构成为多层复合包装盒的饮料包装盒以许多实施形式是已知的,例如构成为平顶复合包装盒。它们主要用于液体封装结合以冷的、冷无菌的、热的和消毒的填充料的领域中。

按照本发明,在倒出元件作为基体的部分注塑成型的过程中,板通过一薄的切口与其分离。然后将板和盖组成一固定的连接,例如平面粘结或在多个点超声波焊接。通过不仅基体的凸缘而且板设有一阻挡层,设有一这样的本发明的倒出元件的包装盒保持其良好的阻挡性能。在倒出口的区域内包装盒被削弱的性能通过在那里使用的并设有阻挡层的倒出元件而在某种程度上得以“修复”。
为了将一这样的倒出元件使用在一饮料包装盒上,后者具有一开口,其形状基本上相当于倒出元件的形状。然后通过包装盒的开口插入倒出元件并以其环绕的凸缘固定到多层复合材料的内部。
为了首次打开本发明的倒出元件,将盖从基体上提起并且此时板与位于其下面的密封包装盒的倒出口直到首次打开为止的薄膜由于平面的连接被外形精确地去掉。按这种方式不仅提供一确定的倒出口,而且打开操作也是可靠的,而不形成一单独的待废弃的丢弃部分。此外确保,盖还可以以撕出的连接件可靠地重新关闭。
板与盖之间的可靠的连接通过对两部件焊接,优选通过超声波焊接形成。
本发明的另一方案规定,基体具有一环绕的基本上垂直于凸缘延伸的板条,其在关闭状态下紧密地容放盖,其中特别合乎目的的是,盖与基体可锁定在一起。其中可以有声响地实现该锁定,以便指示使用者这样重新关闭的包装盒是紧密关闭的,从而例如可以摇动它。
在本发明的另一有利的构造中规定,为了基体和盖的活节式连接设有一折页,其可以设置或在基体上或可选择地在盖上。通过采用一薄膜折页达到一特别小的结构高度。
按照本发明的另一构成,采用的薄膜的阻挡层包括例如乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚酰胺或包括铝箔或所列举的材料的混合物。
按照本发明的另一方案,基体和/或盖可以具有一原封印记,其指示消费者是否一包装盒在一定情况下在其按规定使用/出售以前已被未经许可地打开过。为此可以例如将基体和盖构成有形成为预定断裂点的连接片。
最后,按照本发明的另一有利的构造,基体和盖也可制成一件的。在这种情况下两零件只在一个注塑过程中制造并在板和盖连接以前去掉其连接的毛刺。
按照本发明的第一种制造方法,将倒出元件的基体借助于热源活化并借助于挤压冲头与薄膜相连接。在这种情况下可以在倒出元件与薄膜之间供给热能,或也可选择地设想,在薄膜的下面供给热能。此时薄膜由热源发出的热能透射。
在封盖表面热塑化以后使薄膜和基体的F面相互连接而没有任何的凹窝。优选采用卷材作为薄膜。可以直接在与薄膜连接以后通过冲切分开倒出元件,但也可只在倒出元件实际应用在灌装机中以前完成。该最后所述的可能性的基本优点在于,如果各倒出元件由薄膜带固定定位设置,则在供给应用者以前可以完全省去部分地相当复杂的倒出元件的分类过程。
按照另一种制造方法规定,薄膜是一由一卷材备好的薄膜带并且薄膜带通过倒出元件用的注塑成型模具被牵拉,而使倒出元件注塑到薄膜上而无任何的凹窝。在这种情况下基体的凸缘和位于其中的板与阻挡薄膜相连接。在该制造方法中同样可以在注塑成型模具的周围冲切出倒出元件,以便作为分离的散件进一步加工,但也可直到应用以前保留在薄膜带上。

