发明内容

该圆筒销子锁的模块化在装配新的门锁或更新现有门锁中提供了相当大的方便性。该模块化还在通过更换内把手改变个人房间的进入等级中提供了很大的灵活性。

具体实施方式
参照图2、3A、3B和4,本发明的圆筒销子门锁10包括一把手组件12、具有外插销16的外壳14、一内插销18和旋转凸轮20以及外部手柄22。把手组件12安装在内插销18上。外壳14和旋转凸轮20具有标准圆筒销子锁的尺寸和形式,并且可以在任意标准门锁中更新。标准门锁由一锁闩锁住,该锁闩在旋转凸轮20的作用下可以滑动进在门框(没有显示出门锁、锁闩和门框)中的凹口。在下面,假设把手组件12位于门的内侧(房间侧),而外插销16和外部手柄22面向外侧(走廊或街道侧)。
两个插销16和18与旋转凸轮20一起可转动地容纳在外壳14中,并且由用来只允许这些插销转动的两个紧固螺栓24保持不动。旋转凸轮20通过径向销25接合以便向内插销18转动。
外插销具有一圆柱形凹槽28以及在该凹槽上的径向狭槽30。C形滑动离合器32容纳在该狭槽30中。在凹槽28中容纳有一柱形压缩弹簧34,用来将滑动离合器32朝着内插销18推压。外部手柄22牢固地安装在外插销上。内插销18具有一径向狭槽38和一轴向通孔40。滑动杆42容纳在轴向孔40,从而邻接着滑动离合器32。
把手组件12包括通过螺钉45固定在内插销18上的中空把手44以及一罩子46。它容纳着电池48、闭锁驱动装置50和电子闭锁装置(EBD)52。把手44具有用于滑动杆42的轴向开口。
闭锁驱动装置50为双稳螺线管。它安装在把手组件12中并且包括具有电磁线圈56的外壳54和形成有圆柱形孔道60的永磁体58。闭锁驱动装置50还包括可以在孔道60中运动并且具有一帽64的衔铁62。帽64邻接着滑动杆42的端部。压缩弹簧66将衔铁62推压离开永磁体58。衔铁62具有两个稳定状态:帽64被推压离开永磁体的打开状态(如图2所示)和帽64靠近永磁体58并且弹簧66压缩的闭合状态(如图3A所示)。
当圆筒销子门锁10处于闭锁状态(参见图2)中时,该闭锁驱动装置50打开,弹簧66推压着帽64,邻接着滑动杆42,并且使离合器32朝着外插销16滑动,克服压缩弹簧34的作用。由此,离合器32完全脱离狭槽38并且完全处于狭槽28中。可以在不影响凸轮20的位置的情况下通过手柄22使外插销16只是自由地转动。因此,该门锁不能锁紧或开锁。
当该圆筒销子门锁10处于开锁状态(参见图3A和3B)中时,闭锁驱动装置50关闭,从而帽64吸附在永磁体58上,从而克服了压缩弹簧66的作用。通过弹簧34的作用将滑动杆42和滑动离合器32朝着内插销18推压。由此,离合器32容纳在狭槽38中,并且外插销16接合以便向内插销18并且因此向凸轮20转动。现在,手柄22的转动也将使凸轮20转动,并且由此将门锁锁紧或开锁。
通过根据来自EBD52的命令促动电磁线圈56来进行在门锁的闭锁和开锁状态之间的过渡。弹簧66和34的相对长度如此选择,从而在没有任何磁力的情况下,伸展弹簧66的力大于压缩弹簧34的力,由此该门锁停留在图2所示的状态中。现在,如果给线圈56通电以产生出与永磁体58的力互补的磁力,则衔铁62将朝着线圈56吸引,从而克服弹簧66的作用。当帽64更靠近永磁体58时,后者能够将闭锁驱动装置保持在关闭状态中并且将门锁打开,而不用来自电磁线圈56的帮助,从而可以将线圈断电。
在闭锁驱动装置的关闭状态中,如果给线圈56通电以产生出与永磁体58的力相对的磁力,则衔铁62和帽64将在弹簧66的作用下推离永磁体58,由此将该门锁切换成闭锁状态。当帽64远离永磁体58时,后者即使在没有电磁线圈56的反作用力的情况下也不能将帽拉回,从而可以将线圈断电。
该电子闭锁装置52包括编码信号接收器例如冲击灵敏麦克风72和具有存储器的可编程控制器。该控制器用来通过将由麦克风接收到的信号解码并且将它与存储在存储器中的锁进入码进行比较。通过外部编码信号发射器例如冲击产生电子钥匙76来完成使用具有EBD52的圆筒销子门锁10的进门控制系统。信号传送介质优选为门锁自身和/或门主体。可以使用由类似的冲击信号传送的特殊代码通过特殊的便携式装置来在EBD存储器中将锁进入码编程和重新编程。
电子钥匙76为手持式可编程数据传送装置。它包括在正面处具有数字键盘90的外壳78以及作为容纳在螺线管线圈90中并且受到弹簧92偏压的衔铁88的一部分的冲击头86。该钥匙76还包括具有存储器的可编程控制器94和电池96。该钥匙76设计成根据存储在存储器中的钥匙进入码产生出冲击头的脉冲状高能冲击编码序列。在包括在这里作为参考的US6411195中描述了将冲击序列编码的方法。
在操作中,用手将钥匙76推到门锁的任意位置或者推向门自身(参见图2)。通过键盘80输入钥匙进入码,并且通过螺线管90和衔铁88将相应的冲击编码序列输送给门的表面。或者可以将钥匙进入码预编程在存储器中或者预先拨好,在该情况中,可以通过按压在键盘80上的单个按钮来引发冲击编码序列。麦克风72拾取由提供给该门的冲击而导致的在门内侧表面处的振动。通过EBD52的控制器将这些振动适当地处理和编码,然后与在EBD52的存储器中编程的锁进入码进行比较。在成功匹配时,EBD52给线圈56通电以如上所述一样将圆筒销子锁开锁。现在,可以手动地转动手柄22以通过外插销16、离合器32、内插销18和凸轮20使门锁的锁闩运动。在预定的时间间隔中,EBD自动地给线圈56通电以使离合器32分离并且由此再次锁住该圆筒销子锁。
