发明领域 
本发明涉及一种防火(flame resistant)混纺织物(union fabric)。明确的说,本发明涉及一种拥有较高防火能力的混纺织物,其由含有锑化合物的含卤素的纤维;以及纤维素纤维和在200℃到400℃的温度下熔化的纤维的股线(compound yarn)组成。 
背景技术
近年来,对于保证安全的食品、衣服和住宅的要求变得越来越强烈,而且防火材料的必要性也在增加。在这种形式下,通过复合(compounding)通用的可燃纤维和具有高度防火性的防火纤维,同时还保留了可燃纱线的特性,提出多种方法来给可燃的纱线提供防火的性能。作为这种复合纤维(compound fiber),例如,在日本专利No.2593985说明书和日本专利No.2593986说明书中都公开了一种在含卤素防火纤维和天然纤维的复合中,通过使用锑化合物作为防火试剂(flame resistant agent)加入到由含卤素的防火纤维中的方法。 
最近,使用通用(general-purpose)纤维素纤维作为经纱和含有锑化合物的含卤素防火纤维作为纬纱的混纺织物经常应用于内部装饰产品中,例如窗帘门帘和椅套,因为纤维素纤维的特性,比如天然感觉、吸湿性和耐热性得到了体现。其中,使用纤维素纤维作为经纱和含有锑化合物的含卤素防火纤维作为纬纱的混纺织物,例如提花织物(jacquard)、小提花织物(dobby)和经缎织物(satin),由于在织物的表面侧(surface side)上分布了很多的纤维素纤维而具有了一些特殊性质。 
但是,在这些混纺织物中,织物中的纤维素纤维和含卤素的防火纤维的不均匀存在,使其很难通过法国NF P92-503燃烧测试中的最高防火等级M1,其要求一种非常高等级的防火性能。 
仅在国际公开No.01/32968小册子(pamphlet)中提供了进一步使用这种技术的方法,其中一种混纺织物使用纤维素纤维作为经纱,含有锑化合物并加入了锡酸锌化合物进行结合的含卤素的纤维作为纬纱,该织物具有非常高的防火等级,可以通过NF P92-503燃烧测试中的最高防火等级M1。 
但是,由于锡酸锌化合物比锑化合物的成本更高,所以这种纤维的费用比普通纤维独立地将锑化合物加入到含卤素的纤维要高,这就造成了混纺织物更高的成本。 
因此,在包括仅加入锑化合物的含卤素的纤维和通用纤维(比如纤维素纤维)的混纺织物中,一直在期待开发出显示高防火性并被划分为NFP92-503燃烧测试中的最高防火等级M1的混纺织物,并且无需结合使用锡酸锌化合物等。 
本发明的目的在于在混纺织物包括含卤素的防火纤维和纤维素纤维时,提供一种具有高度防火性的织物,并且被分类为NF P92-503燃烧测试中的防火等级M1。 
发明概述 
本发明人针对由改良丙烯酸防火纤维(modacrylic flame resistant fiber)作为含卤素防火纤维和纤维素纤维组成的混纺织物进行了反复地研究。结果,发现在混纺织物,例如提花织物、小提花织物和经缎织物中,使用含有锑化合物的改良丙烯酸纤维、规定量的纤维素纤维和熔化纤维(melting fiber)的股线可以体现出较强的防火性能。 
即,本发明涉及一种防火混纺织物,其通过共同编织(co-weaving)(A)和(B)获得,其中(A)30重量%~70重量%(以下将重量%仅简单缩写为%)的纤维纱线(fiberyarn),其具有作为主要成分的含卤素的防火纤维,该含卤素的防火纤维是在100重量份(以下仅简单地缩写为份)丙烯酸基共聚物中包含25份~50份的锑化合物,该共聚物由30%~70%的丙烯腈、30%~70%的含卤素的乙烯基单体、0%~10%的与它们可共聚的乙烯基单体组成;和(B)70%~30%的股线,由纤维素纤维(b-1)和在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)组成。

在单体混合物中,百分比小于下限的丙烯腈或者百分比大于上限的含卤素乙烯基单体都不能显示足够的耐热性,同样百分比大于上限的丙烯腈单元或者百分比小于下限的含卤素乙烯基单体显示出不足的防火性能。在单体混合物中,百分比大于上限的可共聚的乙烯基单体不能全部表现出防火性能和触感(touch),这些是含卤素防火纤维的特性。 
