Abstract

一种瓶型容器,属捏夹式瓶型容器,其在容器本体躯干部的各侧壁区域上分别形成凹部,并且以含有容器本体躯干部的背面区域的凹部间的全部区域作为柄部。在背面区域上设有减压吸收面板,此减压吸收面板的上端配置于与柄部的上端大致相同高度的位置上,而且沿着形成柄部的凹部的边缘设置落差。

捏夹式瓶型容器
技术领域
本发明是关于一种在容器本体的躯干部上区分出凹陷部,并以此所形成的部分作为柄部以把持容器;亦即所谓的捏夹式(pinch griptype)瓶型容器,而且可以有效地避免随着容器的重量轻化(薄壁化)而造成的强度的降低。
背景技术
以宝特瓶(pet bottle)为代表的合成树脂制的容器,由于在重量轻的情形下容易处理、在确保透明性的情形下所呈现的外观不会比玻璃制的容器逊色、成本低廉等的理由,近年来大多用以作为充填食品、饮料、化妆品或药剂等的容器。
可是,合成树脂制的容器对外力的强度比较小。例如,当把持容器的躯干部而将其内容物倒出时,把持部分发生变形是无法避免。
通常,在此种容器中,为了改善对外力的容器抵抗(刚性或抗弯强度(buckling strength)等),而对容器的壁厚进行适当的变更,并且在躯干部形成纵肋、横肋或腰部(围绕着躯干部的圆周方向沟渠)等。
然而,近年来,从资源有效利用以及垃圾减量等的观点来看,使用于每一个容器的树脂量应加以减少,以使容器厚度变薄(轻量化)。为了处理此期望,使容器的强度更加地降低是不可避免。
特别是,对装入酒、酱油、油、蒸馏酒、威士忌等的容器而言,近年来常使用2.7升以上且为捏夹式的大型容器。若将此种瓶作为重量轻化对象时,则当把持柄部时,包含此柄部的容器本体的躯干部的变形不可避免。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新式的捏夹式瓶型容器,以使重量轻化后的薄壁容器可以保持其刚开始的形状。
本发明提出一种捏夹式瓶型容器,是在容器本体躯干部的各侧壁区域上分别形成凹部,且以含有容器本体躯干部的背面区域的凹部间的全部区域作为柄部。此捏夹式瓶型容器的特征是在背面区域上设有减压吸收面板。此减压吸收面板的上端配置于与柄部的上端大致相同高度的位置上,而且沿着形成柄部的凹部的边缘设置落差。
本发明的捏夹式瓶型容器更包括一横肋,其设置在背面区域上的减压吸收面板的上端与容器本体躯干部之间的边界上。此横肋具有朝容器内侧突出的沟渠。
再者,本发明的捏夹式瓶型容器更包括减压吸收面板,设置在连接于容器本体躯干部的肩部上。

具体实施方式
在图1至图3中,标号1表示在容器本体躯干部的侧壁区域上所形成的相互对向的凹部。标号2表示减压吸收面板,其设于凹部1的相互间的背面区域,用以防止随着容器内的减压而发生的形状变形。柄部G包含减压吸收面板2,并且形成在从一侧凹部1至另一侧凹部1的全部区域内。此种柄部G被称为“捏夹”部。
再者,标号3表示横肋,其具有沟渠M。此沟渠M位于减压吸收面板2的上端与容器本体躯干部之间的边界上且往容器内侧突出。标号4表示沿着用以形成柄部G的凹部1的边缘设置的落差。标号5表示设于容器本体肩部的减压吸收面板。
上述图1至图3所示的瓶型容器,广泛做为充填容量为2.7升类型的容器。当形成此种容器时,一般系使用101克左右的树脂。然而,为使此容器重量轻化,若将使用树脂量减少至约85克左右,特别是柄部G的强度会明显地降低,而使在把持容器时,柄部G会产生较大的变形。再者,容器前面也会由于柄部G的变形而产生歪曲。
可是,柄部G的上端GUE与减压吸收面板2的上端2UE配置于几乎是相同高度的位置上(请参照图3),而且通过具有沟渠M的横肋3的设置,可在提高夹钳性的同时,提高此部位的刚性,而使握住柄部G时所产生的变形降至极小。此外,当减压吸收面板2上部的躯干部区域为狭窄而且可确保某种程度刚性的形状时,也可以省略横肋3。
再者,沿着凹部1的边缘而设的落差4(请参照图4C至图4F)可发挥提高凹部1与容器本体躯干部间的边界刚性的功能。借此,黏贴未图标的卷标等的容器本体躯干部前面的变形是可以被抑制。亦即,无论是否有握住柄部,容器前面可以常保持张开状态。
另外,在本发明中,图式是在容器的肩部设有减压吸收面板5的情形。在此情形下,可补足减压吸收面板2,以确保足够的减压吸收量,可更有效地抑制躯干部的变形。
本发明的容器可以通过双轴延伸吹炼成形法,使诸如聚乙烯对苯二酸脂(polyethylene terephthalate)等的热塑性树脂成形而得,然本发明并不以此成形法为限。
由上述所揭露的内容可知,本发明可在为使容器重量轻化而使用较少树脂量形成薄壁的情形下,确保容器强度,特别是柄部刚性,并稳定地维持容器的刚开始的形状。

Claims (3)

1.一种捏夹式瓶型容器,在一容器本体躯干部的各侧壁区域上分别形成一凹部(1),并且以含有该容器本体躯干部的一背面区域的该些凹部(1)间的全部区域作为该捏夹式瓶型容器的一柄部(G),其特征在于,
在该背面区域上设有一减压吸收面板(2),该减压吸收面板(2)的上端(2UE)配置于与该柄部(G)的上端(GUE)大致相同高度的位置上,而且沿着形成该柄部(G)的该些凹部(1)的边缘设置一落差(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的捏夹式瓶型容器,其特征在于,更包括一横肋(3),其设置在该背面区域上的该减压吸收面板(2)的上端(2UE)与该容器本体躯干部之间的边界上,该横肋(3)具有朝容器内侧突出的沟渠(M)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的捏夹式瓶型容器,其特征在于,更包括一减压吸收面板(5),其设置在连接于该容器本体躯干部的肩部上。
