Claims (19)
- 貫通した穴を有する第一の物体を第二の物体に固定するためのファスナーであって、該ファスナーはアンカーとラッチとを具備し:
前記アンカーは、第二の物体へ取り付くものであり、また前記アンカーは:
第二の物体へ取り付くように形成されたベースと;
前記ベースから突出するポストであって、第一の物体の穴に挿入されるように形成されたポストと;
前記ポストの遠位端における拡大部と;を具備し、
前記ラッチは、前記ベースとの選択的な係合及び前記ベースからの選択的分離をするように形成されたものであり、また前記ラッチは、端面と、前記端面の対向する辺から延在する第一隣接面及び第二隣接面とを有する本体を含み、該本体が:
前記拡大部を受容して保持するように形成されたキャビティであって、前記第一隣接面から前記第二隣接面まで延在するキャビティと;
前記第一隣接面における、前記キャビティへの開口部であって、前記拡大部が該キャビティへ進入するのに十分なほどの大きさの開口部と;
前記キャビティ内の制限部であって、前記拡大部が該制限部を通り越して前記第二隣接面まで進むことを妨げる制限部と;
前記キャビティと、前記端面と、前記第一隣接面と、前記第二隣接面とに通じているチャネルであって、前記ポストが通るには十分な幅であるが、前記拡大部が該チャネルに進入するには不足する幅を少なくとも前記キャビティに隣接してもつチャネルと;を形成するものである、ファスナー。 - 前記端面とは反対側の前記本体の概ね端部で前記本体から外側に延びるハンドルを前記ラッチが含む、請求項1に記載のファスナー。
- 前記ベースが、前記アンカーを第二の物体の穴に対して固定するために、中心伸長部と側方部材とを含む、請求項2に記載のファスナー。
- 前記ベースが、第二の物体の穴より大きいフランジと、第二の物体の穴を貫通して挿入可能で、かつ前記フランジに対面している第二の物体の面とは反対側の面に対して係合可能な可撓部材とを含む、請求項3に記載のファスナー。
- 前記ベースが、前記アンカーを第二の物体の穴に対して固定するために、中心伸長部と側方部材とを含む、請求項1に記載のファスナー。
- 前記ベースが、第二の物体の穴より大きいフランジと、第二の物体の穴を貫通して挿入可能で、かつ前記フランジに対面している第二の物体の面とは反対側の面に対して係合可能な可撓部材とを含む、請求項5に記載のファスナー。
- 前記本体が、前記端面から前記第二隣接面にかけての湾曲移行部を有する、請求項1に記載のファスナー。
- 前記第一隣接面と前記第二隣接面との間の前記本体の厚さが、前記端面に近付くほど大きく、前記端面から離れるほど減少する、請求項7に記載のファスナー。
- 前記制限部から前記第二隣接面までのキャビティ内の距離が、前記キャビティから前記端面までの前記チャネルの長さよりも大きい、請求項7に記載のファスナー。
- 前記制限部から前記第二隣接面までのキャビティ内の距離が、前記キャビティから前記端面までの前記チャネルの長さよりも大きい、請求項1に記載のファスナー。
- 貫通した穴を有する第一の物体を第二の物体に固定するためのファスナーであって、該ファスナーがアンカーとラッチと略鍵穴形細溝とを具備し:
前記アンカーが第二の物体に結合可能であり、また前記アンカーが:
第二の物体に取り付くように形成されたベースと;
前記ベースから突出するポストと;
前記ポストの遠位端における拡大部であって、前記穴を通過するように形成された拡大部と;を含み、
前記ラッチが、端面と、該端面の対向する辺に隣接した第一面及び第二面とを有する本体を含み、
前記略鍵穴形細溝が、前記第一面と前記第二面との間で本体の中を通して延在し、前記略鍵穴形細溝が、前記第一面に開口部を有するキャビティを含み、前記開口部は、前記拡大部が前記キャビティに進入するのに十分なサイズのものであり、前記キャビティは、前記拡大部が当該制限部を通り越すことを妨げるために前記第一面と前記第二面との間のキャビティの中に制限部を有し、前記略鍵穴形細溝は、前記キャビティに通じかつ前記第一面と前記第二面との間で及び前記キャビティと前記端面との間で前記本体を通して延在するチャネルを含み、前記チャネルは、前記ポストが該チャネルの中を移動するには十分な幅であるが、前記拡大部が前記チャネルに進入することを妨げるのに十分なほど狭い幅を前記キャビティに隣接して有するものである、ファスナー。 - 前記ベースが、前記アンカーを第二の物体の穴に対して固定するために中心伸長部と側方部材とを含む、請求項11に記載のファスナー。

- 前記ラッチが、前記端面の反対側の前記本体の側で前記本体から外側に延びるハンドルを含む、請求項13に記載のファスナー。
- 前記ラッチが、前記端面の反対側の前記本体の側で前記本体から外側に延びるハンドルを含む、請求項11に記載のファスナー。
- 前記第一面と前記第二面との間の距離が、前記端面から遠くなるにしたがって減少する、請求項11に記載のファスナー。
- 前記端面から前記第二面までの湾曲移行部を含む、請求項11に記載のファスナー。
- 前記制限部から前記第二面までの前記キャビティ内の距離が、前記キャビティから前記端面までの前記チャネルの長さよりも大きい、請求項11に記載のファスナー。
- 前記アンカーが第一の物体の面に対面する弾性層を含む、請求項11に記載のファスナー。
