Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及对多张纸张材料进行装订的订书器。
背景技术
以往,订书器用的钉书针由在用纸的表面上露出的两肩部和从肩部的两端向大致直角方向延伸的脚部构成,在脚部贯通多张纸的状态下,在纸的背侧折弯而对多张用纸进行装订。
但是,为了确保用纸的装订功能,以往的钉书针仅是由不可缺少的形状形成的结构,故露出部分只限于线状而缺乏创意性。
另一方面,在日本专利特开平6-173917号公报中揭示了在两肩部设有圆板状的图形部的结构。
但是,在两肩部具有图形部的钉书针,因其形状的缘故不能将多个数一次地收容在盒内,无实用性。又,在将具有图形部的钉书针多个地进行收容的场合,由于相邻的钉书针的图形部相互间产生干涉,故必须将钉书针的脚部相对沿导向槽部的面朝倾斜方向进行收容,在该状态下从取出口推出钉书针时,会对于脚部向纸张材料的贯通产生不良情况,存在难以正确地进行装订的问题。
发明内容
本发明,是着眼于上述情况而作成的,其目的在于,提供能将在两肩部有图形部的钉书针多个地进行收容、并能对纸张材料进行正确装订的盒及具有盒的订书器。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的第1技术方案,是一种并列密装地收容多个钉书针的订书器用盒,其特征在于,盒的容器具有:一侧的钉书针的取出口;载置钉书针的脚部的下端、对向取出口的移动进行导向的导向槽部;将盒内的钉书针向取出口侧进行施力的弹簧;设在取出口的上部并可向容器内插入推片刀(シ一テイング刃)的推片刀插入口,订书器用的钉书针,具有与推片刀抵接的左右两肩部和从肩部大致直角地延伸、贯通纸张材料后折弯的脚部,在左右的肩部间具有任意形状的图形部。
采用本发明,在盒内并列地密装着多个钉书针,钉书针利用弹簧被向容器的取出口侧施力。取出口侧被施力的钉书针是通过推片刀从设在取出口的上部的推片刀插入口插入,对钉书针的肩部进行推压而将钉书针推出。这样,由于能使设在钉书针的左右的两肩部间的图形部重叠地进行收容,故能将多个数一次地收容在盒内。
又,通过将具有不同的图形部的钉书针向盒中插入,通过盒的调换,能用图形部不同的钉书针对用纸进行装订,看起来很舒服。
本发明第2技术方案的钉书器,包括:具有推片刀的推压部;收容钉书针的收容部;在利用推片刀将推出的钉书针贯通纸张材料后、对脚部进行折弯的支承座,将纸张材料与钉书针进行装订,其特征在于,钉书针具有与推片刀抵接的左右两肩部和从肩部大致直角地延伸的脚部,在左右的肩部间具有任意形状的图形部,图形部相对脚部倾斜,收容部在一侧具有通过图形部的大小的钉书针的取出口。
采用第2技术方案,在对纸张材料进行装订时,将纸张材料放置在支承座与推压部之间,通过推压部的推压操作使推片刀与钉书针的两肩部抵接,对两肩部推压而从取出口向下方推出。被推出的钉书针的脚部的前端,通过将贯通纸张材料的脚部进行折弯对纸张材料进行装订。由于将取出口形成了能通过钉书针的图形部的大小,故不仅能使用有图形部的钉书针,并且,没有图形部的普通钉书针也能通用。
本发明的第3技术方案,其特征在于,收容部具有载置钉书针的脚部的下端并对向取出口的移动进行导向的导向槽部和将收容部内的钉书针向取出口侧进行施力的弹簧,钉书针利用弹簧的施力沿导向槽部向取出口的位置进行导向,钉书针在取出口被卡止。
采用第3技术方案,收容在收容部内的钉书针,利用弹簧的施力被导向至取出口,通过将推片刀往下压,钉书针从取出口被推出,故能始终将钉书针置于取出口,能连续地进行对钉书针与纸张材料的装订动作。
本发明的第4技术方案,其特征在于,推片刀具有将收容的钉书针向取出口进行导向用的取出部和将在取出口待机中的钉书针进行推出的压入部,当推片刀下降时,利用取出部将收容部的钉书针向取出口导向,使钉书针以脚部立设的形态位于取出口,接着,再通过将推片刀往下压,压入部与肩部抵接而将钉书针从取出口推出。
