Abstract
一种便于操作动物角膜特别是人类角膜的装置,并可以优化角膜细胞的保存过程。在角膜移植之前,该装置被插入不同的烧瓶和介质中。本发明涉及一种在角膜的保存过程中使接触区域最小化的装置,且避免了直接操作角膜,从而保证了在移植之前最佳的细胞质量。该装置包括一个放置角膜(11)的支座(1),所述支座由夹(4)固定在一个操作元件(9)上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便于操作动物角膜特别是人类角膜的装置,并寻求在角膜移植之前优化角膜细胞的保存过程。在角膜移植之前,本发明的装置被插入不同的含有液体介质的烧瓶中。
背景技术
就人类角膜来说,对病人移植角膜首先需要从一个死人身上取走角膜。取走的角膜随后被外科医生插入一个含有一种“取样”介质的烧瓶中。随后在显微镜下观察,再被插入到一个含有防腐液的第二烧瓶中。最后,在移植手术的几个小时前,再用一个含有消肿(deturgescent)介质的第三烧瓶,该介质即是用来为角膜减小肿胀的。
通常,在取样烧瓶中,角膜被自由放入溶液中。在防腐和消肿烧瓶中,技术是在一丝线的端部呈悬浮状态地保持所述角膜,所述丝线通过用一针刺穿所述角膜而固定在角膜的周边上。
该当前技术具有许多缺点:
●操作笨拙;
●所述角膜必须用已消毒的或一次性的器械;
●污染或感染的危险很大;
●贴靠所述烧瓶壁的多处接触会损坏所述角膜细胞;
●所述角膜在所述取样烧瓶的底部停留会出现所述角膜粘附所述烧瓶壁的危险,并且,意味着与停留在瓶底的退化细胞接触。
文献EP0262766公开了一种在烧瓶塞子上的角膜支撑装置。这种装置需要使用特制的烧瓶,而标准烧瓶则在这种系统中不适用。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种装置,其不会复制现有技术的缺陷。
本发明的一个特殊的目的是提供这样一种装置,其制造、组装、使用都很简便且成本低廉,且其可以使用标准的无需改装的烧瓶。
因此,本发明提供一种便于操作人类角膜的装置,可以优化角膜细胞在角膜移植之前在不同的烧瓶及介质中的保存,该装置其特征在于其包括一个放置角膜的支座,和一个操作元件用于支撑所述支座并可将其从不同的烧瓶和介质中抽出。
优选地,所述装置完全独立于烧瓶和/或烧瓶塞。
角膜在不被挤压的情况下优选被保持在一个减到最小的空间内。
优选将与角膜接触的面积最小化。
支座由操作元件以一种特定方式支撑,即角膜通过支撑元件例如叉头被定位于烧瓶底的上方,此处会沉积退化的细胞。
支座优选具有至少一个孔从而在显微镜分析过程中使光线直接通过角膜。

具体实施方式
参考附图,在本发明的一个优选实施例中,该装置包括一个支座1,其外形类似于具有辐条2的轮子,辐条穿过支座中心。
辐条2向下倾斜(如图1b和图3中所示的位置)从而可以使角膜11定位于中心,且其优选具有一个圆的轮廓从而使接触区域最小。
支座1的高度优选由透明无菌箱的高度限定,支座与角膜在显微镜分析过程中被插入到该透明无菌箱中以避免接触角膜。支座1的中心孔可以透过来自显微镜的光线,从而可以直接观察到角膜。
用一个操作元件来操作支座1。操作元件9可以以一种可拆卸的方式固定到所述支座1上。例如,可用两个固定卡来将支座1保持在操作元件上。也可以使用其它的固定装置。操作元件优选包括叉头5,其可以滑入到支座1的凹口6中,从而不会妨碍操作支座。
优选地,叉头足够长而可以把支座1保持在烧瓶底的上方,在烧瓶底上会沉积一些退化的细胞。
本发明装置的操作元件9还可以有一个带辐条8的轮子7,其具有一个圆的轮廓从而可以使接触区域最小。操作元件可以包括一个T型杆10,其长度和宽度适合标准烧瓶,从而使本装置可以居于所述烧瓶颈部中心。
优选地,本发明装置从而可完全独立于烧瓶和/或烧瓶塞,因此其可以使用在现有的标准烧瓶中,标准烧瓶通常不带有本发明装置。则由于避免了使用特定改制的烧瓶而更具盈利性。
该装置优选由塑料材料制成,且可以在一个单独的模塑操作中通过在压模上注射来制造。也可以使用金属装置,或者其它材料例如陶瓷制成的装置。
该装置优选是可杀菌且可任意处理的。
本发明装置特别适合于在移植手术前处理人类角膜。
这样,本发明的装置便于操作,减小了与角膜的接触区域,且消除了手指的接触。特别的,它还可以:
-将支座支撑在一个预定高度;
-将装置定位于烧瓶中心;和
-可以将支座从烧瓶中干净的插入或抽出,毫无损坏角膜的危险。
尽管本发明是通过上述一个特定实施例来进行描述的,但显然本发明不限制于该实施例。因此,“辐条—轮”的外形可以进行修改。在不超出由所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围的情况下其它的改型对于本领域技术人员来说也是显而易见的。
Claims (6)
1.便于操作人类角膜的装置,可优化角膜细胞在角膜移植前于不同的烧瓶及介质中的保存,所述装置的特征在于,其包括一放置所述角膜(11)的支座(1),和一操作元件(9)——用于支撑所述支座并可将其从不同的烧瓶及介质中取出。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置完全独立于烧瓶和/或烧瓶塞。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,在不被挤压的情况下,所述角膜被保持容纳于一减到最小的空间内。
4.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,与所述角膜(11)接触的面积被最小化。
5.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支座(1)由所述操作元件(9)支撑,使得所述角膜(11)通过所述支撑元件——例如叉头(5)被定位于所述烧瓶底的上方,在所述烧瓶底会沉积退化的细胞。
6.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支座(1)具有至少一孔(3),在显微镜分析过程中,所述孔(3)允许光线直接通到所述角膜(11)。
