Abstract

现市场上已出现大部分为单管单芯片多颗不同组合、大功率LED不同组合照明灯,后者接近照明,但存在需散热及寿命问题,前者目前多为装饰灯、次照明灯。本发明“超高亮度单管多芯片、超高亮度单管单芯片,普通LED组合柔光照明灯”,可以用于照明,可以解决寿命及散热问题。可以满足看书的台灯、射灯及一般照明灯要求。从而实现低功率、高亮度、高寿命的LED照明灯。属光电子与新材料应用领域。

技术领域
属光电子与新材料应用领域。
背景技术
现市场出现的LED照明灯,多为大功率LED不同组合及多颗单管单芯片LED不同组合的LED照明灯。
前者仍有需解决散热及寿命问题,公认LED寿命10万小时,但目前大功率LED达不到;后者照明亮度不够并出现亮度育区较明显。
本发明“超高亮度单管多芯片、超高亮度单管单芯片、普通LED组合柔光照明灯”,可以克服目前大功率LED散热及寿命问题,又解决多颗单管单芯组合灯亮度盲区改善的问题。目前看来是较为理想的LED照明。
本发明的基本结构:
1为超高亮度单管多芯片LED,2为超高亮度单管单芯片LED。
3为普通LED或贴片镶在透明板4的周边端面,发光面垂直端面,4为焊接LED印刷电路板上表面粘覆盖一定厚度的透明板,LED1、2脚腿引线穿过透明体焊接在印刷电路板上,5为焊接LED的印刷电路板,6为聚光镜,7为印刷电路板下表面的LED散热片,8为聚光镜外表面喷涂的光致采光材料簿层。使得LED灯发光柔和又不怎么损失亮度(也可在聚光镜内表面)。
根据所需的照明照度选择LED1及LED2的亮度,现在已有的厂家批量生产20000mcd以上的白光,并有的厂商已把20000mcd以上的三芯片,封装在一个管体中。
LED3,可选择1000mcd以下的普通管子或贴片。
LED的发光角度,可根据客户要求来选择。
根据所需照明照度,选择LED1的数目及同LED2的不同组合。
外加聚光镜,保证所需的照明角度及聚光。
散热片要保证LED特别是LED1的散热问题(虽然没有大功率LED的热度大,但也存在一定的热度,要考虑LED1的散热问题,特别是需要大照度,选择LED1数量多颗时)。

具体实施方式
根据所需照明照度及照明角度及发光颜色综合选择LED1及LED2的亮度及数量。LED3用普通LED。
透明板3的厚度取决于LED3或贴片的尺寸。
根据所选LED1的数量、散热问题,考虑散热片7的设计及制作。
聚光镜6的设计要与所需照明角度及聚光综合考虑设计。
光致采光材料薄层8的设计,考虑LED灯发出的光不刺眼又能不损失太多照明照度综合考虑。透明板4的一个表面也印制光致采光材料薄层或磨沙、打乌、形成内部面光源。
工业实现性
根据发明内容及具体实施方式,可在工厂中形成批量生产。
积极效果
这种LED组合LED照明灯,可以作到大功率LED的效果,但在同等照度功率下,散热好解决。寿命目前比大功率LED高。同等功耗下,照明照度远超过多颗数单管单芯组合的LED灯,照明盲区有所改善。
应用
应用于台灯、于电筒、应急灯、射灯、普通照明等照明领域。
应用于汽车尾灯、车厢外侧灯、车厢内照明灯等。

1、一种发明“超高亮度单管多芯片、超高亮度单管单芯片、普通LED组合柔光照明灯”基本结构:1为超高亮度多芯片LED,2为超高亮度单管单芯片LED,3为普通LED或贴片镶在透板4周边端面发光面垂直端面,4为焊接LED印刷电路板上表面粘复盖一定厚度的透明板(其中一个表面印制光致采光材料薄层,本身形成面光源),LED1、LED2脚腿引线穿过透明板焊接在印刷电路板5上,6为聚光镜,7为印刷电路板下表面的LED散热片,8为聚光镜(罩)个表面喷涂的光致采光材料薄层,使得LED灯发光柔和又不怎么损失亮度,按此方案形成的LED照明灯,可广泛应用照明领域。
