防水和通气鞋底 
技术领域
本发明涉及改进的防水和通气鞋底。 
背景技术
塑料防水和通气鞋底已经众所周知。 
这些鞋底之一由本申请人披露在意大利专利No.1,282,106中。 
在该情况中,鞋底包括: 
--中底,具有用不渗水但可渗透水蒸汽材料制成的薄膜,并联结用防止水解、耐水、通气和/或穿孔的材料制成的下保护层; 
--踏底,用穿孔弹性体制成,并沿周边密封地联接在中底上。 
在WO 98/51177中由本申请人披露一种防水和通气的鞋底;它包括预先装配的插入件,其中有对于水不可渗透但可对水蒸汽渗透的薄膜,与下保护层联接,该保护层用防止水解、耐水、通气和/或穿孔的材料制成。 
插入件是由模塑或装配在适当位置中并且用包围和密封地连接于薄膜及保护层的元件完成。 
插入件是中底的一部分并且与所述中底一起连接在穿孔塑料制成的踏底上,而踏底模塑或装配在适当的位置上。 
在这两种情况,布置在薄膜下面的保护层意味着保护所述薄膜防止被由于偶然通过小孔的异物刺透。 
保护层正常情况用毛毡制成并且以通气方式(通过热塑性塑料粘合剂,具有例如聚氨酯底面)联结在薄膜上,以便容许蒸汽从鞋内经过设置在踏底上小孔向外面通过。 
虽然以上描述的鞋底已经多年以来在商业上流通并且无异议地宣布能够保证在鞋内小气候和外部小气候之间正确地交换热量和水汽,它们也有缺点,具体包括薄膜由于对踏底不同牵引弹性模数而撕裂,因为薄膜与踏底沿周边装配成为整体。 
薄膜实际上正常用扩张的聚四氟乙烯制成,这是几乎没有弹性的材料,而 踏底从其本质而言并且由于其操作要求必须非常有弹性和柔软。 
相应地,薄膜不能吸收产生聚合物弹性延伸的弯曲应力,弹性体踏底是由聚合物(PVC、TR、聚氨酯、橡胶等)制成,在运动中,在使用中相应地由于其弹性模数被超过而趋向于撕裂,并失去其防水性。 
在薄膜下的保护元件,正常由聚酯毛毡制成,已发现不能仅依靠其本身吸收鞋底变形引起的张力。 
为减少延伸,采用在WO 02/32246A1中披露的结构;该专利描述使用具有高极限抗拉应变和低延伸的复合材料,但是插入所述材料是昂贵的并且也造成皮鞋总体僵硬化。 
还有,薄膜断裂问题没有永久解决,因为用来与毛毡层夹层的聚氨酯粘合剂具有热塑性可逆现象;所述粘合剂的熔点(例如为65℃)实际上低于构成踏底并且必须形成在薄膜上周边密封而注塑在模型中塑料的温度(例如为180℃)。 
高于聚氨酯粘合剂熔点的温度可能在皮鞋正常生产和在皮鞋使用(例如在夏季热停机坪上走路时)时达到。 
由于达到高于熔点的温度,热塑性塑料粘合剂被重新激活而其粘度减少很多(众所周知粘度是温度的函数),使所述粘合剂被毛毡完全吸收。 
这意味着一旦组件冷却,不再有足够粘合剂使薄膜充分联结于毛毡层。 
鞋底在使用中所承受的所有应力因此被传递到薄膜上,由于上面描述的问题而撕裂。 
对于在其它应用中使用的不渗水而可渗透蒸汽的薄膜,在鞋底应用中完全是新问题。 
这样在高温下的性能实际上是不需要的,例如,在生产用来作为鞋帮衬里的叠层织物中,因为在这些情况中,从不达到聚合材料制成的鞋底模塑时的温度范围。 
在这些情况中,实际上最高温度达到100℃。 
发明内容
本发明目的因此是提供一种防水和通气鞋底,它具有能够消除在已知类型中以上指出的缺点的改进结构,已知类型可导致防水和可以渗透蒸汽薄膜的撕裂。 
在该目的范围内,本发明目标之一是在任何情况下不减少鞋底的防水性和通气能力。 
另一目标是提供一种鞋底,对于已知鞋底而言不承担特别的结构复杂化。 
另一目标是提供一种其成本可以与已知类型成本竞争的鞋底。 
今后将变得更加明显的本目的和这些及其它目标是通过一种防水和通气鞋底获得,其结构包括: 
--中底,具有用不渗水但可渗透水蒸汽材料制成的薄膜,并点状联结用防止水解、耐水、通气和/或穿孔的材料制成的下保护层; 
--踏底,用穿孔的弹性体制成,并沿周边密封地联接在中底上; 
所述结构的特征在于所述薄膜通过热反应粘合剂联结所述保护层。