任何含卤素的乙烯基单体都可以使用,只要含卤素的乙烯基单体为一种包含卤素原子的乙烯基单体,卤素原子优选为溴原子或者氯原子。作为含卤素的乙烯基单体的实例可提及的有氯乙烯、1,2-二氯乙烯、溴乙烯等等。 这些可以单独使用或者两种或多种结合使用。

作为通过聚合包括丙烯腈、含卤素的单体和可与它们共聚的单体的单体混合物制备丙烯酸基共聚物的方法,任何方法,例如通常的乙烯基聚合方法,淤浆聚合法、乳液聚合法、溶液聚合法等等,都是适用的,并且没有什么特殊的限制。 
作为锑化合物的优选实例,可提及例如无机锑化合物,如三氧化锑、五氧化锑、锑酸和三氯氧化锑(antimony oxychloride)。这些可以单独使用或者两种或多种结合使用。 
100份丙烯酸基共聚物中的锑化合物的含量为不小于25份,优选为不小于30份(下限),并且含量不大于50份(上限)。锑化合物的含量小于下限不能充分地确保复合的防火混纺织物的防火性。另一方面,锑化合物的含量大于上限会降低含卤素防火纤维的物理性能,例如强度和伸长,从而在操作的过程中造成喷嘴堵塞。 
作为在丙烯酸基共聚物中添加作为防火试剂的锑化合物来得到组合物(含卤素的防火纤维)的方法,可被提及的是:在能够溶解共聚物的溶剂中溶解丙烯酸基共聚物,然后在得到的溶液中混合和分散防火试剂来制造纤维的方法;将从丙烯酸基共聚物中得到的纤维浸入包含防火试剂的水性粘合剂溶液中,然后挤压、干燥,并且使用后期处理技术等来热处理来浸渍防火试剂的方法。得到含卤素的防火纤维的方法并不局限于此,也可以使用其它的公知方法。 
虽然纤维纱线(A)最好仅从含卤素的防火纤维制得,但也可以包括包括含卤素的防火纤维作为主要的成分的其它的纤维。这里的“主要成分”是指其成分的含量至少为80%。 
股线(B)由纤维素纤维(b-1)和在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)组成。 
包含在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)的股线(B)优于不包含 纤维(b-2)的纱线,因为熔化纤维(b-2)会覆盖含卤素的防火纤维来改善织物的耐热性能和防火性能,并且在织物燃烧测试中可控制与加热器火焰接触的发热量(calorific power)。 
纤维的混和优选为100份的总量,以使股线(B)中纤维素纤维(b-1)的含量为95~75份,优选为90~80份,在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)的含量为5份~25份,优选为10份~20份。纤维素纤维(b-1)的含量小于75份会显示出降低防火性能的趋势。 
纤维素纤维(b-1)的含量大于95份会导致显示出防火性能降低同时伴随着股线(B)的耐热性降低的趋势。虽然纤维素纤维(b-1)没有特别限制,考虑到充分显示自然的触感,优选至少一种选自棉花、麻、人造丝、波里诺西克、铜氨纤维、醋酯纤维和三醋酯纤维的纤维。考虑到更多的优点,比如耐洗性、染色亲和力和低成本,棉花为其中最优选的。 
虽然只要具有在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的特征,对在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)没有特别限定,可以列举聚酰胺纤维,例如尼龙-6和尼龙-6,6、聚烯丙基酯纤维(polyallylate fiber)。其中,从给织物提供的耐热性和耐服用性、抗磨损性上来说,聚酰胺纤维是特别优选的。 
作为熔化纤维,熔化温度为200℃~300℃的纤维是较优选的。低于200℃的温度下就熔化的纤维在熔化纤维接触到加热器火焰时不能抑制发热量,在温度超过400℃熔化的纤维包裹含卤素防火纤维以前,燃烧就会开始,结果就是得不到期望的耐热性能改善得织物。 
混和纤维素纤维(b-1)和在200℃~400℃温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)的方法没有什么特别的限制,可以提及的有混合、加捻(twisting)等方法。 
