Abstract

WO-A-01/02052介绍了一种包括有整体织造出的电极的针织衣服,电极适当地定位成使得当衣服被穿上时,电极贴靠在使用者的皮肤上,以检测与使用者的心跳有关的电信号。由于电极需要与使用者的皮肤保持接触,因此衣服本身需要是紧身的。然而出于一种或多种原因,并不总希望衣服是紧身的。非常紧身的衣服可能不太舒适,这是因为其具有约束性,或者因为它们会导致皮肤的被覆盖区域更容易出汗。约束性的衣服对于体育活动来说可能不太有利。此外,衣服相对宽松而非紧身可能只是一项优选的选择,尤其在这些衣服传统上是宽松的时。
根据本发明的第一方面,其提供了一种装有传感器载带的衣服,传感器载带用于使一个或多个传感器与穿戴者的身体保持接触,所述衣服装有一个或多个从衣服中延伸出来并与传感器载带相连的连接部分。这样就可以提供一种带有内部传感器载带的衣服,其中载带的尺寸比外部衣服尺寸更小,从而使内部传感器载带以与紧配合的方式与穿戴者的皮肤保持一致,同时衣服的其余部分仍保持相对宽松的配合。实际上,从衣服的外观来看并不容易看出存在有相对紧密安装的器件。采用T恤形式的衣服为例,当从其上方看去时其保持展开状态,形成大致圆柱形的形状,传感器载带的直径比T恤中用于与人体躯干相配以外的其它部分的直径更小。
传感器载带可装有一个或多个电极。在这种情况下,该电极或每个电极可以与传感器载带形成一体。该电极或每个电极可具有针织结构。传感器载带优选包括可弹性伸展的材料,其允许载带可伸展或收缩,以便与穿戴者的身体保持一致。连接部分优选具有非常高的机械柔性,以允许传感器载带与使用者的身体保持一致,同时在传感器载带和衣服的其余部分之间保持最小的运动干扰。

根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种用于制作衣服的方法,该衣服具有根据本发明第一方面所述衣服的技术特征。
根据本发明的第三方面,提供了一种生产具有针织结构的衣服的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
进行第一针织阶段,以生产出第一衣服部分;
进行第二针织阶段,以生产出第一网状部分,该部分在第一边界处与第一部分连续相接;
进行第三针织阶段,以生产出传感器载带部分,该部分在第二边界处与第一网状部分连续相接,传感器载带适于使一个或多个传感器与穿戴者的身体保持接触;

作为选择,本方法还可包括将第一边界与第四边界相连的步骤。在这种情况下,该相连步骤可选择地在进行第五针织阶段开始时通过针织工艺来实现。
根据本发明的第四方面,提供了一种生产具有针织结构的衣服的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
进行第一针织阶段,以生产出第一衣服部分;
进行第二针织阶段,以生产出第一网状部分,该部分在第一边界处与第一衣服部分连续相接;和
进行第三针织阶段,以生产出第二衣服部分,该部分在第二边界处与第一网状部分连续相接。
作为选择,本方法还可包括将第一边界与第二边界相连的步骤。
在这种情况下,该相连步骤可选择地在进行第三针织阶段开始时通过针织工艺来实现。
根据本发明第四方面的方法还包括为所述第一网状部分提供连接装置的步骤,该连接装置适于与传感器载带相连,载带可使一个或多个传感器与穿戴者的身体保持接触。因此,根据第四方面的方法,可以与生产衣服的方法独立地来生产和提供传感器载带。
在本发明的各种方法中,至少有一个针织阶段可选择地采用圆筒型针织技术。

参见图1,采用圆筒型针织技术来生产针织部件10,当展开并从图1中的方向T看去时,该部件10为大致但非绝对的管状或圆柱形状。圆筒型针织技术有时候也称为无缝针织技术。虽然其结构被描述成大致管形,然而通过选择性地使用不同的缝合结构和/或引入可弹性伸展的纱线(例如弹性纤维纱(elastaine)),就可以根据不同区域处的需要而改变该结构的直径。可以控制针织样式以生产出开口,其例如可用于提供袖口或颈口。