采用第4技术方案,在收容部内,将钉书针相对沿导向槽部的面朝倾斜方向进行收容,钉书针,通过将推片刀往下压被取出部移送至取出口。使钉书针以钉书针脚部立设的形态位于取出口,接着,通过再将推片刀往下压使压入部与两肩部抵接而将钉书针推出,推出后的钉书针的脚部的前端,由于贯通纸张材料后的脚部被折弯,故能对纸张材料进行装订。
这样,由于推片刀具有将收容部内的钉书针向取出口导向的取出部和在取出口使脚部立设后与肩部抵接、将钉书针从取出口推出用的压入部,故即使在收容部内脚部相对沿导向槽部的面倾斜地配置的场合,也能在使脚部垂直后将两肩部向垂直方向往下压,能使脚部正确地向纸张材料进行贯通,能可靠地将钉书针装订在纸张材料中。
又,由于是用推片刀将图形部推出的结构,故钉书针的两肩部不需要有大的宽度,相应地能增大图形部的形状。
本发明的第5技术方案,其特征在于,将钉书针的图形部的厚度设定成比脚部的宽度小。
采用第5技术方案,在使脚部相对沿导向槽部的面垂直地对钉书针进行收容的场合,相邻的钉书针相互间的图形部或两肩部不会干涉。因此,通过将相邻的钉书针的脚部的下端作成同样高度,即使不将脚部相对沿导向槽部的面倾斜地进行收容,也能将多个钉书针并列密装地进行收容。
本发明的第6技术方案,其特征在于,将钉书针的两肩部的导向槽部方向的宽度设定成比脚部的导向槽部方向的宽度小。
采用第6技术方案,即使在将脚部相对沿导向槽部的面垂直地对钉书针进行收容的场合,相邻的钉书针相互间的两肩部也不干涉,能将相邻的钉书针的脚部的下端作成同样的高度,即使不将脚部相对沿导向槽部的面倾斜地进行收容,也能将多个钉书针并列密装地进行收容。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图对本发明的实施例具体地进行说明。
图1是概略表示本发明的订书器的立体图,图2是表示图1的盒的结构的立体图,图3是表示收容在图2的盒内的钉书针的侧视图,图4是表示图3的钉书针的变形例的侧视图,图5是表示第2实施形态的立体图,图6是表示收容在图5的盒内的钉书针的侧视图,图7是表示将用纸装订后状态的钉书针的主视图。
第1实施形态的订书器1,由钉书针的支承部5和转动自如地设置在该支承部5的端部侧并具有推片刀11的推压部3所构成,在支承部5和推压部3之间设有钉书针的收容部9,在该收容部9中安装着并列收容了订书器1的多个钉书针20的盒7。
推压部3,具有将收容在盒7内的钉书针20向取出口13侧推出的推片刀11,本发明的推片刀11的中央成为缺口的状态,可使推片刀11与钉书针20的两肩部21抵接。
在支承座5上,在与推压部3的推片刀11相对的位置上,设有将钉书针21的脚部23折弯的槽状的折弯部25。
盒7在容器12的一侧设有钉书针20的取出口13。又,在容器12的底部的两侧设有导向槽部15,成为将钉书针20的脚部23的前端载置在该导向槽部15上的状态。在与取出口13相反侧的钉书针20抵接的位置上设有移动板17,在移动板17与容器12之间,安装着将钉书针20向取出口13的方向施力用的弹簧19。该移动板17通过始终被弹簧19向取出口13方向施力,将移动板17的前侧被收容的钉书针20向取出口13方向推压。在取出口13的上部设有推片刀11插入用的插入口(推片刀插入口)8。
收容在盒7内的钉书针20,具有:与设在推压部3上的推片刀11抵接的左右两肩部21;从两肩部21的两端大致直角地延伸、并贯通纸张材料60后折弯的脚部23,在肩部间,相对脚部23倾斜地设置有任意形状的图形部27。
图形部27如图所示,将面作成心形的形状,图形部27相对脚部23朝倾斜方向设置着。另外,也可以将图形部27与脚部23设置成大致T字形。
盒7内的钉书针20,将多个钉书针20并列密装地收容,在收容钉书针20时,设置成各个图形部27重叠的状态。另外,钉书针20的相互间通过粘贴被临时固定着,仅将脚部23相互接触的部分进行粘贴,通过推片动作仅将被推压的钉书针20从取出口13推出。
接着,根据上述结构对本实施形态的作用进行说明。在使用订书器1的场合,首先,使推压部3离开支承座5地进行转动,将收容有钉书针20的盒7设置在收容部9中。