本发明的防火混纺织物是通过将纤维纱线(A)或者股线(B)作为经纱和另一种纱线作为纬纱共同编织制得的。混纺织物本身是一种在设计非常典型的外观方面优异的织物,而且特别是在防火纤维和普通的非防火纤维共同编织中,一些特定的编织方法使具有极好的触感或者吸湿性能的非防火纤维大量沉积在织物表面,使得能够提高织物的经济价值。然而,表面分布了许多非防火纤维的织物和平织物(plain fabric)相比通常防火性能降低。本发明的通过混和纺织纤维纱线(A)和股线(B)得到的混纺织物,使用复合纤维素纤维(b-1)和在200℃~400℃熔化的纤维(b-2)得到的股线(B)作为不防火纤维,由此在在混纺织物中保持M1等级的高度防火性能的同时,使织物的 表面沉积大量的棉花(b-1)或者尼龙(b-2)。结果是可以得到一种有极好触感、极好吸湿性能和优异设计性能(design property)的织物,而且进一步最大地体现出纤维纱线(A)的防火特性和股线(B)的触感。 
在防火混纺织物中,股线(B)的百分比为不小于30%,优选为不小于40%(下限),并且不大于70%,优选为不大于60%(上限)。另一方面,纤维纱线(A)在防火混纺织物中的百分比为不小于30%,优选为不小于40%(下限),并且不大于70%,优选为不大于60%(上限)。 
当然,纤维纱线(A)和股线(B)的总和应该调整为100%。 
在防火混纺织物中股线(B)的百分比小于下限就不能提供足够的防火性能,另一方面,如果百分比超过上限就不能全部显示出作为防火纱线的纤维纱线(A)的特性。 
NF P 92-503燃烧测试中,本发明的防火纤维混纺织物表现出等级M1的高防火性能的原因还不能确定,但是举例来说,可能是下列理由。 
(1)通过在200℃~400℃熔化的纤维(b-2)和纤维素纤维(b-1)的复合,熔化纤维(b-2)在织物的燃烧测试中覆盖住含卤素的防火纤维,结果织物的耐热性得到改善,导致了织物的防火性能的最终改善。 
(2)特别的,混合进纤维素纤维(b-1)中的具有高分解温度的熔化纤维(b-2)(聚酰胺纤维,例如尼龙-6、尼龙-6,6)在接触到加热器的火焰时抑制发热量。 
实施例 
(防火性测试) 
对混纺织物防火性能的评估是根据法国NF P 92-503方法进行的。法国NF P 92-503燃烧测试方法将概述如下。待检测的织物水平倾斜30度放置,将500瓦的电加热器靠近织物,在加热器加热开始后的20秒钟、45秒钟、75秒钟、105秒钟、135秒钟和165秒钟中的每个时刻,接触燃烧器火焰5秒。防火性能通过火焰保持燃烧(remain burning)的秒数和碳化的距离来判断。这种测试是一项非常严格的燃烧测试,其中与燃烧器火焰的接触是和用电加热器加热同时进行的。 
混纺织物的燃烧是在四个方向进行的:经线表面侧、经线背面侧(reverseside)、纬线表面侧和纬线背面侧。防火性能的判断是通过参照下述NF P 92-503标准来执行的。 
接受的标准 
M1:所有四个方向的火焰留存期(flame-remaining periods)不超过5秒。 
M2:在四个方向的检测中,至少一片(one sheet)的火焰留存期超过5秒,并且碳化的平均距离为不大于35cm。 
M3:在四个方向的检测中,至少一片的火焰留存期超过5秒,并且碳化的平均距离为不大于60cm。 
制造实施例1(含卤素的防火纤维的制造) 
丙烯腈52份、1,1-二氯乙烯46.8份、和苯乙烯磺酸钠1.2份共聚得到丙烯酸基共聚物。将得到的丙烯酸基共聚物溶解于丙酮中得到浓度为30%的溶液。在100份得到的共聚物中加入50份的三氧化锑来制备纺丝溶液。通过孔径0.07mm并拥有33000个洞的喷嘴,将制得的纺丝溶液在25℃下挤入浓度为38%的丙酮水溶液中,在使用水洗涤后得到的长丝在120℃的温度下干燥8分钟。然后得到的长丝在150℃下拉伸三倍,并且随后在175℃下进行30秒的热处理,得到纤维尺寸为3dtex的含卤素的防火纤维。用于纺丝的整理油(finishing oil)(由TAKEMOTO OIL & FAT CO.,LTD.制造)给予得到的含卤素防火纤维,变形(textured)来形成绉纹织物,并随后切割成38mm的长度。结果,制备了公制支数(metric count)为No.10的细纱(spunyarn)。 
对比制造实施例1(含卤素防火纤维的制备) 
除在100份的丙烯酸基共聚物中加入20份的三氧化锑来制备纺丝溶液以外,重复制造实施例1中的相似方法,制备含卤素防火纤维,随后得到公制支数为No.10的细纱。 
