Abstract
本发明涉及一种用来制造用于生产建筑工业用纺织品的熔纺纤维的纺丝板。
Description
本发明涉及一种用来制造用于生产建筑工业用纺织品(Geotextilien)的熔纺纤维的纺丝板。
在许多技术领域内都采用建筑工业用纺织品,特别是用来固定边坡、斜坡,用作混凝土或沥青表面,如公路、飞机场、道路、桥梁等等的衬底,而且不仅用于新的建筑,也用于整修。根据这些专门的应用领域,对建筑工业用纺织品的稳定性、强度、透水性提出特别的要求。
迄今为止在制造建筑工业用纺织品时,根据要求性能的不同,制造和粘合(加固)不同的规定结构的纤维和长丝。纤维或长丝越细,在粘合后建筑工业用纺织品强度便越高、越牢固,纤维或长丝越粗,这种建筑工业用纺织品的透水性便越好。有时在建筑工业用纺织品粘合之前混入单独制造的细纤维,以达到相应的强度和牢固性。
本发明的目的是,提供一种制造由不同结构的纤维或长丝组成的建筑工业用纺织品的方法和装置,其中混合及纤维混合物的调整不是费用高地在纤维和长丝制造后进行,而是在纤维或长丝制造时便已经进行。
因此本发明的主题是一种制造建筑工业用纺织品的方法,其特征为:不同组织的长纤维的制造在一个纺丝过程中进行,由此确定地调整细组织和粗组织纤维的比例,并在接着的机械和/或液力粘合时制成一种确定性能的建筑工业用纺织品。
本发明的另一个主题是一种用来制造用于建筑工业用的纺织品的熔纺长纤维的纺丝板,其特征为:此纺丝板具有用来在一个纺丝过程中制造不同组织纤维的、不同直径的孔。
通过细纤维的份量可以调整完工纺织品的所希望的牢固度和强度。较粗纤维的份量确定完工纺织品的液力性能,例如在无纺布平面内和垂直于无纺布平面的透水性。细纤维份量越大,接着通过机械和/或液力粘合制造的纺织品强度越高、越牢固。粗纤维份量越大,在机械和/或液力粘合后纺织品的透水性便越好。
作为细的以及粗的纤维的原材料,可以考虑塑料,如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺或聚酯。
用于建筑工业用纺织品机械和/或液力粘合的细纤维是指组织为1-10dtex、尤其是1-7dtex的纤维。根据所选择的细纤维的组织的不同,粗纤维具有6-30dtex、尤其是7-27dtex的组织。
各纤维类型的组织最好相差3-20倍,特别优选相差4-6倍。
根据所希望的性能,特别是所希望的强度、牢固度和透水性的组合,并根据所选择的组织,在完工纺织品中细纤维的成分(含量)为20-95%,尤其是30-90%。
而采用两种以上不同组织的纤维也是可以的。在这种情况下便采用三种或更多不同组织的纤维来制造纺织品,其中组织的选择同样取决于完工的建筑工业用纺织品所希望的性能。
在采用本发明的纺丝板的情况下,在一个纺丝过程中制造不同组织的纤维。接着,用常用的方法铺放纤维并机械和/或液力、化学和/或热力进行粘合。
为了制造不同组织纤维或长丝的确定的混合物,采用具有确定的不同的孔的纺丝板,由此在制造纤维时便已经确定纤维及其组织的混合比。
这种本发明的纺丝板具有带不同毛细管直径的孔,以便同时制造不同组织的长丝。其中孔的毛细管直径这样确定,使得可以按所希望的比例同时制造不同组织的纤维,其中孔按规则间距及随意分布地设置在纺丝板上。
根据所希望的纤维横截面,毛细孔可以具有合适的形状(三叶形、八叶形、星形、空心的、三角形、空心三角形等等),这里对于细的和粗的纤维及有时所用的其他纤维而言,它们的横截面可以是不同的。

Claims (8)
1.用来制造建筑工业用纺织品的方法,其特征为:在一个纺丝过程中进行不同组织的长纤维的制造,其中确定地调整细组织和粗组织纤维之比,并在接着的机械和/或液力粘合时制成一种具有确定性能的建筑工业用纺织品。
2.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:较细的纤维具有1-10dtex的组织。
3.按权利要求1或2的方法,其特征为:较粗的纤维具有5-30dtex的组织。
4.按权利要求1至3之任一项的方法,其特征为:细纤维成分为20-95%。
5.按权利要求1至4之任一项的方法,其特征为:在一个纺丝过程中制造不同组织的两种或更多种纤维。
6.用来制造用于建筑工业用纺织品的熔纺长纤维的纺丝板,其特征为:所述纺丝板具有用来在一个纺丝过程中制造不同组织纤维的、不同直径的孔。
7.按权利要求6的纺丝板,其特征为:孔具有相同或不同的非圆形横截面形状。
8.用一种按权利要求1至5的方法制造的建筑工业用纺织品。
