Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种护套,用于包裹并保护诸如导线束等细长基质,并当这些基质用于强振环境中时,降低来自它们的振动噪音。
背景技术
长条基质,例如导线束、类似制动线和燃料管线等的液体管道以及光纤束,常用于汽车、航空和航海等遭受周围剧裂振动的环境中。在汽车应用中,导线束尤其是产生不希望的恶性“振动噪音”的来源,这是因为它们易于响应由于引擎工作或汽车经过不平整的路面造成的车身的振动而共振。导线束一般都穿过汽车座舱,并在此从引擎舱将电流和控制信号分配至仪表盘,内灯、无线电、扬声器、电动窗、电门锁、车窗除雾器以及后备箱(trunk)上以向尾灯和有可能装在燃料箱中的燃料泵供电。尽管该导线束是断续地与汽车车身相连,但连接点之间的线束段会以人耳听觉范围内的低频振动而不时与车身共振和发出咔嗒声,这既使车主烦恼也是一个亟待解决的问题。除了噪音烦恼,导线束的振动还会引起导线、焊接头或机械连接件的疲劳损坏,导致电动故障,例如可能导致汽车失火的短路。由于振动和诸如燃料线或制动线等其它长条基质的疲劳而致的故障,还存在潜在的灾难。显然,需要一种装置,有助于对长条基质减振并由此降低这些基质的共振和综合振动噪音以及相关的疲劳故障。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种适于容纳并保护长条基质的减振护套。该护套包括一层柔韧的、弹性的、长筒形支撑层,该层环绕并限定一个适于容纳所述基质的内部空腔。该支撑层具有一对相邻定位的边缘,沿该支撑层长度方向延伸,所述边缘在支撑层中确定了一条通向内部空腔的接缝。一层减振层沿着所述边缘与支撑层相连接并基本覆盖在支撑层的外表面上。所述减振层由能量吸收材料构成,最好是无纺纤维毡。
所述减振毡层径向向内延伸至接缝中以基本覆盖一个边缘。另一个边缘具有若干从此边缘伸出的钩。所述钩可移动与毡层相啮合而将两边缘以钩-圈连接件的方式相互固接,由此闭合接缝,该接缝可以用手通过将钩与毡层分开而打开。
本发明的目的是提供一种用来保护长条基质的护套。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种减振护套。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种易于重复利用的护套。
本发明的上述以及其它发明目的和优点将通过下面结合附图和实施例的描述而变得更明显。

具体实施方式
图1所示为按照本发明的减振护套10。该护套10包括一个由弹性的、柔韧的聚合物材料,如聚酯、聚丙烯或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚体)构成的长筒形支撑层12。所述支撑层12具有环绕该层延伸的槽纹14。该槽纹的径向刚度防止所述支撑层凹塌,但允许其有较大的弯曲挠度,从而使该支撑层12沿包绕基质的路径按需要弯折而穿过例如汽车的底盘和车身。
如图2所示,支撑层12包围并限定了一个内部空腔16以适于容纳受保护的长条基质18,如导线束等。所述支撑层12具有一对边缘20和22,它们面对面沿着护套的长度方向延伸而在支撑层中限定了一个长形接缝24。该接缝24提供了进入内部空腔16的通道,使得可用手将所述基质18放入空腔中,并在其中移动、修理、连接及其它维护。
减振层26基本上覆盖在所述支撑层12的外表面28上。减振层26由一种能量吸收材料形成,该材料可以是由一种例如聚酯、聚丙烯或ABS纤维制成的聚合物毡。减振层26沿着边缘20和22连接在支撑层12上,最好通过熔融而将减振层连接在支撑层上。超声焊接是熔融该层的优选方法,超声焊接的焊缝30如图所示分别相邻于两个边缘20和22,并沿该护套10的长度方向延伸,从而将支撑层12和减振层26相互固接在一起。为了提供有效地超声焊缝30,减振层和支撑层最好由相同的材料制成,这样保证了两者熔接的配伍性。两层使用相同材料也使该护套在其使用寿命终结时容易回收。将两层熔接在一起,易于回收,是因为省去了其它的连接件,例如粘接剂或机械紧固件等。如果使用这些别的连接件,则会在护套中引入其它材料,这会使护套的回收复杂化。
减振层26可以如图4至图6所示,紧紧地环绕在支撑层12周围,或如图1-3所示,减振层26可以具有一个比支撑层12的圆周表面34大的圆周面32。较大的圆周面32将使减振层26自支撑层12径向向外扩展而形成两层间的空气间隙36。该空气间隙36使减振和隔热能力增加。
通常人们希望用一种手工连接系统使接缝24可以反复地、可靠地以及容易地打开和闭合。该接缝24应该可关闭以阻止脏物或其它污物沾污内部空腔16。该接缝还应该可打开以提供一个在内部空腔中安装或维修长条基质18的通道。如图4所示,沿着边缘20和22连接到支撑层12上的钩-圈连接件38实现了打开和关闭接缝24。该钩-圈连接件是一种较佳的连接系统,它具有全部所需的特性,其中钩和圈封闭可靠,易于打开并可以连接和脱接多次而具有所需的可重复性。钩-圈连接件38的优点还有:可以由与形成支撑层12和减振层26相同的材料制成。这样,所述钩和圈将不致降低套筒10易于再利用的能力。而且,使用相同的材料意味着所述钩和圈也可以通过熔融将其连接到支撑层12上,从而避免使用其它连接件而由此引入不同材料使重复利用复杂化。
如图5所示,最理想的可能是将减振层26延伸进接缝24并由一折片40覆盖一个或两个边缘20和22。覆盖住边缘防止了当护套被扭曲时边缘间的相互磨擦,消除了来自护套自身的一个潜在的噪音源。
如图6所示,将减振折片40与所述钩-圈连接件38结合起来也可以形成一个消音的闭路。折片40定位在一个边缘22上,而钩-圈连接系统中的钩42则定位在对面的边缘20上。当折片40由无纺毡形成时,它可代替钩-圈系统中的圈而直接与钩42相啮合,使接缝24被打开和关闭。该毡层本身的特性提供了用来啮合钩42的圈,并确保接缝闭合。
