本发明一般而言涉及既可拆卸又可将一个物件牢固连接到另一物件上的紧固件,尤其涉及用于像将车门模件组装到机动车车门底板上那样将组件连接到机架上的紧固件。
背景技术
有多种不同的紧固件结构可用于配件与配件之间以及配件与它们工作在其中的机器机架之间的连接。例如,在汽车工业中,先将各种配件组装在一起,然后再将配件安装到汽车上的技术是公知的。同样,先组装起包括锁具和操作机构的车门模件,然后再用金属螺栓和焊接螺母将车门模件固定到内部金属件上的技术也是公知的。为了将模件牢靠固定在适当的位置,可能需要在模件内部的特定位置使用10到12个类似的紧固件。
使用金属螺栓和焊接螺母将车门组件连接到汽车门框上的方法既费时又费钱。这种方法不仅需要有一或多种人工或电动工具,而且必须正确有效地使用它们,包括工具与紧固件之间的正确接合。即使在工具与紧固件接合时或在使用工具固定紧固件时稍有迟滞,由于所用的紧固件数量庞大,也会大大增加组装所需的时间。相反,如果在每个紧固件上能够提高哪怕是很小的一点效率,由于所用的紧固件数量庞大,同样能够显著地提高生产效率。
用于将车门组件或其他配件固定就位的紧固件必须坚固而且牢靠,而且最好是可以拆卸的,这样可在维护或修理时方便拆除配件。螺栓之类的紧固件在长时间保持原位的情况下是很难拆卸的。螺纹紧固件的螺纹可能会变形,而锈蚀则会使紧固件难以正常发挥作用。一旦拆卸,很多紧固件将不能再次使用,从而增加了维护和修理的费用。
我们不仅希望紧固件坚固牢靠,而且还希望其可以重复使用并能提供足够的夹紧力以固定相对较大的物件。如果不需使用工具来操纵紧固件则更好。
发明内容
本发明提供一种紧固件,该紧固件有一个可预先组装在某一物件上的锚定件,和一个可连接在该锚定件上以将第一物件固定到第二物件上的插件。该插件无需借助工具即可接合,而且能够提供足以将物件固定在一起的夹紧力。
在一种实施方式中,本发明提供一种可将有孔的第一物件固定到第二物件上的紧固件。该紧固件有一个可附着到第二物件上的锚定件。该锚定件包括设计成可连接到第二物件上的底座、从底座上伸出的柱杆、和位于柱杆末端的柱头。柱杆设计成可插入第一物件的孔中。插件设计成可与底座接合或脱离。插件包括一个主体,该主体有一个端面和从该端面的两对边向外延伸的第一和第二邻面。该主体界定了设计成可接受并支承柱头的空腔。该空腔从第一邻面一直延伸到第二邻面,并在第一邻面中有足以让柱头进入空腔的开口。空腔中的收紧部可以防止柱头穿过到达第二邻面。导槽连接了空腔、端面以及第一邻面和第二邻面。该导槽的宽度足以让柱杆通过,而其在空腔附近的宽度则较小,足以防止柱头进入空腔之中。

具体实施方式
下面参见附图,特别是参见图1进行更详细的说明,其中数字10指代依照本发明的紧固件。紧固件10包括锚定件12和插件14。紧固件10用于将第一物件16固定到第二物件18上。
为简单起见,附图所示的第一物件16和第二物件18具有类似平板的结构。不过,应理解的是,第一物件16和第二物件18可以有多种不同的外形和结构。例如,第一物件16可以是汽车中的一个车门组件,而且可以包括车门把手和锁具等(图中未示出)。第二物件18可以是车门中的薄片底板,或者车门的框架类结构。可以使用紧固件10的其他结构实例包括,但不限于,保险丝盒与护盖,空气过滤器外壳与护盖,配电箱与护盖,等等。当然,根据第一物件16和第二物件18的尺寸、形状和结构,也可以用多个紧固件10将第一物件16固定到第二物件18上。例如,要将作为第一物件16的车门组件固定到作为第二物件18的车门底板上,可能需要8到12个紧固件10。物件16和18可以采用包括金属和塑料在内的各种材料制成。物件16和18内分别有孔20和22,每用一个紧固件10就需要一对孔20和22。