其次,在对用纸60进行装订时,将多张用纸60放置在支承座5与推压部3之间,利用推压部3的推压操作将钉书针20推出并对用纸60进行装订。详细地说,通过推压部3的推压操作,刀11从盒7的上部的插入口进入而对位于取出口的1根钉书针20的两肩部21进行推压。被推出的钉书针20的脚部27的前端,贯通多张的用纸。并且,通过折弯部25将脚部27折弯,用钉书针20将多张用纸进行装订。
在盒7内,在1次的装订动作结束后,由于利用弹簧19使移动板17向取出口13方向施力,剩下的钉书针20被推向取出口13的方向,重复上述的动作。
这样,在对用纸60装订后的状态下,由于图形部27露出在用纸的表面上,故露出部分不限于以往的线状,由于在所有的装订固定后的用纸表面上可形成图形部27,故外观良好,并赋予意外性。
又,由于在成为用纸60的装订部分的钉书针20的两肩部21上安装着图形部27,并用该面状的图形部27推压用纸,故与用线状的钉书针将用纸固定的情况相比,在将用纸进行装订后,用纸难以从钉书针20剥离。
又,由于在钉书针20的两肩部21上具有图形部27,故能容易将图形部27捏住地从用纸上拆卸。
接着,对其它的实施形态进行说明,对于该说明,与上述的部分相同的部分标上相同的符号并省略其说明。如图5所示,在第2实施形态中,盒7内收容的钉书针20是将图形部27与脚部23作成大致T字形,在被并列密装的收容部9的导向槽部15上,脚部23的前端与图形部27的下端抵接,成为图形部27相对脚部23朝倾斜方向被收容的状态。又,在推压部3上设有:使盒7内的钉书针20落入于待机部41中用的取出刀(ピツクアツピ刃)43;以及设在该取出刀43的取出口13侧、并将在待机部41待机中的钉书针20推出用的推出刀45。
设在盒7的一侧的上部的插入口8,作成了使钉书针20的图形部27的整体露出的形状。又,进入插入口8后将钉书针20取出的取出刀43,作成向盒7侧凸出的形状。又,在盒7的取出口13的下部设有待机部41。待机部41由对从盒7推出的钉书针20的脚部23进行定位的定位导向部51和在与定位导向部51相对的位置上所设置的导入导向部53构成,使钉书针20暂时待机在该待机部41中,在将姿势修正成钉书针20的脚部23相对用纸呈垂直的状态后,再将钉书针20进行推出。
这样,由于作成了由取出刀43或推出45将图形部27推出的结构,故钉书针20的两肩部21不需要有大的宽度,相应地能使图形部27的形状增大。
接着,参照图8和图9对第3实施形态进行说明。在第3实施形态中,不使用盒7而将钉书针20直接收容于收容部9中,用推片刀11将钉书针20从取出口13推出,这一点与上述的第1和第2实施形态不同。
收容部9的取出口13,形成能通过钉书针20的图形部27的大小,并被分成图形部27通过的图形部通过口13a和两肩部21通过的肩部通过口13b。这样,由于取出口13形成了钉书针20的图形部27能通过的大小,故若利用钉书针20的两肩部21通过的肩部通过口13b,也能使用没有图形部27的普通钉书针。
接着,参照图10对第4实施形态进行说明。在第4实施形态中,将钉书针20的图形部27的厚度(图10中的(T))设置成比脚部23的沿导向槽部15方向的宽度(图10中的(W))小。这样,由于将图形部27的厚度(T)设置成比脚部23的沿导向槽部15方向的宽度(W)小,故在使脚部23相对导向槽部15的面垂直地将钉书针20进行收容的场合,在一方的钉书针20a的图形部27a或两肩部21a与相邻的另一方的钉书针20b的图形部27b或两肩部21b相互不干涉的情况下,使相邻的钉书针20a、20b的脚部23a、23b的下端24a、24b相互间成为相同的高度。因此,在收容钉书针20时,即使脚部23相对沿导向槽部15的面不倾斜,也能将多个钉书针20并列密装地进行收容。
