Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于配药器械的敷药器,更具体地说是用于药筒,它特别是在粘合例如肺或肝脏组织的医学技术领域中使用。
背景技术
从US-A-2 804 767中得知一种敷药器,应用于敷贴石膏、胶接剂或者胶泥。此接合器的底部与器械的纵轴形成一个角度。
在医学上,粘合例如肺、肝脏或者脾组织的重要性持续地增加,但是迄今为止,在本领域内并不知道有为这个特殊目的设计的装置,传统的混合器上的附件并不能提供一个合适的解决方法。
在更广的范围内,对于例如胶结、涂敷或者密封纺织物、油布、海绵状部件或者类似的具有不平整表面的材料,这也是实际应用场合。
EP-A-1 210 985公开了一种静态混合器上的接合器。本参考文件中公开的接合器可成形地排出来自混合器中的粘性混合物,混合器的外表面上有线形的切割导引装置,以用来根据要求的开口宽度切割,此宽度的方向与配药口的缝隙宽度至少大致平行。
EP-A-1 157 748公开了一种粘合剂分配器,该分配器具有一开口部分,开口部分的底边包括一弯折。
这些在先技术的器械不适用于粘合或者整形涂敷不平整的、敏感的以及有弹力的表面,例如肺组织或类似结构,因为该情形中的主要问题是,这样的材料非常的不平整而且柔软,从而使得有效规则地涂敷粘合剂很成问题。
发明内容
基于这个在先技术,本发明的目的是提供一种用于配药器械的敷药器,该敷药器可有效并且轻柔地敷贴粘合剂或者密封剂,具体敷贴到例如肺或肝脏组织或者类似结构。

具体实施方式
敷药器1包括一个两部分的外壳2以及接合器3,外壳2包括一个下部4和一个盖形的上部5。如图1所示,外壳2呈圆锥形地向外,也就是说向敷药缝6方向变大。
在图1至3所示的示范实施例中,缝的宽度可以是12到16毫米,它的厚度可以是0.1到0.3毫米。外壳的下部和上部是依据将被粘合的部分来确定的,外壳部分4是用来与例如肺组织接触的,因而是下部,而部分5相应的代表上部。
如图2A所示,上部5可能比下部4略长一点,本例中的差别6A为0.5毫米。因此,在某些情况下,从敷药缝6分配的粘合剂贯注在组织上。
如图2进一步所示,至少外壳边缘的下部4是弯曲的,呈圆弧的形状,此圆弧具有确定的半径,另一个椭圆形的或者抛物线形的形状,或者一个不连续的形状,形成了一个或者几个弯曲。在此处,很重要的,接合器3的纵向轴与将被粘合的表面,即外壳的下部4,形成一个角度,该角度可能根据预期的敷贴场合而改变。平滑功能也取决于外壳下部的表面结构以及组成材料。
在图3中,从内部显示了外壳的下部4,并且图示了三道导向壁7。这些导向壁的功能是分配来自接合器的粘合剂以便获得规则的排出。
设计接合器3使得它可以插入混合器的出口,但是应该理解,其它尺寸和设计的接合器也可能允许其与特定混合器或分配器相连接。
如上文所述,外壳2包括两个单独制造的部分,设计为盖子的上部5,安装在图3所示的下部4上并且与之连接。可以通过不同的方法来实现连接,例如通过胶结或超声波焊接等方式。
在往具有不平整表面的组织上敷贴粘合剂的期间,在分配粘合剂之前,组织通过下部4的弯曲变得光滑。一方面,由于外壳圆锥形扩大的形状以及持续减少的总截面面积,另一方面,由于导向壁的存在,获得了在光滑的下层材料上的一个稳定、规则的粘合剂流,敷药缝的高度是粘度与所需分配体积的函数。在一些应用中,突出部分6A的长度可能会有一定的影响。
依据图1至3的示范实施例,在医学技术或工业中可以实现许多变体。如图4A所示,外壳2可以具有连续的弯曲,而根据图4B的外壳8,也就是说至少它的下侧9,以及根据图4C的外壳10,分别具有一处或两处的弯折,并且所有介于连续和非连续弯曲以及多个弯折之间的变体都是可能的。在所有的情况中,接合器3的纵轴与下部的分配端11之间的角度α可以介于5°和90°之间,最好是介于10°和90°之间。
如图5A至5C所示,分配端11可以如图1那样是直的,如图5B中分配端12那样是凹的,或者如图5C中分配端13那样是凸的。
图6A至6G显示了敷药缝不同的可能截面,图6F对应于敷药缝6的截面。
根据预期的应用,敷药缝的截面、导向壁的尺寸可以在很大的范围内变化,导向壁的尺寸可以是从例如几毫米的范围直至几百毫米的范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于配药器械的敷药器,特别是用于医学技术上,包括一与混合器或配药器械本身相连接的接合器以及一敷药缝,敷药器(1)外壳(2、8、10)的侧边(4、9)朝向被粘合的底质弯曲而与接合器(3)的纵向轴形成一个角度α,其中,外壳(2、8、10)的下侧边(4,9)是弯曲的并且基本上连续。
2.如权利要求1所述的敷药器,其特征在于:弯曲的角度α介于5°和90°之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的敷药器,其特征在于:外壳(2、8、10)呈圆锥形地向敷药缝(6)的方向变大。
4.如权利要求1所述的敷药器,其特征在于:该装置朝向被粘合底质弯曲的部分(4、9),在其内表面具有导向壁(7)。
5.如权利要求1所述的敷药器,其特征在于:装置背向被粘合底质的上部(5)比它的下部(4)长。
6.如权利要求1所述的敷药器,其特征在于:弯曲的形状是一段圆弧。7.如权利要求1所述的敷药器,其特征在于:分配端的形状是直的(11)、凹的(12)或者凸的(13)。
8.如权利要求1所述的敷药器,其特征在于:敷药缝(6)的截面是矩形的、角形的、部分或全部圆弧形的或者椭圆形的。
