Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子显示装置并且涉及一种包括这种显示装置的流体分配器装置。
背景技术
电子显示装置广泛用在许多技术领域中。一种具体用途为供流体分配器装置使用的剂量指示器,尤其在配药领域中。具体地说。这种计量指示器能够将已经分配或者还没有分配的剂量数告知用户。在这种用途中,通常在分配剂量的同时即在正在促动该分配器的同时产生出电信号,然后对该电信号进行电子处理并且传送给电子显示器以便改变显示即增加或减去一个剂量。这些显示器通常由液晶显示器(LCD)构成。为了使这些指示器并且更通常电子显示装置工作,需要使用电源,它通常为可随意充电的电池或者可能为电源设备。那种能源设置和安装相对较贵,由此相应地增加了制造和使用该药物分配器的成本。具体地说,需要同样昂贵的控制电子器件来控制和管理该电源。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种没有上述缺点的电子显示装置。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种包括没有上述缺点的剂量指示器的流体分配器。
更具体地说,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种制造和装配简单廉价的电子显示装置。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供这样一种电子显示装置,它结构紧凑并且能够很容易应用于任意现有的流体分配器装置而不必明显改变其尺寸。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供这样一种显示装置,它能够按照可靠的方式工作而与该装置已经使用或存放的时间无关,并且同时不需要电源来使所述装置工作。
因此本发明提供了一种电子显示装置,它包括一显示构件,所述显示构件是永久的,从而不需要任何能量来保持该显示不变,所述显示装置不用电池工作,用来改变显示所需的能量由在两个元件之间的相互作用例如通过摩擦或通过冲击产生出,由此产生出电脉冲,所述脉冲在提供给显示构件之前由电子电路进行处理以便改变其显示。
优选的是,所述显示构件为液晶显示器(LCD)类型。
优选的是,所述显示构件包括双稳态向列型液晶。
优选的是,所述显示装置形成用于流体分配器装置的剂量指示器或计数器的一部分。
本发明还提供了一种流体分配器装置,它包括:一主体;一流体容器;一分配器构件,例如泵或阀门;以及一剂量计数器,用来计数容器中已经分配或待分配的剂量数,所述剂量计数器包括如上所述的显示装置。
在所述装置的在该装置正被促动期间相对于彼此运动的两个部分之间的相互作用优选通过机电转换器转变成用于改变显示的电脉冲。
改变显示所需的电脉冲优选通过在分配器装置正在促动期间相对于接触器移动的撞针产生出。
优选的是,所述接触器相对于主体保持不动,并且所述撞针与弹簧协作。

具体实施方式
本发明的一个主要目的在于提供一种显示构件,它耗费尽可能小的能量并且不需要电源,从而没有与在可充电等的电池供电情况中尤其在存放或使用时间相当长时会出现的断电的危险。另外,不需要任何电子器件来控制或管理能源。
因此本发明的电子显示装置使用了永久型即其中不需要任何能量来保持显示不变并且只需要非常小的能量来改变该显示的显示构件21。这种显示构件可以为LCD型,并且更具体地说该显示构件21优选包括双稳态向列型液晶。
为了产生出改变显示构件21的显示所需的能量,本发明设想利用在相对于彼此运动的两个元件之间的相互作用。例如,这种相互作用可以由相互摩擦或撞击的两个元件构成。优选使用机电转换器将所述相互作用转变成电脉冲。适当的机电转换器可以包括压电振荡器或激励器、电磁线圈或任意其他对本领域普通技术人员而言是已知的机电转换装置。更具体地说,燧石式系统或用在气体打火机中的那种压电陶瓷可以用在本发明中。
因此,在两个运动元件之间的相互作用能够产生出电脉冲,所述电脉冲通常具有1毫秒(ms)至50ms的持续时间,并且大约为10000伏(V)至50000V。设置一电子电路25来处理该电脉冲并且给显示构件21供能以便使其显示改变。