接着,对第4实施形态的变形例进行说明。如图12(b)所示,在将两肩部21的沿导向槽部15方向的宽度设为M、将脚部23的沿导向槽部15的方向的宽度设为W时,两肩部21的宽度M比脚部23的宽度W小。这样,在将钉书针20并列密装时,相邻的一方的钉书针20的两肩部21不与另一方的钉书针20的两肩部21干涉,在与第4实施形态同样地收容钉书针20时,即使脚部23相对沿导向槽部15的面不倾斜,也能将多个钉书针20并列密装地进行收容。
另外,在将具有图形部27的钉书针20与普通钉书针通用地使用的场合,使脚部23的宽度W与普通钉书针的脚部的宽度成为相同尺寸。
接着,对第5实施形态进行说明。如图11所示,在第5实施形态中,对钉书针20的图形部27的下端27a进行倒角加工。这样,由于对图形部27的下端27a进行了倒角加工,故在对用纸60进行装订时不需要太大的力,就能顺利地进行装订动作。详细地说,当将钉书针20的两肩部21从上方进行推下时,钉书针20的脚部23的前端贯通用纸60,脚部23被折弯。在此同时,图形部27的下端27a与用纸60接触,若再从上方按压,则图形部27从相对用纸60的表面倾斜的状态成为平行的状态。这时,由于对图形部27的下端27a进行了倒角加工,故在图形部27的下端27a与用纸60接触后,能相对用纸60的表面顺利地成为平行的状态,可以减少从上方对钉书针20的推压力。
接着,对第5实施形态的变形例进行说明。如图12(a)所示,在变形例中,钉书针20的两肩部21形成扭曲。扭曲是通过向箭头A所示的方向使两肩部21围绕轴进行转动来形成,使图形部27容易向以相同的箭头A所示的方向进行转动。这样,由于在两肩部21上设有扭曲部分,与在上述的图形部27的下端27a上进行倒角加工时同样,当从上方对钉书针20进行按压时,图形部27能容易地从相对用纸60的表面倾斜的状态成为平行的状态,在用纸60的装订时不需要太大的力,就能顺利地进行装订动作。另外,扭曲部分的长度,最好尽量短。由于不形成两肩部21的扭曲部分,其上面是平的状态,故若扭曲部分的长度较短,则推片刀11容易抵接,钉书针20的推出变得顺利。
本发明,不限于上述实施例,在不脱离其宗旨的范围内能进行各种变形。例如,本实施形态中将图形部27的形状作成心形,但不限于此,也能作成三角形、四角形、或星形等的多角形、或圆形、椭圆形。又,也可以对图形部27的表面进行着色或添加文字。
在第3实施形态中,将钉书针20的图形部27通过的大小的取出口形成于收容部9上,但不限于此,也可以将盒7的取出口13作成图9所示的图形部27通过的大小的取出口13。
在第4实施形态中,由于将钉书针20的图形部27的厚度(T)设置成比脚部23的沿导向槽部15方向的宽度(W)小,故在收容钉书针20时,能将脚部23相对沿导向槽部15的面垂直地排列,但不限于此,如图12所示,在钉书针20的两肩部21上形成扭曲的场合,通过如图13所示对相邻的钉书针20的两肩部21a、21b的相互干涉的部分26a、26b进行倒角加工,能防止钉书针20相互干涉,在该场合,在如图10所示将钉书针20进行收容时,在将脚部23相对沿导向槽部15的面垂直状态下,能将多个钉书针20并列密装地进行收容。
钉书针20的两肩部21,也可以不从图形部27伸出,而将两肩部21构成图形部27的一部分。
钉书针20的材质不限于金属,也可以是树脂材料等其它的材质。
导向槽部15在从收容部9的两壁离开的位置上设有沿长度方向的突起,但也可以不设置突起,而是在收容部9的两壁上直接与钉书针20的脚部23抵接进行导向。
在第1实施形态中,盒7是在转动推压部3使其从支承座5离开而被放置在收容部9中,但不限于此,也可以作成从订书器1的收容部9的正面侧或背面侧插入的结构。
产业上利用的可能性
如上所述,本发明可应用于适合用钉书针对多张用纸进行装订的订书器用的盒及订书器。

本发明的订书器,是能将具有图形部的钉书针大致水平地收容的结构,而各引用例,是将具有图形部的钉书针倾斜地收容的结构。
第1项,是将收容了多个钉书针的盒安装在订书器中的结构,只需进行盒的调换就能简单地对钉书针进行补充。
第2项,能将具有图形部的钉书针大致水平地收容在订书器中,还能使用市售的普通钉书针。