具有冲击头的信号发射器可以设计成用于进入码输入的竖立键盘面板并且牢固地安装在门的外表面的任意适当位置处。在图5中显示出一具体实施方案,其中形成为具有键盘102的外部把手100的键盘面板永久地固定在外插销16而不是手柄22上。
具有键盘80的电子锁76可以用作暂时键盘面板和把手。对于这种用途,手柄22和钥匙76可以形成搭扣或固定元件以确保在它们之间的可靠机械连接。
该电子钥匙可以没有形成数字键盘,而只是具有促动按钮。在该情况中可以通过已知方法例如通过磁记录或通过EPROM燃烧方法在钥匙的控制器中将钥匙进入码编程并且重新编程。
在图6中所示的圆筒销子锁的实施方案中显示出这种钥匙的一个示例。电子冲击钥匙105包括钥匙齿107和钥匙把手107,并且只具有可编程控制器、冲击头86和促动按钮108。该圆筒销子锁的外插销110形成有用来容纳钥匙齿106的凹槽112。在该情况中,钥匙齿106和外插销110具有在图1中所示的传统机械圆筒销子锁的结构(现有技术),并且该钥匙105将为用作电子钥匙和机械钥匙的组合钥匙。电子圆筒销子锁的这个设计使得能够通过从里面切换该圆筒销子锁的状态来建立不同的通行等级。例如,在把手组件12中的开关可以使该圆筒销子锁转换成永久的开锁状态,由此可以通过具有适当齿106的机械扁钥匙将该锁打开。
根据当前的需要,代替编码存取把手例如上述具有EBD52的把手组件12,如图7中所示一样,可以将一代用把手114安装在内插销18上。该代用把手如此成形,从而使门锁保持在开锁状态中,并且离合器32接合,而且在其中没有任何电子装置。代用把手114可以具有用来通过推压杆42使离合器32接合或分离的机械开关116。可更换把手的使用能够可操作地改变在建筑中的个人房间的可进入性。
振动信号传输的特性使得该圆筒销子锁能够设计成一模块式结构。所有控制电路、传感器、伺服机构(驱动装置)、电池等都集中在第一模块例如内把手12中。第二模块为具有插销16和18、旋转凸轮20和离合器32的外壳14。第二模块没有任何需要与第一模块连接的电气或电子部分。第三模块为外把手例如外把手100或手柄22。这三个模块可以在不拆卸门锁并且不使在门锁中的信号线或电源线连接和断开的情况下通过简单的螺钉、螺栓或其它部件相互装配在一起。
例如,第二模块(具有插销的外壳)可以安装在门上作为在图7中所示的具有锁眼盖122和124的插锁120。第一模块(内把手)能够操作地加入。这对于瑞士类型的圆筒销子锁(参见图1中的锁2)尤其优选,其中外壳在没有拆卸锁眼盖的情况不能收缩。
还可以通过使用其它无线信号传输手段例如光和无线电波来实施该优选的具有可拆卸无接触把手的模块式结构。图8显示出该圆筒销子锁130的再一个实施方案,它采用在钥匙134中的光发射器132和与EBD52连接的光传感器136。发射器和传感器通过光导部件连接,该光导部件包括在外插销16和手柄22中的通道137、在离合器32中的开口138、管状杆140、在帽64中的开口142以及反射镜144。手柄22形成有用来容纳钥匙134的凹槽148。
在操作中,将钥匙134插入在凹槽148中,从而使光发射器132与通道137对准,并且发出编码光信号。该光信号通过通道137、管状杆140和反射镜144到达传感器136。EBD52如上所述一样将信号解码并且将门锁打开。
虽然已经给出了特定实施方案的说明,但是要想到的是,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下可以作出各种变化。例如,闭锁驱动装置可以包括电机,光导部件可以包括透明的实心体,内把手可以通过燕尾槽元件装配到内插销上,等等。
Claims (29)
1.一种用在安装在具有内外侧面的门中的门锁中的圆筒销子锁,所述圆筒销子锁包括外插销、用来使锁闩在门锁中运动的旋转凸轮以及用来接合以便使外插销向旋转凸轮转动的离合器,所述圆筒销子锁还包括电子闭锁装置(EBD),和用来根据在其中接收到从门外面发出的开锁信号时产生的来自所述EBD的开锁命令,驱动离合器的驱动装置,由此通过外插销的转动能够使锁闩运动,其中
所述圆筒销子锁包括在门的内侧安装在其上的内把手,所述EBD以及所述驱动装置完全容纳在所述内把手内。
2.如权利要求1所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述内把手能够可拆卸地安装在所述圆筒销子锁中,而不必拆除门锁或门或其任意部分。
3.如权利要求1所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述内把手可以通过可以从门的内侧获得的紧固部件沿着没有电触点并且没有任何连接部分的表面安装在圆筒销子锁上,从而防止了在紧固件松开之后内把手与该圆筒销子锁脱开。
4.如权利要求1所述的圆筒销子锁,还包括一内插销,它永久地接合以便向所述旋转凸轮转动,所述内把手可拆卸地安装在所述内插销上。
5.如权利要求1所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述驱动装置为一双稳态螺线管。
6.如权利要求1所述的圆筒销子锁,还具有一杆,它在所述离合器和所述内把手之间轴向延伸并且滑动穿过所述内插销,由此所述驱动装置能够促动所述离合器。