锚定件12和插件14也可以采用多种材料,比如金属或塑料等。例如,乙缩醛(acetal)就是一种适用于锚定件12和插件14的材料。锚定件12和插件14的成型加工可以采用模铸成型或其他适合有效的成型技术,这对本领域内的技术人员而言应该是熟知的。
锚定件12包括底座24、从底座24轴向伸出的柱杆26和位于柱杆26末端并与底座24相对的柱头28。包括底座24、柱杆26和柱头28的锚定件12可以用浇铸材料成型为一个单体,这对本领域的专业人员而言是熟知的。
底座24设计成用于将锚定件12连接到第二物件18上,而在图示实施例中则特别用于将锚定件12连接至第二物件18的孔22中。因此,底座24包括中轴延伸部分30和一个或多个从延伸部分30向外张开的侧部件32。延伸部分30可以是坚固的空心圆柱体,而侧部件32是其可变位部分。在图示实施例中,两个侧部件32相对安装在延伸部分30的两个相反方向上。当然,本领域的技术人员应该熟知的是,这里也可以采用一个或者多个侧部件32,而且侧部件32可以采用不同于图中所示的其他形状。侧部件32界定了大于第二物件18的孔22的外周界。当底座24插入孔22中时,侧部件32沿径向朝内偏转和/或进入延伸部分30中。当推动侧部件32完全穿过第二物件18的孔22时,侧部件32朝外弹出。延伸部分30可以包括锥形末端34,这样只需将其在孔22中简单对齐,便能将底座24方便地插入孔22中。
在底座24和柱杆26之间的过渡段处可设置环形凸缘36,而且可以与底座24及柱杆26形成整件。凸缘36的直径大于孔22,这样凸缘36不会穿过孔22。凸缘36与侧部件32末端是相互分离的,其间距与第二物件18上紧邻孔22的部分的厚度大抵相等。如图8所示,当底座24完全插入孔22时,随着侧部件32和凸缘36紧贴第二物件18的正反两面38和40,第二物件18将被牢靠固定在侧部件32和凸缘36之间的间隙中。
锚定件12可在组装过程中的任意适当时间预先安装在第二物件18中。锚定件12的安装可以在第一物件16被固定到其上时进行,或者可以在将第一物件16固定于其上之前的任何时间完成。对于第一物件16和第二物件18分别单独组装然后再安装在一起的情况,可以在安装锚定件12是方便和容易的时候,在第二物件18装配阶段安装第二物件18的其他元件时将锚定件12安装到第二物件18中。
凸缘36上可配置弹性垫片42,在插件14被连接后,第一物件16将紧贴该垫片。如果希望获得防风而密封或仅为方便第一物件16在锚定件12上的牢靠固定,弹性垫片42可用能提供气密密封效果的材料制成。在一种实施例中,弹性垫片42是在锚定件12上模塑成型的合成橡胶片。另外也可以使用分立的垫圈。如果需要防潮密封,Santoprene就是一种适合制作垫片42的材料。
柱杆26和柱头28设计成可穿过第一物件16的孔20,因此第一物件16可以插到锚定件12上并停靠在凸缘36和/或弹性垫片42上。需要指出的是,在另一种结构中,凸缘36可比孔20小,以便用户可在第一物件16已贴靠第二物件18就位后再安装锚定件12。当不需要密封或更牢靠的固定组件时,这种结构可能是理想的。
图2和3示出了锚定件12的其他实施例。柱杆26有一个或多个可插入或楔入第一物件16的孔20内的角翼44。图1中的平面凸缘36可用拱形帽46来代替。为满足设计目标所需的强度、硬度、密封效果及类似需求,也可采用其他变动。