按照本发明的柔性护套,有效降低了诸如导线束等长条基质的振动噪音,这是由于无纺毡减振层具有降低噪音和振动的特性。当该层与相邻的结构相接触,它可消除那些通常由长条基质与该结构之间的振动而产生的任何声音。振动能量也由该毡层吸收,这样,便减弱了振动并延长了由护套包裹的基质的疲劳寿命。使用这种护套将会降低来自共振的噪音以及减少由于疲劳而致的失效。
Claims (24)
1.一种适于容纳并保护长条基质的减振护套,其特征在于,该护套包括:
一层柔韧的、弹性的、长筒形支撑层,该层环绕并限定一个适于容纳所述基质的内部空腔,该支撑层具有一对相邻定位并沿该支撑层长度方向延伸的边缘,所述边缘在支撑层中确定了一条通向内部空腔的接缝;
一层减振层,沿着所述边缘与支撑层相连接并覆盖在支撑层的外表面上,所述减振层由能量吸收材料构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层具有一个比支撑层大的环面,所述减振层在所述两个边缘之间从所述支撑层径向向外扩展,从而在所述减振层和支撑层之间形成一个空气间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层从所述第一个边缘径向向内延伸至接缝中而覆盖该边缘。
4.根据权利要求3所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层从所述第二个边缘径向向内延伸至接缝中而覆盖所述该第二边缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述支撑层由聚合材料制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述聚合材料选自聚酯、聚丙烯或ABS中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层由无纺纤维毡构成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层由聚合材料制成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述聚合材料选自聚酯、聚丙烯或ABS中的一种。
10.根据权利要求9所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述支撑层与减振层由相同材料制成。
11.根据权利要求10所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层与支撑层沿所述边缘在长度方向熔接。
12.根据权利要求11所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层与支撑层通过超声焊接该两层而相互熔接。
13.根据权利要求1所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述支撑层具有多个槽纹。
14.根据权利要求1所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层由无纺纤维毡构成,并径向向内延伸至接缝中而覆盖第一个边缘。
15.根据权利要求14所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述第二个边缘具有若干从此边缘伸出的钩,所述钩可移动与毡层相啮合而将两边缘以钩-圈连接件的方式相互固接,由此闭合所述接缝,该接缝可以用手通过将钩与毡层分开而打开。
16.根据权利要求1所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述长条基质容置于所述内部空腔中。
17.根据权利要求16所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述长条基质包括导线束。
18.一种适于容纳并保护长条基质的减振护套,其特征在于,该护套包括:
一层柔韧的、弹性的、长筒形支撑层,该层环绕并限定一个适于容纳所述基质的内部空腔,所述支撑层包括多个具有径向刚度和弯曲挠度的环形槽纹以及一对相邻定位并沿该支撑层长度方向延伸的边缘,所述边缘在支撑层中确定了一条通向内部空腔的接缝;
一层减振层,沿着所述边缘与支撑层相连接并覆盖在支撑层的外表面上,所述减振层由无纺纤维毡制成。
19.根据权利要求18所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层具有一个比支撑层大的环面,所述减振层在所述两个边缘之间从所述支撑层径向向外扩展,从而在所述减振层和支撑层之间形成一个空气间隙。
20.根据权利要求18所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层由选自聚酯、聚丙烯或ABS的热塑塑料聚合材料制成。
21.根据权利要求20所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述支撑层与减振层由相同材料制成。
22.根据权利要求21所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层与支撑层沿所述边缘在长度方向相熔接。
23.根据权利要求22所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层与支撑层通过将该两层超声焊接在一起而熔接。
24.根据权利要求18所述的减振护套,其特征在于:所述减振层径向向内延伸至接缝中而覆盖所述一个边缘。
