一步小型化并可以提高可信度的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明进行详细说明。
图2是有关本发明中开关组装体结构图;图3是有关本发明中开关组装体运作结构图。
为了突出本发明的核心内容,对于出现在本发明说明过程中的公认功能或结构,省略其具体说明。
下面对基于本发明的开关组装体执行相机变焦(ZOOM)功能(放大/缩小)以及快门功能的实施例进行说明。
如图2所示,基于本发明的开关组装体,包括:基板100;圆顶开关101,设置在基板100上;霍尔传感器102a,102b,设置在基板100上;按钮110,为了确保圆顶开关101被按动的同时产生信号,该按钮的安装应能确保圆顶开关101的按动操作,而且,其安装还应该确保能够顺着基板100的板面向霍尔传感器102a,102b一侧滑动;磁铁部113a,113b,安装于按钮110上,随着按钮110向霍尔传感器102a,102b一侧滑动,使霍尔传感器102a,102b感应到磁场,产生相应信号。
将基板100安装在设置有相机的安装目标物120内部,例如,将其安装在便携式终端机内部。
圆顶开关101将安装在基板100上面指定位置上顺着其厚度方向凸出安装。
霍尔传感器102a,102b,在基板100上面圆顶开关101两侧顺着该板面方向相隔一定距离至少设置两个,当然,可以在基板100上形成霍尔传感器容纳部(图中未显示),将其安装在容纳部内部。
而且,圆顶开关101与各霍尔传感器102a,102b最好安装在同一条线上。
按钮110将布置在基板100上方,即,将其设置在距离圆顶开关101上端有一定距离的位置上,为了确保上述圆顶开关101有选择地被按动并产生信号,该按钮的安装应能确保上述圆顶开关101向着基板100厚度方向进行按动操作,而且,其安装还应该确保能够顺着基板100板面向霍尔传感器102a,102b一侧滑动。
而且,在上述按钮110上方形成有按动面112,该按动面112的安装应确保其露在安装目标物120的外部,在与圆顶开关101相接触的按钮110触部上凸出形成有进行按钮110按动操作时,可将压力有效传送到圆顶开关101上的、具有缩小面积的按动凸起111。
磁铁部113a,113b将位于按钮110的两端部,并与其成为一体,随着按钮110向各霍尔传感器102a,102b一侧滑动,使霍尔传感器102a,102b感应到磁场,并产生相应信号。
即,所感应的磁场将垂直于流动在霍尔传感器102a,102b中的电流方向,从而能够产生一定的信号,在其中应用了通常被称为霍尔效应(Hall effect)的原理,在此省略其详细说明。
下面结合附图3,对本发明的开关组装体运作结构进行说明。
基于本发明开关组装体的相机快门功能,将通过圆顶开关101执行。如图3(a)中显示,当进行按钮110按动操作时,设置在按钮110上的按动凸起111将接触到设置在基板100上的圆顶开关101上施加压力,产生信号,通过该信号执行相机快门功能。
另外,基于本发明开关组装体的相机变焦功能(放大/缩小)将通过各霍尔传感器102a,102b执行。如图3(b)至图3(c)所示,对按钮110进行左右两侧滑动操作时,与按钮110成为一体的磁铁部113a,113b将处于霍尔传感器102a,102b上部,并使霍尔传感器102a,102b感应到磁场,产生信号,根据该信号执行相机变焦功能。
以上进行了本发明较佳实施例说明,但是,本发明范围并不局限于如上所述的特定实施例上,在不超出本发明权利要求书范围的情况下,可以对其进行适当变更。

Claims (3)

1.一种开关组装体,其特征在于,包括如下构成部分:基板;圆顶开关,向着基板的厚度方向凸出设置;霍尔传感器,在基板上面圆顶开关两侧顺着该板面方向至少设置两个;按钮,为了确保圆顶开关被按动并产生信号,该按钮的安装应能确保圆顶开关的按动操作,而且,其安装还应该确保能够顺着基板的板面向各霍尔传感器一侧滑动;磁铁部,形成于按钮上,随着按钮向霍尔传感器一侧滑动,使霍尔传感器感应到磁场,产生相应信号。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种开关组装体,其特征在于,将上述圆顶开关与上述各霍尔传感器安装在同一条线上。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种开关组装体,其特征在于,还包括形成于与上述圆顶开关相接触的上述按钮接触部上的按动凸起。