第5~第9项,由于将钉书针的形状变形成图10~图13所示的形状,故能容易地将钉书针相对订书器大致水平地进行收容。
1、一种订书器用盒,并列密装地收容多个钉书针,其特征在于,盒被安装在订书器的收容部中,盒的容器具有:一侧的钉书针的取出口;载置钉书针的脚部的下端、对移动到取出口进行导向的导向槽部;将盒内的钉书针向取出口侧施力的弹簧;以及设在取出口的上部、并可向容器内插入推片刀的推片刀插入口,订书器用的钉书针,具有与推片刀抵接的左右两肩部和从肩部大致直角地延伸、贯通纸张材料后折弯的脚部,在左右的肩部间具有任意形状的图形部。
2、一种订书器,包括:具有推片刀的推压部;收容钉书针的收容部;以及在利用推片刀将推出的钉书针贯通纸张材料后、对脚部进行折弯的支承座,将纸张材料与钉书针进行装订,其特征在于,将多个并列的钉书针的下端连接起来的线是大致水平,钉书针具有与推片刀抵接的左右两肩部和从肩部大致直角地延伸的脚部,在左右的肩部间具有任意形状的图形部,图形部相对脚部倾斜,收容部在一侧具有大小通过图形部的钉书针的取出口。
3、如权利要求2所述的订书器,其特征在于,收容部具有载置钉书针的脚部的下端并对移动到取出口进行导向的导向槽部和将收容部内的钉书针向取出口侧施力的弹簧,钉书针利用弹簧的施力而沿导向槽部向取出口的位置进行导向,钉书针在取出口被卡止。
4、如权利要求2或3所述的订书器,其特征在于,推片刀具有将收容的钉书针向取出口进行导向用的取出部和将在取出口待机中的钉书针予以推出的压入部,当推片刀下降时,利用取出部将收容部的钉书针向取出口导向,使钉书针以脚部立设的形态位于取出口,接着再通过将推片刀往下压,压入部与肩部抵接,从取出口推出。
5、如权利要求2~4中任一项所述的订书器,其特征在于,钉书针的图形部的厚度比脚部的宽度小。
6、如权利要求2~5中任一项所述的订书器,其特征在于,钉书针的两肩部的导向槽部方向的宽度比脚部的导向槽部方向的宽度小。
7、如权利要求2~6中任一项所述的订书器,其特征在于,对钉书针的图形部的下端的转角部进行倒角加工。
8、如权利要求2~7中任一项所述的订书器,其特征在于,钉书针围绕两肩部的轴形成扭曲,使图形部相对脚部倾斜。
9、如权利要求8所述的订书器,其特征在于,钉书针的两肩部,相邻的钉书针的扭曲部分的相互干涉的部分被切除。
Claims (6)
1、一种订书器用盒,并列密装地收容多个钉书针,其特征在于,盒的容器具有:一侧的钉书针的取出口;载置钉书针的脚部下端、对移动到取出口进行导向的导向槽部;将盒内的钉书针向取出口侧施力的弹簧;以及设在取出口的上部、并可向容器内插入推片刀的推片刀插入口,订书器用的钉书针,具有与推片刀抵接的左右两肩部和从肩部大致直角延伸、贯通纸张材料后折弯的脚部,在左右的肩部间具有任意形状的图形部。
2、一种订书器,包括:具有推片刀的推压部;收容钉书针的收容部;以及在利用推片刀将推出的钉书针贯通纸张材料后、对脚部进行折弯的支承座,将纸张材料与钉书针进行装订,其特征在于,钉书针具有与推片刀抵接的左右两肩部和从肩部大致直角延伸的脚部,在左右的肩部间具有任意形状的图形部,图形部相对脚部倾斜,收容部的一侧具有大小通过图形部的钉书针的取出口。
3、如权利要求2所述的订书器,其特征在于,收容部具有载置钉书针的脚部下端并对移动到取出口进行导向的导向槽部和将收容部内的钉书针向取出口侧施力的弹簧,钉书针利用弹簧的施力而沿导向槽部向取出口的位置进行导向,钉书针在取出口被卡止。
4、如权利要求2或3所述的订书器,其特征在于,推片刀具有将收容的钉书针向取出口进行导向用的取出部和将在取出口待机中的钉书针予以推出的压入部,当推片刀下降时,利用取出部将收容部的钉书针向取出口导向,使钉书针以脚部立设的形态位于取出口,接着再通过将推片刀往下压,压入部与肩部抵接,从取出口推出。
5、如权利要求2~4中任一项所述的订书器,其特征在于,钉书针的图形部的厚度比脚部的宽度小。
6、如权利要求2~4中任一项所述的订书器,其特征在于,钉书针的两肩部的导向槽部方向的宽度比脚部的导向槽部方向的宽度小。