插件14包括一个主体50,该主体有端面52,以及分别从端面52的两条对边延伸出的第一邻面54和第二邻面56。钥匙形插槽58从第一邻面54到第二邻面56贯穿整个主体50。钥匙形插槽58包括均开口于第一邻面54的空腔60和导槽62。空腔60的大小足以允许柱头28进入其中,而导槽62的大小则足以允许柱杆26进入其中。空腔60中具有收紧部64,以防止柱头28从第一邻面54到第二邻面56完全穿过主体50。导槽62延伸于端面52和空腔60之间。导槽62还从其第一邻面54延伸到其第二邻面56而完全穿过主体50。导槽62的宽度足够允许柱杆26从中穿过。导槽62靠近空腔60的部分足够窄,因此柱头28无法进入导槽62。
导槽62将端面52二等分为第一侧面66和第二侧面68。在第一侧面66和第二侧面68与第二邻面56的相邻部位之间分别有弧形过渡段70、  72。
第一邻面54和第二邻面56之间的主体50厚度在接近端面52的部位较大,而在远离端面52的部位则较小。因此,主体50在第一邻面54和第二邻面56之间的厚度从端面52开始逐渐变窄。
把手74大致在端面52的对面,并大致沿第一邻面54从主体50上伸出。
在使用紧固件10时,通过将延伸部分30插入第二物件18的孔22中,并对锚定件12加压直到侧部件32被推穿过孔22,便能将锚定件12固定到第二物件18上。侧部件32在底座24插入孔22时向内弯曲,而在推过表面38后则向外弹出。
要安放第一物件16只需将孔20套上柱头28,然后沿柱杆26向下滑动即可。将第一物件16沿柱杆26推动直到第一物件16贴紧在凸缘36和/或弹性垫片42上。
插件14的安放大致如图7所示,其端面52紧贴第一物件16,而第一邻面54则紧靠并对着柱杆26的末端和柱头28。当插件14向前滑动时,随着第一邻面54滑过柱杆26,柱头28和柱杆26进入插槽58中。插件14向前滑动直到柱头28碰到空腔60中的收紧部64。安装人员通过对把手74施压使插件14倾斜,在弧形过渡段70、72上转动,使端面52抬高离开第一物件16,而第二邻面56则向第一物件16移动。柱头28被收紧部64和导槽62中空腔60附近的狭窄部位固定在空腔60中。因此,当插件14从图7所示位置翻转到图8所示位置时,柱头28将沿空腔60表面滑动。柱杆26在导槽62中转动直到从第二邻面56的空腔60中向外伸出。
由于第一邻面54和第二邻面56之间的主体50厚度在靠近端面52处要比远离端面52处为厚,因此沿弧形过渡段70和72转动的角度要稍大于90度。在固定位置上,把手74从端面52到把手74末端朝下向第一物件16倾斜。
通过为导槽62提供可控的相对尺寸,插件14转动并固定时会施加压力。为获得这种压力,空腔60和端面52之间的导槽62尺寸要小于收紧部64和第二邻面56之间的尺寸。当插件14从端面52紧靠第一物件16的状态转向第二邻面56紧靠第一物件16的状态时,第一物件16被向下压靠在凸缘36和/或弹性垫片42上。通过控制导槽62的尺寸,可以施加所需的不同程度压力。由于主体50随着远离端面52而逐渐变薄,当插件14移动至紧固状态时,第二邻面56猛然靠紧第一物件16,表示紧固件10已被正确固定。可以提供表示完全连接的声音和视觉两种指示。把手74的长度和位置具有一种机械上的优点,因此无需使用工具即可完成插件14的转动,即使插件14与锚定件12的完全连接需要所施加很大压力时也是如此。
可为第一物件16提供一个压缩密封垫76,以便在接受紧固件10的压力时,可在第一物件16和第二物件18之间形成更好的防潮密封效果。虽然密封垫76在附图中是围绕在紧固件10周围的,但它也可以布置在第一物件16和第二物件18之间的若干适当接触点处。同样,作为例子,当第一物件16为车门组件,第二物件18为主门底板,而将组件固定到底板上需要用到多个紧固件10时,密封垫76可布置在车门组件的周边。