具体实施方式
参照图1,在第一实施例中,防水和通气鞋底具有一种结构,该结构包括中底10,中底10具有用不渗水但可渗透水蒸汽材料制成的薄膜11(正常商业上可供货并且例如用扩张的聚四氟乙烯制成),薄膜11叠层在合成材料制成的支承的纱网12上,并且通过点状粘合剂13与下保护层14联结,下保护层14用防止水解、阻水、通气和/或穿孔材料制成,较佳地为聚酯毛毡。 
该结构还包括弹性体制成的踏底15,带有穿孔16,该踏底模塑或装配在中底10的适当位置上,并且在其周边上密封地联结(见图1中环绕其边缘的边界17)。 
按照本发明,该结构的特征在于所述薄膜11通过热反应粘合剂联结所述保护层14。 
热反应粘合剂为另一技术领域众所周知的,它们实际上用来,例如,在外科手术中生产屏障织物,该织物由两或三层不同材料叠层形成。 
所述织物实际上要求在高压灭菌器中在高温下反复消毒以便重复使用,很 明显在消毒操作达到的高温决不能使构成屏障织物的两层或多层元件分离。 
这些粘合剂,由于高温,产生许多分子间的联结(分子之间),如此形成部分刚性并且在任何情况均为热不可逆的三维空间结构。 
在NCO和OH组群之间发生的联结(化学键)存在于构成所述粘合剂的分子链之中。 
对于本发明目的有用的热反应粘合剂,例如,为由瑞士SCHAETTI AG公司制造的粘合剂,并且以PU SCHAETTI FIX 6050名称销售。 
使用这些热反应粘合剂以点状联结薄膜11和保护层14的实际试验显示其分子联结不容许在粘合剂的高温下由毛毡保护层14熔解和吸收,防止薄膜11的分离并且如此使应力分布在较大截面上(薄膜11加上毛毡层14)。 
所有这些避免薄膜11由于其弹性模数被超过而断裂。 
现在参照图2,在第二实施例中防水和通气鞋底具有一种结构,该结构包括预先组装的插入件110。该插入件对应于以上实施例中的中底10,并且其中有用不渗水但可渗透水蒸汽材料制成的薄膜111(正常商业上可供货并且例如用扩张的聚四氟乙烯制成),薄膜11叠层在合成材料制成的支承的纱网112上,并且通过点状粘合剂113与下保护层114联结,下保护层114用防止水解、阻水、通气和/或穿孔材料制成,较佳地为聚酯毛毡。 
插入件110是由周边元件117完成组装,元件117模塑或装配在适当位置中并且包围和密封地连接于薄膜111(连同纱网112)及保护层114和密封地联结这些元件。 
插入件110联结于用弹性体制成和带通孔116的踏底115,并模塑和装配在适当的位置上。 
在这一情况中,该结构的特征也在于所述薄膜111通过热反应粘合剂113联结在所述保护层114。 
获得所描述的改进的鞋底的方法根据如本发明较佳实施例披露的装配鞋底零件步骤。 
实际上已经发现本发明预期目的和目标已经达到。 
具有改进结构的防水和通气鞋底已经实际完成,它消除已知类型的缺点(导致防水和可渗透蒸汽薄膜的撕裂),而不减少鞋底的防水性和通气性特征。 
此外,制造鞋底不牵涉到相对于传统鞋底的特殊构造复杂化。 
如此构想的发明易于作出许多改型和变化,所有这些均在所附权利要求范 围以内。 
所有细节可以进一步被其他技术上相等元素所代替。 
实际上,尺寸可以按照需要决定。 
本申请要求优先权的意大利专利申请NO.PD2002A000187中披露的内容综合在此作为参考。 

Claims (5)

1.一种防水和通气鞋底,具有包括下列元件的结构:
--中底部件(10、110),具有用不渗水但可渗透水蒸汽材料制成的薄膜(11、111),并点状联结用防止水解、耐水、通气和/或穿孔的材料制成的下保护层(14、114);
--踏底(15、115),用穿孔的弹性体制成,并沿周边密封地联接在部件(10、110)上;
所述结构的特征在于,所述薄膜(11、111)通过热反应粘合剂(13、113)联结所述保护层(14、114)。
2.具有按照权利要求1所述结构的鞋底,其特征为,联合的所述薄膜(11)和所述保护层(14)密封地联结于所述踏底(15),该踏底模塑或装配在所述部件(10)上。
3.具有按照权利要求1所述结构的鞋底,其特征为,所述薄膜(111)和所述保护层(114)是带有预先装配的插入件的中底(110)的部分,插入件包括模塑或装配在其上并且包围所述薄膜(111)和所述保护层(114)、及密封地联结它们的周边元件(117),所述插入件(110)联结于模塑或装配在其上的所述踏底(115)。
4.点状连接薄膜(11、111)和保护层(14、114)的热反应粘合剂的应用,其中,薄膜用不透水和可渗透水蒸汽材料制成,而保护层用防止水解、耐水、通气和/或穿孔的材料制成,以便提供防水和通气鞋底。