实施例1(混纺织物的制备) 
80份棉和20份尼龙-6,6(熔点为260℃)混合为总量100份。使用这种原料得到公制支数为No.26的细纱。这种细纱作为经纱使用(经线百分比55%),密度为130单位(units)/2.54cm(1英寸),并且由制造实施例1中制造的含卤素防火纤维构成的细纱作为纬线(纬线百分比45%),密度为45单位/2.54cm(1英寸),将其纺织成为具有5综(harness)缎纹组织(satin weave)的混纺织物。 
对比实施例1(混纺织物的制备) 
除了使用由对比制造实施例1制造的含卤素防火纤维构成的细纱作为纬线以外,重复和实施例1中相似的方法来制备具有5综缎纹组织的混纺织物。 
对比实施例2(混纺织物的制备) 
使用100份的棉花的公制支数为No.26的细纱作为经纱使用(经线百分比为55%),密度为130单位/2.54cm(1英寸),并且使用由制造实施例1中制造的含卤素防火纤维组成的细纱作为纬线(纬线百分比为45%),密度为45单位/2.54cm(1英寸),纺织得到有5综缎纹组织的混纺织物。 
对得到的混纺织物进行了防火性能的评估。表1显示了结果

表1清晰的显示出由细纱(A)和股线(B)组成的混纺织物的燃烧试验结果表现出了等级M1的高防火性能,细纱(A)由含卤素防火纤维组成,该防火纤维包括作为防火试剂的规定量的三氧化锑,股线(B)包含纤维素纤维和在200℃~400℃熔化的纤维。 
在含卤素的防火纤维中只有低含量的三氧化锑的对比实施例1显示出比实施例1中得到的混纺织物差的防火性能,显示为等级M2。 
不含在200℃~400℃熔化的纤维的对比实施例2显示出比实施例1中得到的混纺织物差的防火性能,显示为等级M2。 
如上所述,明显看到通过共同编织纤维纱线(A)和股线(B),可以获得防火性能达到等级M1的织物,纤维纱线(A)由包含三氧化锑的含卤素防火纤维组成,股线(B)由纤维素纤维和在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维组成。 
工业实用性 
由于本发明的防火混纺织物为一种拥有可以通过法国NF P 92-503燃烧测试的防火等级M1的高防火性混纺织物,所以它也可以在混纺织物,例如提花织物、小提花织物和经缎织物中产生高防火性。 

Claims (6)

1.一种防火混纺织物,其通过共同编织A和B而获得,其中
A:30重量%~70重量%的纤维纱线,其具有作为主要成分的含卤素的防火纤维,该含卤素的防火纤维是在100重量份丙烯酸基共聚物中包含25重量份~50重量份的锑化合物,该共聚物由30重量%~70重量%的丙烯腈、30重量%~70重量%的含卤素的乙烯基单体、0重量%~10重量%的与它们可共聚的乙烯基单体组成;和
B:70重量%~30重量%的股线,由纤维素纤维(b-1)和在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)组成,
其中,所述股线B中,纤维素纤维(b-1)的含量为95~75重量份,在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)的含量为5~25重量份。
2.根据权利要求1的防火混纺织物,其中纤维素纤维(b-1)为至少一种选自棉花、麻、人造纤维、波里诺西克、铜氨纤维、醋酯纤维和三醋酯纤维中的纤维。
3.根据权利要求1或2的防火混纺织物,其中所述在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)是选自聚酰胺纤维和聚烯丙基酯纤维之中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2的防火混纺织物,其中所述股线B中,纤维素纤维(b-1)的含量为90~80重量份,在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)的含量为10~20重量份。
5.根据权利要求1或2的防火混纺织物,其中所述纤维素纤维(b-1)和所述在200℃~400℃的温度下熔化的纤维(b-2)的复合方法是选自混合和加捻方法之中的至少一种方法。
6.根据权利要求1的防火混纺织物,其中所述熔化的纤维(b-2)是在200℃~300℃的温度下熔化的纤维。
