Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种用于家具的打开与关闭的装置,该装置提供一种便于对家具的可动部件进行打开与关闭操作的锁,为简便起见统称为锁。
背景技术
根据已知锁的设计应用,它们具有便于打开或关闭家具或抽屉的门的功能。这些锁在关闭操作中产生一微小的反向力,该力被弹性元件积聚,并在随后的阶段当进行相反的打开操作时被释放。
虽然锁使抽屉或门的打开很便利,但是后者要被合适并已知的装置固定在其关闭位置,该装置可以与锁分离也可以与锁成一体,例如钩、磁铁或类似物。
为了打开抽屉或门,首先需要对抽屉或门施加一轻微的推力以将锁释放,该推力转化为关闭操作期间积聚的弹性能,并在抽屉上施加一通常由弹簧产生的沿打开方向的力。这种装置的一个优点是它们有可能不使用抽屉上的手柄或其它相似的抓握元件,虽然这并不总是因为美学或其它原因。
通常,构成锁的一部分元件设置在抽屉所属的家具的固定元件上,而另一部分元件设置在抽屉自身上;此外,它们由大量元件构成,对于不熟练的人装配起来很困难。
这种已知的锁已在文件DE29507917U,DE3816091,DE19753319和DE10008350中描述。但是这些装置无论制造还是安装都很复杂,且它们中的一些太脆弱以致不能保证长久操作。
发明概述
本发明的一个主要目的是以一种简单而便宜的方式生产一种克服上文所述缺陷的锁,它紧凑、结实并易于应用于家具,特别是门。
因此,本发明通过生产具有权利要求1所述特征的锁而解决了上文所述的问题。
特别是,本发明涉及一种锁装置,它能在一个或多个包括一滑片的弹簧所产生的外力作用下锁定或释放。所述滑片适于沿与家具的固定部件成整体的一导套移动,该导套相对外部关闭力所施加方向以不同于零度的角度倾斜,该滑片具有一可被家具的移动部件钩住的钩子。此外,在滑片与匣子之间提供根据所实现的功能而适于锁住或释放滑片的元件。
由于本发明的解决方法,锁具有一简单、紧凑的结构,能够被简单地用于家具的抽屉或门上,因而相应各部件保证了确切位置,并从而确保了正确的操作。它还具有不使用特定工具而能实现快速、简单安装的特性。
该锁装置也很结实并能保护它避免从其所固定到的家具元件上脱离的损害。该锁还具有压缩弹簧或相应的弹性元件,它们能够充分控制打开行程,从而允许简单地用手的抓握以完成抽屉的打开或;如果需要甚至完全取消该动作。