图2为一示意图,显示出显示装置的操作。振荡器G(静电转换器)产生出在输送给显示构件21之前由电子电路25处理的电脉冲。振荡器不用电池更具体地说不用任何永久的外部电源进行操作,产生电脉冲所需的能量来自力或机械位移转变成电信号。
图1显示出尤其适用于本发明显示装置的用途示例。在该实施例中,该显示装置21供用于液体分配器的剂量指示器或计数器使用。术语“流体”指的是气体、液体、糊状物或粉末。因为没有能源例如电池这明显降低了指示器的制造成本并且使得所述指示器更加可靠,所以该实施方案尤其有利。在所示的实施例中,分配器包括一主体1,其中安装有容纳流体的容器10。在所示的实施例中为计量阀但是也可以为泵的分配器构件15安装在容器10上,用来选择地分配所述容器的内容物。在图1中所示的装置为口吸入器,包括用来从中分配出物质的接口(mouthpiece)5。自然任意其它类型的分配器可以与本发明相连。在分配器正在被促动的期间,容器10通常在主体1内部轴向移动,由此使得阀门15被促动。这种位移可以用来产生出用来使得显示构件21改变所需的电脉冲。
图1显示出燧石型脉冲发生器的实施方案。因此,与弹簧12协作的撞针11设计成在分配器正在被促动的同时撞击接触器2,例如固定在砧座13上的压电陶瓷2。优选的是,接触器2相对于主体保持固定不动,但是当然也可以采用任意其它等同或类似的系统。因此,可以设想将摩擦或一些其它种类的冲击转变成电信号。然后通过输电线26将电信号传送给与显示器21协作的电子电路25以便与分配器的每次促动相对应地控制它并且改变该显示器,因此计数出所分配的每个剂量。如在图1中可以看出,剂量计数器的尺寸相对较小,由此使得该计数器能够按照简单的方式应用于现有的分配器而不用明显改变其尺寸。永久显示构件的使用尤为有利,因为它明显降低了能耗,并且它能够避免使用电池或任意其它永久能源来给显示构件供能。
虽然已经参照具体用途对本发明的显示装置进行了说明,但是本发明当然有更多的一般用途,并且本发明不限于所示的实施方案。相反,本领域普通技术人员在不超出由所附权利要求限定的本发明精神的情况下可以对它进行任意改变。
Claims (8)
1.一种电子显示装置(20),它包括一显示构件(21),所述装置其特征在于,所述显示构件(21)是永久的,从而不需要任何能量来保持该显示不变,所述显示装置(20)不用电池工作,用来改变显示所需的能量由在两个元件之间的相互作用例如通过摩擦或通过冲击产生,由此产生出电脉冲,所述脉冲在提供给显示构件之前由电子电路(25)进行处理以便改变其显示。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中所述显示构件(21)为液晶显示器(LCD)类型。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的显示装置,其中所述显示构件(21)包括双稳态向列型液晶。
4.如前面权利要求中任一项所述的显示装置,其中所述显示装置(20)形成用于流体分配器装置的剂量指示器或计数器的一部分。
5.一种流体分配器装置,它包括:
一主体(1);
一流体容器(10);
一分配器构件(15),例如泵或阀门;以及
一剂量计数器,用来计数容器(10)中已经被分配或待分配的剂量数,所述装置其特征在于,
所述剂量计数器包括如前面权利要求中任一项所述的显示装置(20)。
6.如权利要求5所述的分配器装置,其中在所述装置的在该装置正被促动期间相对于彼此运动的两个部分(10,11;1,2)之间的相互作用通过机电转换器转变成用于改变显示的电脉冲。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的分配器装置,其中改变显示所需的电脉冲通过在分配器装置正在被促动期间相对于接触器(2)移动的撞针(11)产生。
8.如权利要求7所述的分配器装置,其中所述接触器(2)相对于主体(1)保持不动,并且所述撞针(11)与弹簧(12)协作。