第一边界12与第四边界18相连。这可通过缝纫来实现。或者,这可在生产部件10时作为针织工艺的一部分来实现。在这种情况下,针织机将在第一边界的附近处保持有一组与部件10相接合的针,一旦已经完成第四针织阶段而开始第五针织阶段时,机器将返回到第一边界的附近,利用针织工艺将部件在第一和第四边界处连接起来。
图3显示了T恤形式的完整衣服30,以及通过缝纫等而与之相连的额外增加的衣袖部分31。传感器载带15具有比第一衣服部分11和第二衣服部分19更小的直径,传感器载带通过柔性的网状部分13,17而被悬置。当以适合于穿戴者的尺寸而生产出这种衣服时,T恤的衣服部分11,19将具有对使用者来说相对宽松和舒适的配合,而传感器载带部分15伸展开以形成围绕着身体躯干的一致配合,并使传感器电极20与皮肤保持接触。这种传感器电极可检测与使用者心跳有关的电信号。这些信号可以沿着导电轨迹21而与容纳在插孔22内的电子装置进行通讯。
这样就提供了一种能使传感器电极保持在身体上的衣服,同时还提供了一种通常具有相对宽松的配合的衣服,从而有助于使用者感到舒适。
虽然通过T恤来显示了本发明,然而本领域的技术人员也可以清楚其它的设置,例如提供其它形式的本发明的衣服,例如带有传感器载带的裤子。虽然传感器载带被描述成设有电极,然而传感器载带也可容纳其它元件,作为所述电极的附加或者替代。这些其它元件包括其它的感应电极、伸展/膨胀型传感器、温度传感器、排汗传感器,或者其它用于在穿戴者身上或对其周边环境进行测量的传感器。此外,虽然所述衣服设有传感器载带,然而本领域的技术人员可以理解,传感器载带可以容纳有不以传感器(输入装置)的形式而以输出装置的形式来工作的元件,例如用于对穿戴者施加电势的电极。这样,具有本文所述的一般机械功能但包括有输入和输出装置或只包括输出装置的传感器载带仍然应被视为属于本权利要求范围内的传感器载带,因此,可以生产出具有这种传感器载带的衣服,其属于本发明的范围内。
所述实施例具有永久固定住的传感器载带。然而,可以单独地制造并生产传感器载带,使其可以互换。然而,在某些设计中可以使传感器载带能可拆开地连接在衣服上。这将允许把具有不同功能的传感器载带引入到衣服中。或者,可以将传感器载带拆下来以进行清洁,如冲洗。此外,在传感器载带的寿命比衣服其余部分的寿命更短的情况下,可用新的传感器载带来替换旧的传感器载带,从而延长了衣服的整体寿命。在这种设置中,需要提供一些装置来将传感器载带可拆开地连接到衣服的其余部分上,如本领域的技术人员所理解的那样,这种装置包括任何合适的固定装置,例如VelcroTM、揿扣和拉链等。为了实现这种设置,需要进行轻微的改动;例如,将第一和第二网状部分相连,以形成一个没有中间传感器载带的网状部分,并且使这一网状部分设有用于连接传感器载带的固定装置。在另一设置中,网状部分与传感器载带永久相连,这样,在更换传感器载带时也要更换网状部分。在这种情况下,网状部分设有固定装置,以便将网状部分与衣服的其余部分如第一衣服部分11和第二衣服部分19可拆开地相连。然而在后一种设置中,理论上可用一个衣服部分来代替第一衣服部分11和第二衣服部分19。衣服的其余部分具有固定装置,其可与网状部分的固定装置协同操作。

Claims (15)
1.一种衣服(30),其装有用于使一个或多个传感器(20)与穿戴者皮肤保持接触的传感器载带(15),所述衣服装有一个或多个从所述衣服中延伸出来并与所述传感器载带(15)相连的连接部分(13,17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述传感器载带(15)设有一个或多个电极(20)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述电极或各电极(20)与所述传感器载带(15)形成一体。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述电极或各电极为针织结构。
5.根据权利要求1到4中任一项所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述传感器载带(15)包括可弹性伸展的材料,其可使所述载带伸展或收缩,以与穿戴者的身体保持一致。
6.根据权利要求1到5中任一项或多项所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述连接部分(13,17)由机械屈服性非常好的材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1到6中任一项所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述衣服为针织结构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述衣服和连接部分形成为普通的整体部件(10)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述衣服、连接部分和传感器载带形成为普通的整体部件(10)。
10.根据权利要求1到9中任一项或多项所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述衣服采用圆筒型针织技术来制成。
11.一种传感器载带,其具有根据权利要求1到10中任一项或多项所述的传感器载带的技术特征。
12.一种用于制作具有根据权利要求1-10中任一项或多项所述的技术特征的衣服的方法。
13.一种用于提供具有针织结构的衣服的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
进行第一针织阶段,以生产出第一衣服部分(11);
进行第二针织阶段,以生产出第一网状部分(13),所述网状部分在第一边界(12)处与所述第一部分连续相接;
进行第三针织阶段,以生产出传感器载带部分(15),所述传感器载带部分在第二边界(14)处与所述第一网状部分(13)连续相接,所述传感器载带适于使一个或多个传感器(20)与穿戴者的身体保持接触;
进行第四针织阶段,以生产出第二网状部分(17),所述第二网状部分在第三边界(16)处与所述传感器载带连续相接;和
进行第五针织阶段,以生产出第二衣服部分(19),所述第二部分在第四边界处(18)与所述第二网状部分(17)连续相接。
14.一种用于提供具有针织结构的衣服的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
进行第一针织阶段,以生产出第一衣服部分;
进行第二针织阶段,以生产出第一网状部分,所述网状部分在第一边界处与所述第一衣服部分连续相接;和
进行第三针织阶段,以生产出第二衣服部分,所述第二衣服部分在第二边界处与所述第一网状部分连续相接。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括为所述第一网状部分提供连接装置,所述连接装置适于与传感器载带相连,所述传感器载带能够使一个或多个传感器与穿戴者的身体保持接触。