图1至3中示出一本发明的倒出元件,为了更好地说明,还没有示出阻挡层。该倒出元件目前具有一包括环绕的凸缘2的基体1和一与基体1活节连接的盖3。如特别由图3的下面的视图可看出的,在基体1的内部设置一其尺寸相当于以后的倒出口的板4,其在所示的和就此优选的实施例中通过四个板条S与基体的环绕的凸缘2相连接。为了便于打开过程,板4,如由图2显而易见的,具有一楔形升高5,以便将手抓接片6以小角度固定在盖3上,手抓接片在其自由端的下面设有未更详细示出的齿纹。
如由图3看出的,板4由一切口7包围,该切口只在板条S的区域内中断。由于板4与盖3固定连接,盖借助于手抓接片6的打开导致板条S的断裂和板4从基体1中分离出来。
为了盖在打开过程中不完全从基体1分离,在图中盖的右边部分利用一连接元件9与基体1固定连接。在连接元件9与实际的盖子3之间设置一折页8,其优选构成为薄膜折页。
图4和5中示出以上详述的本发明的倒出元件的纵剖面图,其已与在基体1的下面全面设置的阻挡薄膜10相连接。由图5明显地看出,在通过手抓接片6的操纵首次打开本发明的倒出元件的盖3时,在盖4下面与其固定连接的阻挡薄膜10的薄膜件外形精确地从薄膜结合中撕裂出来。
图6中示出另一构造,在盖3’与基体1’超声波焊接以前,一未更详示出的在盖3’与板4之间和在连接元件9’与基体1’之间的能量导向器提供焊接时的可靠的连接。
由图1和4至6还可看出,在环绕的凸缘2的上面设有一环绕的能量导向器,以便在使用倒出元件时可以达到一紧密的装置,其中倒出元件从下面通过一未示出的多层复合包装盒的开口插进。
图7在原理上再次示出一成一件制成的倒出元件,其中盖3与基体1经由一未更详细示出的板条相互连接,其在盖3和板4组合以前必须去掉,同时示出一薄膜带10,其中可只在一个工序中实现基体1、盖3和薄膜10的连接。这示于图8中,其中带状的薄膜10形成为卷材,并且借助于一挤压冲头13实现由一热源12活化的各零件的连接。
最后,图9中示出,还有可能使阻挡薄膜带10穿过一打开的只示意示出的注塑成型模具14。一相应的滑板15在注塑成型模具14的内部,用来在打开模具以前放开倒出元件的侧凹部,在此,也有可能将注塑成型模具14的打开和关闭运动同时用于冲切注塑到阻挡薄膜10上的倒出元件,如以冲切出的表面16表示的那样。

Claims (21)

1.可重新关闭的倒出元件,用以打开和重新关闭包装盒,特别是长方体形的多层复合包装盒,所述倒出元件包括一具有环绕凸缘(2)的基体(1)和一与其活节式连接的盖(3),其特征在于,基体(1)在其倒出口的区域内具有一板(4),其外形基本上相当于倒出口的外形,所述板通过至少一个切口(7)与凸缘(2)间隔开设置并且其下面与凸缘(2)的下面齐平地延伸,并且,盖(3)与板(4)固定连接,从而盖(3)同时用作为打开元件并且基体(1)和板(4)均具有一平行于凸缘平面延伸的、覆盖切口(7)且包括一阻挡层的薄膜(10)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,板(4)与盖(3)焊接,优选超声波焊接。
3.按照权利要2所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,基体(1)具有一环绕倒出口的基本上垂直于凸缘(2)延伸的板条(1A),其在关闭的状态下紧密地容放盖(3)。
4.按照权利要求3所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,盖(3)可与基体(1)锁定在一起。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一项所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,为了基体(1)和盖(3)的活节式连接,设有一折页(8)并且该折页(8)设置在盖(3)上。
6.按照权利要求1至4之一项所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,为了基体(1’)和盖(3’)的活节式连接,设有一折页(8’)并且该折页(8’)设置在基体(1’)上。
7.按照权利要求5或6所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,折页(8、8’)构成为薄膜折页。
8.按照权利要求1至7之一项所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,薄膜的阻挡层(10)包括乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH)。
9.按照权利要求1至7之一项所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,阻挡层(10)为一铝箔。
10.按照权利要求1至7之一项所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,阻挡层(10)为一聚乙烯(PE)薄膜。
11.按照权利要求1至7之一项所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,薄膜的阻挡层(10)包括聚酰胺(PA)。
12.按照权利要求1至11之一项所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,薄膜的阻挡层(10)包括权利要求8至11中所述的材料的混合物。
13.按照权利要求8至12之一项所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,对于设置阻挡层的薄膜(10)采用卷材。
14.按照权利要求1至13之一项所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,基体和/或盖具有一原封印记。
15.按照权利要求1至14之一项所述的倒出元件,其特征在于,基体(1)和盖(3)制成一件的。
16.用于制造按照权利要求1至15之一项所述的倒出元件的方法,其特征在于,倒出元体的基体(1)借助于一热源(12)活化并借助于一挤压冲头(13)与薄膜(10)相连接。
17.按照权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,在倒出元件与薄膜之间供给热能。
18.按照权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,在薄膜(10)的下面供给热能。
19.用于制造按照权利要求1至15之一项所述的倒出元件的方法,其特征在于,薄膜(10)是一由一卷材备好的薄膜带(11)并且薄膜带(11)通过倒出元件用的注塑成型模具(14)被牵拉,而使倒出元件的环绕凸缘(2)和板(4)注塑到薄膜(11)上而无任何凹窝。
20.按照权利要求16至19之一项所述的方法,其特征在于,倒出元件保留在由阻挡材料制的薄膜带(11)上并且只在其应用于灌装机中之前才分离。
21.包装盒,特别是长方体形的多层复合包装盒,用于与按照权利要求1至15之一项所述的倒出元件一起应用,其特征在于,此包装盒具有一开口,该开口的形状基本上相当于盖的形状,并且倒出元件以其环绕的凸缘固定在多层复合包装材料的内部。