7.如权利要求1所述的圆筒销子锁,其中将所述开锁信号编码,并且所述EBD用来将所述信号解码并且在将开锁信号解码之后产生出所述开锁命令。
8.如权利要求7所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述EBD具有在其中编程的锁进入码,并且适于用来在使所述锁进入码与解码的开锁信号匹配之后产生出所述开锁命令。
9.如权利要求8所述的圆筒销子锁,还包括一信号发射器,适于用来从门的外面发射所述开锁信号。
10.如权利要求9所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述信号发射器适于根据在其中编程的钥匙进入码将所述开锁信号编码。
11.如权利要求10所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述信号发射器为固定在门外面上的具有键盘的电子面板。
12.如权利要求11所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述电子面板固定在所述外插销上并且适用于用作用于使所述锁闩运动的把手。
13.如权利要求10所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述信号发射器是可动电子钥匙。
14.如权利要求13所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述电子钥匙和所述外插销被配置使得能够相互接合以便转动,由此所述电子钥匙可以用作用来使所述锁闩运动的把手。
15.如权利要求14所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述电子钥匙具有钥匙齿,所述钥匙齿和所述外插销如在传统机械圆筒销子锁中一样配置。
16.如权利要求15所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述EBD和所述驱动装置适于用来可恢复地切换到其中离合器被连续驱动的状态,由此使得所述电子钥匙被用作机械钥匙并且允许使用机械钥匙。
17.如权利要求13所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述电子钥匙包括用于将钥匙进入码编程的键盘。
18.如权利要求17所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述电子钥匙适用于固定在外插销上,由此所述电子钥匙可以用作用于使锁闩运动的把手,也可以用作用于将所述钥匙进入码输入进所述EBD的竖立键盘面板。
19.如权利要求9所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述开锁信号为机械振动信号,并且所述信号发射器具有适于将所述振动信号提供给门外面的冲击头。
20.如权利要求19所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述冲击头为电磁类型或压电类型或磁致伸缩类型。
21.如权利要求9所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述开锁信号为光信号,并且所述门锁具有适于将所述光信号从所述信号发射器引导至所述EBD的光导部件。
22.如权利要求21所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述光导部件至少部分为光传输实心体。
23.如权利要求21所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述光导部件至少部分为在所述圆筒销子锁的外面和里面之间延伸的孔。
24.如权利要求21所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述光导部件设置在所述内外插销的轴线处。
25.如权利要求24所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述光导部件至少部分在所述离合器和所述内把手之间设置在轴向延伸穿过所述内插销的管状杆中。
26.如权利要求9至18中任一项所述的圆筒销子锁,其中所述信号发射器用来发射下面开锁信号中的至少一种:
a)机械振动信号;
b)光信号;以及
c)无线电信号,
并且所述EBD包括用于接收所述开锁信号的相应传感器。
27.一种用于与根据权利要求1至25中任一项所述的圆筒销子锁使用的信号发射器,适于从门外面发射所述开锁信号。
28.一种与用于根据权利要求1至10和14至25中任一项所述的圆筒销子锁使用的以可动电子钥匙形式的信号发射器,适于从门外面发射所述开锁信号。
29.一种门锁组件,它包括如权利要求1至25中任一项所述的圆筒销子锁和一代用把手,所述内把手能够可拆卸地安装在所述圆筒销子锁上而无需拆卸所述门锁或所述门或其任意部分,所述代用把手能够可拆卸地安装代替所述内把手,并且如此构成,从而当安装代用把手时,所述离合器可以被连续促动,由此可以使得所述锁闩运动而不用所述开锁命令。