优选实施例详细说明
参见所引用的附图,锁装置整体用标号T表示,虽然并非必需,但其一部分被固定到家具57的合适结构上,另一部分固定到门58上。然而也可能动态地反转固定在家具部件上的形成锁的两部分,而不会脱离本发明的范围。
用未被详细描述的适当装置固定到家具57上的锁T部分包括一盒或匣51,该盒或匣51具有限定一滑片导套60的第一槽或纵向腔。在导套60内设有滑片52,螺旋弹簧53或其它相似的弹簧,弹簧一端搁在导套的台肩或端部,另一端搁在滑片52上,滑片52上设置一杆65用于提高与弹簧53的接触。匣51具有一盖54用于封闭导套60的开口侧。
在一优选实施例中,匣部分设置有一基本为三角形的插入物50,它形成导套60的一侧部,或一侧部的一部分,以便于制造和装配。但是也可选择将插入物50取消,从而产生整体为一件的匣51。
根据要打开的门或家具部分的预先确定或限定,导套60相对作用在滑片52上的力F的施加方向倾斜α角。
在导套60的侧面上提供了一第二槽,该槽限定了根据区域而具有不同深度的轨道40,所述区域限定了一具有凸轮轮廓的路径。
滑片52还有一座71,该座71接近滑片52的底部并具有一矩形面,座71内设置一V型弯曲的片簧72,一球73搁在该片簧72朝向外的侧面上。该片簧72因而将球73推向轨道40的底部,以使它沿路径移动。第三槽67有利于弹簧72在座71内的固定。
轨道40由一长的纵向段27构成,该纵向段27的底部厚度可以变化并形成一倾斜的具有台阶28的斜坡端,该台阶是标志纵向段27与横向段29分开的限定,所述横向段29在平面内稍微弯曲。横向段29的底部有略微间隔开的具有高度29’和29”的两段,在29”的最深处,以球盖形式设置一个座30。与纵向段27平行的是较短的第二纵向段31,该纵向段31借助底部倾斜的段32与纵向段27的前部连接,在段32的端部设置有一短的斜坡33,以形成与纵向段27相关连的又一台阶34。
图8显示了锁的四个位置,它们显示了打开位置、关闭位置、再次打开位置之间的操作。这些位置用字母a),b),c),d)表示,并且还限定了球73沿盖轨道的四个相应位置。此处的这些位置作为透过插入物50表面的视图显示。在位置a)钩68位于最外位置,因而钩元件59和与其相连的门能够自由移动。当门58朝关闭位置推动时,钩元件59以力F撞击钩68,平行于导套60轴线的部分将滑片52推入导套60,导套60压缩弹簧53从而到达图2所示的位置。
在此滑动期间,钩68与钩元件59的钩连边缘62啮合,并相钩连。在此点,球73不能沿着段32移动,因为它被台阶34阻挡,它沿斜坡27移动并超过台阶28。此处V型片簧72柄部的倾斜将球73沿段29的最深部29”推动,直至球73进入球盖形式的座30内,并在位置c)锁定。在该位置,滑片52不能在槽内滑动,钩68锁住钩元件59,于是家具部件在关闭位置保持锁定,尽管没有外力施加于其上。
打开门或抽屉的操作以下面的方式代替进行。在门的关闭方向作用一连续的轻微推力后,球73从座30朝着段29的最浅部分29’移动,弹簧72将球73推入位置d)。通过去除作用在家具部件上的外力,螺旋弹簧53将滑片52推向外侧,球73沿段31和32超出斜坡33和台阶34移动,返回初始状态a),此时家具部件被打开。
可选择地,钩元件可由朝着相对的平表面部分开口的腔61构成,以便即使用一模制方式也易于生产钩连边缘62。如图2和6所示,当锁位于操作位置时,底部63构成钩68的推力元件,使得钩与α角度倾斜方向内的倾斜运动结合滑动,直至放置在钩连边缘62之后。
盖54也提供有杆76,杆76适于容纳在匣51的相应孔内,以允许两部分的整体装配。
与本发明相符的实施例在图6和7中显示。匣81具有一基本中空的梯形,滑片导套90设置于其内。匣的一个侧面是打开的,在锁的安装位置,该侧被一三角形插入物80封闭,其侧面中的一个限定了导套90的一侧。该三角形插入物80还具有用一合适的基准档块84搁在家具上的功能。有益的是,虽然并非必须,但轨道40能够设置在三角形插入物80的一侧上。这个元件适于借助已知类型的未显示的固定装置固定到匣81上。
从上文的描述很明显可以看出,本发明的锁装置由最少量的组件组成,其便于装配并能够由操作人员,甚至是非熟练人员毫不困难地安装到家具上。

Claims (5)

1、打开和关闭的锁装置,其便于相对家具(57)关闭和/或打开家具的移动部件(58),所述锁装置包括一限定了一内腔的具有至少一开口侧的匣(51,81),还包括一滑片导套(60,90),其特征在于所述锁装置还包括:
一滑动元件(52),其设置在滑片导套内并包括一钩(68),所述钩(68)在其第一端适于钩住与家具移动部件成整体的钩元件(59),
弹性装置(53),其设置在滑动元件(52)与匣(51)之间,于是所述弹性装置(53)在所述匣(51)的反作用下在滑动元件(52)上施加适于使其滑动的弹性力,
轨道(40),其设置在滑片导套(60,90)一侧上,所述轨道(40)的底部表面限定一凸轮路径,所述轨道(40)的整个设计平面形成一封闭的几何图形,
挺杆装置(73),其与滑动元件(52)成整体,其适于沿凸轮路径移动,以便限定滑动元件(52)的多个位置,相当于一释放位置,一锁定位置和移动部件(58)的两个中间开口和关闭位置,
其中,滑片导套(60,90)相对沿着在移动部件(58)与家具(57)之间产生的关闭与开口运动方向倾斜α角。