5.如权利要求1所述的紧固,所述底座包括中心延伸部分和若干用于将所述锚定件固定到第一物件的孔中的侧部件。
6.如权利要求5所述的紧固件,所述底座包括大于第二物件的孔的凸缘,还包括可插入并穿过第二物件的孔、并能与所述凸缘所接触的第二物件的表面相反的第二物件的另一表面贴合的多个可变位件。
7.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,所述主体有从所述端面过渡到所述第二邻面的弧形过渡段。
8.如权利要求7所述的紧固件,所述主体在第一邻面和第二邻面之间的厚度在所述端面附近较厚,而随远离端面厚度减小。
9.如权利要求7所述的紧固件,所述空腔中从所述收紧部到所述第二邻面之间的距离大于所述导槽从所述空腔到所述端面的长度。
10.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,所述空腔中从所述收紧部到所述第二邻面之间的距离大于所述导槽从所述空腔到所述端面的长度。
11.一种用于将有孔的第一物件固定到第二物件上的紧固件,所述紧固件包含:
可与第二物件连接的锚定件,所述锚定件包括:
设计成可连接到第二物件的底座;
从所述底座上伸出的柱杆;以及
位于所述柱杆末端的柱头,所述柱头设计成可穿过孔;
包括主体的插件,该主体有端面和邻接该端面的两条对边的第一面和第二面;以及
在所述第一面和所述第二面之间伸入并穿过所述主体的钥匙形插槽,所述插槽包括在所述第一面中有足以使所述柱头进入的开口的空腔,所述空腔内有在第一面和第二面之间的收紧部,以防止所述柱头从中穿过,所述插槽包括开口于所述空腔、并在所述第一面与所述第二面之间和所述空腔与所述端面之间延伸穿过主体的导槽,所述导槽的宽度足以允许所述柱杆穿过,而其在所述空腔附近的宽度足够狭窄以防止所述柱头进入导槽之中。
12.如权利要求11所述的紧固件,所述底座包括中心延伸部分和多个用于将所述锚定件紧密固定到第一物件的孔中的侧部件。
13.如权利要求12所述的紧固件,所述底座包括大于第二物件的孔的凸缘,还包括可插入并穿过第二物件的孔、并能与凸缘所接触的第二物件的表面相反的第二物件的另一表面贴合的多个可变位件。
14.如权利要求13所述的紧固件,所述插件包括从所述主体上向外延伸的把手,该把手位于所述主体上与所述端面反向的一端。
15.如权利要求11所述的紧固件,所述插件包括从所述主体向外延伸的把手,该把手位于所述主体上与所述端面反向的一端。
16.如权利要求11所述的紧固件,所述第一面和所述第二面之间的距离随远离所述端面而减小。
17.如权利要求11所述的紧固件,它包括从所述端面过渡到所述第二面的弧形过渡段。
18.如权利要求11所述的紧固件,所述空腔中从所述收紧部到所述第二面之间的距离大于所述导槽从所述空腔到所述端面的长度。
19.如权利要求11所述的紧固件,所述锚定件包括与第一物件的一个表面面对的弹性垫片。
20.一种用于将有一个孔的第一物件固定到第二物件上的紧固件,所述紧固件包含:
可与第二物件连接的锚定件,所述锚定件包括:
设计成可连接到第二物件上的底座;
从所述底座伸出的柱杆;以及
位于所述柱杆末端的柱头,所述柱头设计成可穿过孔;
插件,它包括有可在第一状态接受并接合所述柱杆和所述柱头的插槽的主体,所述插件设计成可转动到第二状态以将所述柱杆和所述柱头锁入所述插件中并将所述第一物件和第二物件互相压向一起。
